Nee is the absolute best... Shes so patient and kind! I had my 5 year old son with me and he was able to sit in a chair near me which was awesome! I hadnt seen her in years and it made my whole day to walk in and see her there!!!

I went there for a manicure and pedicure, the nail tech did my nails nicely, when she was done I had excess polish under my nails, I didn’t complain one bit I simply asked her to fix it and she got upset she said she’s not gonna do my pedicure because I am picky. Fair enough, I asked for another nail tech, that’s when the owner and his wife(tech that did my set) lashed out at me and told me to go get my feet done somewhere else. They didn’t even take the time to ask me if I was satisfied or not instead they tried to argue with me, because i simply asked the tech to remove the excess polish. The owner even told that he would cut the nails off, he was backing up his wife, they both ganged up on me, I literally got treated poorly for no reason. Horrible customer service. They could have handled the situation differently. I will never go there again. I’m disappointed.

This place is great as long as you get the right tech try to make appointments or there may be a wait not the nicest people in the world but the get the job done.(nails are 2 weeks old)

We made an appointment at 4:30. I sat there with my feet in cold water till 530 still waiting for a pedicure. I have been going there for years. I will never return again. After years of going there, you would think they would treat their loyal customers better. There are 1 million nail salons. I would not recommend them & I certainly will not be going back there. The owners response to me when I asked questions about the delay in the pedicure were absolutely ridiculous.

It looked good until I seen them in the light. Wow I can’t believe this was done by a professional. Never again.

Every time I go there I get excellent service, I always do my nails, toes with gel and my eyebrows are always on point. Very clean and sanitary and the staff is incredible. The prices are a little high but everything else is perfect.

Clean place, You really just have to be pickie about who does your nails though. Today I went in for a manicure and pedicure and brow wax around 10:30am and there was only one person being taken care of. My regular pedicure took over an hour and fifteen minutes😒 and the techs were arguing about it. My manicure started around 12ish. My nail are misshaped, color splotchy and the color is sticking to my skin because they weren’t done correctly. I mentioned I did not like them even told her specifically what I wanted changed with no prevail. Today was a total DUB. I’ll be getting them fixed somewhere else and won’t be returning. Did I mention I didn’t get my browns done 🤦🏽‍♀️

My favorite place to do my nails in WPB! The staff is so kind and welcoming, everything is always clean. I come every 2 weeks to do my gel acrylic manicure & pedicure & it looks bomb every time. Polish peels, they are never on time, they talk and play with each other out loud with very inappropriate conversations. You tell them what you want they offer you something different. All the polish I requested was dried out.

This is my very first google review. Im sorry but I cannot ever see myself getting my nails done at this salon again. This was my second visit there and I got nexgen done. My natural nails are long so I never use a nail tip. Not even 2 hours after i get back home and my index finger nail completely snaps off just by putting on my shoes. Its probably because of how thin my nails were filed down and not enough powder being applied to my nails. Im happy they were very professional and fixed my nail for free but Ive never had an issue like this with nexgen before. I was so shocked. ltll be a while before my nail grows back so thats what Ill have to do

New manager Jaden!! He is super friendly and really good. They still have some of the old really nice techs there but they now offer drinks and different pedicure treatments. Jasen also does really nice work with liquid gel. Other salons dont even offer liquid gel but they have it here! I have returned as a frequent client.

This visit was amazing! Always ask for Ms. Kim to wax your eyebrows! Everyone is so nice there, and talented in their own ways. If you end up unhappy with anything at all, you should speak up... Let them know! They are always willing to rectify any mistakes. But people arent saying anything to their faces... They wait until they are not there and write a very public review that is so negative. Im just saying, this is a small business... We have to support our small businesses... The internet has made it too easy for people to write some crazy things, but they wont say anything about being unhappy to the people working there first. The internet is a great tool! Use it properly. We all have voices, use your words in the establishment of you are unhappy before leaving. If after that, you are still unhappy then sure... Write a negative review. But they have been around here for a long time now and I know that they are happy to help you with any issues you may have. I have been going there and spending my money with this nail salon for a whole year I even worked there for Jaden but when I started to feel like I was being pressured into working long hours without food or a decent break I had to leave even after I left I kept spending my money with Jaden and he never complained with any other client about wanting their nails a specific way I always pay what he charges I never battle with his price and today he tells me its difficult to do my nails and to ket someone else do my nails he had become very big headed and is now charging entirely too much for his services to have a problem with someone wanting what they are being over charged for remind you I never complained about the price o just paid it because I got what I wanted but to tell me I have to go to someone else when I been going to you for the longest is a slap in my face and very disrespectful I do not recommend it

The worst nail fill Ive ever gotten! Nails are all different lengths, shapes, sizes. Nail tech burned me several times. She polished my nails so poorly I redid them when I got home. I will never go back!

So I went in here about a month ago and a gentleman did my nails, he did an ok Job The nails looked good from the front from any other view they were flat no shape of my natural nails.

They are mean and l have never been treated as badly in my life. The work they did was horrible. They could not even put acrylic on my whole nail. I was was unhappy and I asked when the rest of the acrylic was for my nail. She locked the door and cussed me out. And I paid 20.00 for her to unlock the door. She is a crazy women.

Great customer service but I went in for a pedicure, I paid $30 for the works and it literally looks like my 3 year old boy did the paint on mu toes, the nails were uneven and it looked just ridiculous. My eyebrows on the other side were done great. I just think competent people should be hired

I would give a 5 star because I started coming here recently my first two visits I loved how my manicure and pedicure turned out however on Sunday I had a Turkish lady do my nails and she didn’t really know how to do gel I guess i don’t know if she was there learning but now I’m extremely not happy about it.

This place has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. Went in for a full and pedi, wanting gel polish. The guy refused to show me the polish, after waiting OVER an hour (mind you I called ahead for an appointment) someone else walks in, sits down and 2 minutes later they take her in. When I say something the mans response is you told me youre not doing them so now you wait. Like another hour excuse me? Why did I just sit for over an hour with an appointment for you to take a walk in before me??? Especially if I said I wasnt getting them done ??? I will never visit here again

I would have given this a 5 star if the service on my last two visits wasnt horrible i went in and got a mani and pedi ending up spending over 100 on both just to get a crappy service when i am one of those people who tips u great because i know how it feels to do a GREAT job and get paid poorly. But after i noticed my service was horrible(stones fell off and the guy they had paint my toes missed several spots and the colors did not match because hpw he painted it) i went back only to be told i have to wait a hour just to put my stones back on.... Its sad to say onve the service is done at this place they careless ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS AFTER. Jayden can be a blessing when he wants to but hes all about the money he doesnt care about the service ans he definitely shows it.. Ive sent people over to him and this is the loyalty i get.. Ive been going here for sometime now and I normally do not have any problems, but I got GEL nails manicure for the first time on Saturday evening 13th, Sunday 14th and Monday the16th tey were peeling off a tad bit however, i didnt make a fuss about it but today Oct 16th, The GEL has peeled off on half of my nails and I am livid.Im not sure if it was even GEL polished that was applied to my nails as bad as my nails look after 3 days and was told that GEL lasts for 14-21days. Even another worker said the tech was doing it wrong but the Nail tech that were doing my nails ensured her that they were being done correctly., I mean what did I know Ive never had GEL nails before but after asking lots of people who get this faithfully they told me that my nails were done wrong because the glitter on my nails were not supposed to feel rough/clumpy. However, I did speak with the manager Jaye and he instructed me to come in tomorrow to get my nails redone free of charge.

I will NEVER go back to this place! I got a pedicure due to them being short staffed (3 ppl working only 1 can do acrylics) I decided to go to the store in the same plaza. I paid for my pedi (older man swiped my card on his phone) I did my shopping came back and got my nails filled, when I was ready to leave this man said I didnt pay for the pedi!! The other staff as well as customers told him that I paid HIM.... the owner was there giggling as if something was funny THEN I was told that they are cash only....fine. I left got cash came back paid for both my fill and pedi. Got home logged onto my back account and it CLEARLY shows that my pedi was paid for with my bank card. This was my 3rd and LAST time going to this place. Here is a tip for you.....if you go pay in cash or they will get paid double for a service you received only once!!!!

The new ower is great but new staff Im not happy with at all. I always come here faithfully to get my eye brows done and the new lady does not know what shes doing. She didnt trim they as they usually do or pluck them when she was done waxing. She was very rough lacting like she didnt like her job. And she gave them a ugly box shape when that wasnt even how they were before. They were so thick and nice now they are thin and box shaped. I have never had them look like this before I should have said something but it is what it is. Wont ever go here again.

I went and got my nails done today and it was great for like a 1 hour let me remind you it was a gel full set then I finally got home and my gel started slipping on my middle finger on my left hand an I payed $40 for it I’m highly upset
