Nails not done right cover the whole finger and they talk and laugh of customers in they language not professional. Never going back i pay too much for nothing.

I love, love, love this place! Its clean, friendly and professional. Their polishes are great and they can do any design that I bring them. Every time I go, its a positive experience.

I love conning here for my eyelash services. They are both so kind and friendly when I come in and greet me by name. I always leave feeling and looking beautiful and confident. I seen a few bad reviews in here and it makes me wonder if they are confused on the salon, because I always had amazing service.

I have been getting my lashes and nails done at numbers of places throughout West Palm Beach looking for a good location and a good wait time . Due to the fact that there was no wait time ( Because i went close to closing time) my lashes should have came out a lot better than they are (it looks like my two-year-old put my eyelashes on) The lady at the front told me everything was 20% off so my lashes came out to be $28 and to come back like she did something great. I even had to tell her to keep adding. They get no star from me and I DO NOTTT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NOT EVEN TO GROOM MY DOG

Grew my eyebrows out for 3 months, this is the only salon I ever come to! Nicole usually does my brows but trusted the salon enough to let someone else do it. Came to get them done..... my arch is now completely gone and my eyebrows look like 2 minus signs. I was complaining and the lady said I can use an eyebrow pencil to just fix it up. She didn’t offer a discount in fact still wanted me to pay $10 for her messing my eyebrows up. Never again 😒 so disappointed

This salon is a life saver and I enjoy the atmosphere of this business. They are very welcoming. You will not be upset if you give it a try I promise you will be a recurring customer.

By far the service in West Palm Beach. Nails, Eyelashes, Waxing all the above. I love to see Nikki and Hayley especially when they call me by my name when I walk in or by phone. I love this place.

My mother went to this nail salon and her nails and eyelashes were PERFECT I reccomend the west palm beach area to go to so you can have PERFECT nails and eyelashes too!

My daughter went to this lovely establishment and they treated her with care and love and we should do the same and whilst risking herself with COVID-19 she came and tested negative and she would go there again!

They raised the prices, n did not do my nails n toes as good as the old crew did. But my eyebrows are great and on point thou...

This place is great. Lee is amazing! She takes her time and knows exactly what she’s doing. You tell what you want and she brings it to reality, I love her!

Went there for the first time. The lady spent 2 hours doing my nails, longer than anywhere else Ive been for Nexgen, and when she finally finished my nails look terrible. Uneven. Some spots without any powder. And she charged me $35 when their sign says $30 for Nexgen. Never going there again. Now I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Just wasted $35 :(

I went here for the first time with a close family friend and got my nails done, I had him fix it a second time because the design I wanted was too thick and looked weird. He put those stickers over it, and the next day theyre already peeling off. The second day I have these nails and one of them already broke just by me getting a plate out of the cabinet. I called their store and told them I broke a nail and I got it done yesterday and they dont have anyone who can fix the nails, only 1 guy and he isnt even there. Getting it fixed and never going back again.

Very unprofessional. I made an appointment and once i got there at the exact time my appointment was, and one of the girls gave me a ugly look and was talking to me with an attitude and said they were too busy and that they didn’t have any appointments.

I love New York nails . They have great customer service and Lee is such an amazing nail tech .

I don’t about the other nail techs but if you ask for Lucky which is who does my nails whenever I go here she does a great job.

Very bad experience. I did my nails the guy did a horrible job, and he was doing things in a hurry. Less than a week later my nails started getting messed up and after paying $70 dollars I had to go to another place and they had to do everything all over again. DONT SPENT YOUR MONEY HERE.

Worse place ever i wnt to get acrylics the guy who put them on filled my nails to hard an even when i told him your hurting me he still try to file them. I went back to get them fixed by someone else because thier was so much bubbles in the acrylic that person filled one of my nails do hard that my natural nail broke never going back thier EVEr!!!!!!

Its a very relaxed atmosphere for me, and the people are friendly. Ive been going to them for years.
