Definitely dont recommend. Came in as a walk-in and they said theyre busy. Asked if I wanted to make an appointment for later in the day and I agreed. Arrived about 5 minutes earlier the scheduled and asked to wait. I waited another 10 minutes and noticed walk-ins getting seated and served before me. After I had said something about that, they sat me down at a station where no one has acknowledged me. I left after waiting there for 40 minutes which would about the time it would have taken for what I wanted done. So dont waste your time at all here.So the manager personally reached out to me the following day to make up for what happened. Overall a decent salon: clean, staff friendly, lots of color selection, comfortable chairs.

Paid 150 for two manis and pedis. I didnt get any fake nails or anything extra. Very overpriced, took them 3 hrs with 3 people to finish our nails and tried to hustle me for a bigger tip. Will not go back. Id rather go to walmart!

I went at 646pm today...I wanted a pedicure. They asked me what I needed done and I told them that I only needed a regular pedicure. They kindly let me in and told me to sign up and to pick out my color. I thought that they would rush me or the process, but not at all. The technician was pleasant and took her time. I got my leg massage and did not have to worry. They were great. I appreciate them! I would have given them five stars, but the technician did not remove the dead skin from big toes.

Steve & his team are always amazing!! Been a customer for over 12yrs and I have NEVER had a bad experience yet!! They know regulars by first name & treat us like it as well. If you happen to have an issue they will go above and beyond to fix it for you. I trust no one else with my nails!

I ALWAYS have problems at this location, but today was the last straw!!! I went in for a full set and a polish change on my toes. I scheduled an appt and was told it would cost $60 at absolute most. It took over 2 hours (in an empty salon, btw) and they were so sloppy!! The paint doesnt even color all my nails, you can see the nail on the sides!! It was $70!!! Do not go here!!

Always gets my feet right

I love them the atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff is friendly. No one else does my nails and pedicures.

Nail Tech is my regular place. With your phone number you can collect points towards money off or a free stuff. If they are too busy, theyll send you to their other location on Rock rd and call them while youre on your way over to Rock.

No more good mail techs last three visits were terrible they need to hire K back!

My nail broke within 4 DAYS of getting them done. When I was using the restroom. There is NO reason it should of broke. There was no excessive force or nothing. & when I told them that it just fell off they did not care to fix it themselves even tho it is THEIR fault for the poor quality. I WILL NOT be back. Very disappointed.

I have been going to this place for 3 years never had a problem until recently. I have eczema which is dry skin, i waited an hour to be seen. When I went to sit down he told me he couldn’t do my nails because of my skin and I told him that it was crazy because I was just in 2 weeks prior and there wasn’t issue. He kept going on and on about he refused to do my nails because of my skin, and told me to come back when it was gone. I have had a problem with this since I was 2 and it doesn’t seem to be going away any time soon. So I walked out with anger. Wouldn’t recommend this one. But i will never give my service to either ones again.

Don’t ever go to this place Anna is horrible don’t know what she is doing never have I had a nail tech say my length would break went two days ago and my nails are broke!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don’t use solar!!!!! She put shellac on my nails and it looked rough and she said to get clear because that’s the only color that won’t look bumpy!!!!! I wanted shellac so I can dry quick and end up having to wait this place is horrible!!! Don’t go here!!!!!

Kay does my nails and does a great job. I really like bling and she does great design! 4th of July nails are fantastic. Ive had lots of complements. I walked in on a Saturday and it wasnt full at all I got right in to get a pedicure and while I was there I decided to get a manicure as well when I left the next day I noticed that my toenails and fingernails were two different colors I noticed that my feet werent done properly as far as exfoliation I wont be revisiting this establishment

I have visited this place twice and left both times due to the long wait, and one of the tech asked a customer that walked in if she wanted something to drink, but there were 2 of us waiting and was not asked. I just left will never go there again.

Had to wait past my appt time, but I had a good job done in my nails.

Horrible experience. Went in for a fill because the salon I usually go to was closed for nye. Was cut twice once on each hand because she was filing my nails so aggressively. Most of my nails are shaped sloppy and uneven. The nail polish is patchy and the acrylic is thin and not smooth at all. On top of all of this I was charged $30 for a fill and I still tipped $5 because it was nye and I feel bad if I dont tip. So all in all I payed $35 for a fill the looks sloppy and unprofessional. I will not be going back to this location again.

The guy there did my nails. He was going to fast, rough, and many nails are very thick. Will make an appt with someone else.
