DO NOT GET NAILS DONE BY ANDY. He rushed through the whole process and didn’t listen to what length or shape I want. He was very rough and yanking my hand and arms around. Didn’t check to see if lengths matched at all and like I said rushed through the entire thing. VERY UNHAPPY. I’ve never had a problem here until I got him doing my nails.

I would not recommend to go to creative nails. The manager pushed us through the whole process. They did limited service but changed me for full service. They just want your money and show no concern for costumer need. They want to rush in as many customers as possible. I should have listened to the other reviews with described poor service.

I never write reviews but whenever I go someplace I always depend on reviews so I just had to write this one to let everyone know. I got a gel pedicure with Mai and it was the best pedicure I have ever had. She took her time and actually cared about her work and didn’t rush me out of there at all. She massaged me so well and it wasn’t just a quick massage, she took her time and made me feel very relaxed. She cut my cuticles and my ingrown toenails and cleaned my toes the best they’ve ever been cleaned. I have been on the hunt for years for a good pedicure and I have finally found it. I will be back for Mai every time!!! She is so deserving of this 5 star review!

Came here after going to 3 other places that stated they were open on the 4th but in fact we’re not.I was promptly serviced and the service was amazing! Ann did amazing on my pedicure! I choose a basic pedicure but it was very thorough, no pain, and very hygienic. I will be returning to creative nails!

Extremely poor service. They made a mistake on confirming an appointment and the receptionist has the nerve to tell you it is not their fault therefore they can’t accommodate you. Horrible place and the staff are rude.

Ask for Trina Julie is Steohanie. Just not the man...but theyre awesome. Little pricey and the do t have the trendiest nail art but you walk out fabulous. theyre nail are is cute. However if you dont want general nail salon designs go someplace else. I showed then a few picks of geometrical type lines/ colors. And ombre. They cant do that. If you want a second color its like another seven dollars.I got an acrylic fill with one color design was black a designs with gold accent.$50.00 -70.So acrylic fill. My color I picked WAS THE DESIGNand two gold swooshes on each nail.For maybe an extra 60 I could have gone to the nail bar who does amazing designs.However Julie and Stephanie are the go to girls and were awesome.

I’ve been here many times I’ve had decent nails and great nails but more often than not I love the way my nails are done. Staff is polite but services can be a bit pricey at times. I’ve found a lady I love and I now stick with her ! You just gotta find who works best with you!

Didnt like the work done. The man that painted my nails, painted on my skin around my nails too, and the UV gel manicure lasted 3 days instead of the usual 2 weeks. I will not be returning to this place.

I felt very safe getting my nails done. Temp check, hand sanitizer, plexiglas dividers, and masks. The staff is very serious about keeping customers (and staff) safe while at the same time creating an excellent experience!

Charged me way too much, did a bad job in general and refused to do designs when they are available

First of all Cindy did a wonderful job. However, it was hard to understand whoever was answering the phone. I had to ask several times about the pricing and certain words sounded the same like tips and dip. Frustrating. When I asked the price I heard the number 31 and ask multiple times. Then when I had the service it was actually $41. Theyd be better served and have happier customers if someone on the phone didnt have the strong an accent.

I have been coming here for 4 months, since I started dip manicures. I went the other day, showed Cindy a picture and she made my nails look EXACTLY like them. She shaped them perfectly and did a killer French ombré! The staff is always friendly and listens to what I want. I am also very fond of the young male tech ( can’t remember his name) but he is a lovely human being.

I went in for dip and tips on my fingers, and to get my eyebrows waxed. I saw Cindy, who everyone seems to praise. She was nice, however didn’t do a great job. My nails look bad and many people have told me that. Certain nails are on uneven and the texture on the nail is not even. There are bumps and uneven top coat with obvious strokes. I didn’t notice as I left in a hurry so my fault for not seeing and saying something but I also don’t like being rude. My eyebrows are shaped nice, however she didn’t tweeze all the hair and I had to do that when I got home. I really want to go back and say something but I may not because of how mean they are (generally with nail places) when you say something doesn’t look good, etc. I will not be going back in the future.

Nope. Maybe I had a bad nail tech.. but I will not return here. I stopped in because the reviews were great- and needed my dips redone.What has always taken under an hour to do too over 1.5 hours! I thought it seemed like I had been there a very long time, but didnt look at the clock until I left.Then when I got home, I noticed that my dips were bumpy in spots. I feel like the fool, as I tipped the guy a huge tip before leaving..These dips lasted under 2 weeks before they started peeling. The coloring was also not consistent- worst dip I have had.

I have been coming here for over a year to see Kate. She always listens to exactly what I want and is very meticulous. She always makes sure I look like a hand and foot model when I leave. I have a crazy work schedule and she always accommodates me. I recommend her to all my family and friends. I love coming here, the staff is always pleasant and the salon clean. :)***UPDATE! June 2019. I just saw Kate for the 3rd birthday in a row! I’ve been seeing her consistently every month for a little over two years now. My natural nails have never been longer, stronger or more healthy. My polish is always perfect and lasts for a month if I wish. I recommend Kate to everyone. The management staff here is lovely as well. Always kind and accommodating to me. I would never go to another salon!! :)

Great experience! I tried dipped nails for the first time and couldnt be happier. Three weeks later and theyre still in great shape. Sam was pleasant and paid great attention to every detail.

Went in to have my acrylics removed and replaced with a gel mani but ended up trying a dip manicure after seeing it on the nail tech. Really comfortable process, even with sensitivity that occurs when old nails are removed. Came out beautifully with perfectly shaped tips and arches on the french white. Just the right thickness to provide strength but look natural as well. A little pricey ($51 including removal of the old set) but definitely worth the money. Linda did a fabulous job!!

Same technician twice and same bad experience. Did not soak nails at all and then cut my cuticles in two places. And said they were dry. Of course they were - you did not soak or use cuticle cream. Finally got to the moisturizer at the end and she scratched the palm of my hand with her own nail. Red raised scratch. And then said I was sensitive. Sorry - not going back for a third try.

Creative Nails and Spa provides a nice pedicure in a clean, comfortable environment. I took my husband for his first pedicure. Although he was reluctant, he ended up enjoying the experience.This was my third visit to Creative Nails & Spa. They are consistently good. Plus, they take walk-in clients.

She said there was two of them and she’s the pretty one so idk what else to say there 😂 but she was so funny and nice to talk too and she did AMAZING bomb nails . Every time I go to this location I always get good nails from anyone tho but she really did so well

I’ve been going here for years... 9/10 times I’ve had quick service and great results. Occasionally I️ have got a rude technician or one who I️ felt “rushed” my session however the more I’ve gone I’ve learned that the good ones have stuck around and I’ve got to know the girls there... definitely some wonderful technicians who are always friendly and remember you. All in all it’s very clean and they do a good job.

I wish I never went and can rate them 0. My nails got infected and Im reporting them to the board of health. They drilled too deep in my nails when removing my powder/dip set and caused my nails to go green. And the kicker is that the girl next to me had green nails too!!! When I asked for a gift card for a manicure for my troubles, which costs 15.00, they were only willing to give me a 10.00 gift card...Terrible management. They post in the store to let them know how the service was and my experience was horrendous and they wouldnt even compensate me. Anywhere is better than here. THEY ARE SO EXPENSIVE TOO!!! Not worth it. Go accross the plaza instead.

Gel nails started peeling 4 days after. Already have to get them done again its only been a week. Relaxing atmosphere but i cant afford to keep going back every week because of peeling gel

Wait was a little long. I asked if they had availability and they said yes but we waited over a half hour...The pedicure experience was amazing. The women tried to speak English the best they could, we had many laughs, and the best part was everything was sterile! Every tool the used on my feet came from sterilized packages and/or were brand new! I will never go anywhere else!

I got a full set of acrylic nails here. After about 5 days, two nails had popped right off. About 3 or four days later two more popped right off. I have always been able to go a minimum of two weeks, usually 3 before getting a fill. After going here I lost 4 nails long before two weeks. Needless to say, the service was fine and they were nice, but they clearly they are not good at what they do!

I almost hate to write this because I dont want everyone to steal her, but Kate is fantastic. I have been going to her for the last 6 months and will never see anyone else again. She is meticulous!

The man did my nails horrible. It’s mushed up he re did it and managed to still get them mushy. They didn’t even dry.

I had the dip done the first time i went there and it didnt last me the 3 weeks they promised it would.I was told that it was because my nails grow with a slight curve upwards. Which they do but ive never had that problem before with acrylics so i opted to have acrylics done instead on my second visit.I was very happy with the shape and look of my nails when i left the salon but 4 days later, they started breaking.I was very surprised to find out they use very low quality products considering how expensive their prices are!The salon is beautiful and they seem to be consistently busy so I thought I would get my moneys worth but I was wrong!Would not recommend!

Ive been to Creative Nails many times, but my most recent experience was not very pleasant. My nail tech left during the appointment and 30 minuets later returned unprofessional as he rushed through the process. The end result was by far the sloppiest manicure Ive ever received. I will not be returning.

Needed pink and white acrylic full set...walked out with plain acrylic fill, poorly done, and a gel polished French manicure. 2 days later I had terrible lifting and the white has faded to yellow. $46 wasted.

Beautiful place but my nail tech rushed me to pick my color, cut 3 of my cuticles, and left my nails very lumpy. Didnt even want to ask them to fix it. Would have been okay paying 20 but not 30 for this experience.

I’ve been going here for a little over a year and used to love it, but they’ve gone really downhill lately. The salon is big and clean, and the staff is nice, but lately the quality of work they do has been extremely disappointing. Most recently I paid $62 for a gel mani + regular pedi and had a terrible experience - the woman who did my manicure scraped my cuticles so hard that my finger bled, and then both the mani and pedi were chipped in 3-4 days (and as you know, gel manis should last 10-14 days).The time before that, I had an appointment but it was super busy - I asked if they were sure they had time to take me but they assured me they did. They rushed me out in under 30 min and my gel mani chipped within days then too.So, you might have a decent experience in the salon, but you should know that their work won’t last. For me, it just isn’t worth it to go here anymore. I’ll be finding a new salon.

Very nice technician for a pedi & got a last minute appointment. I just got the basic pedi with the regular polish before winter vacation, 3 weeks later the polish is just starting to chip. Impressed!

I had my first set of acrylic nails at age 60 and so pleased! Rosie did a great job and explained the process as she was doing it because I told her it was my first set. Ive had manicures, but nevers a set of nails.The next time I went Rosie wasnt available and I used someone else. She almost rude toward me, talked to other co-workers (not in English), and answered her cell phone a couple of times.I decided not to go back. There are plenty of other nail salons and I found one and a person I like that is not rude and does a great job doing my nails.

Worst experience whoever did my nails was rude and rushing me my spa didnt last more than 10 to 12 minutes and she got mad when I told her that wasnt what Im looking for add to that I have three cuts on my toes and skin burns on my heels I felt so mad cause I tipped her well never mind her complaint about how it took her long to do my nail and my nails didnt last more than 15 hours it chipped already

Went to get my eyebrows wax the tech was more interested trying to have me get my top lip wax. No thanks (I have blonde peach fuzz.) Walk to register pay. I go to my car take a better look at my eyebrows and the tail end of my right eyebrow had been waxed off. I go back in tell them just got my eyebrow wax and your tech waxed off the tail of my eyebrow. And they look at me like they are stupid. I say you see this eyebrow your tech waxed the tail off. I had to walk away vexause the stupid look on her face was more then what I could handle. I leave on vacation on Sunday with one of my eyebrows missing the tail end. THANK YOU CREATIVE NAILS SHREWSBURY MA I know KARMA will come your way.

This place is terrible. I went in to get a Gel manicure and I left unsatisfied. I came back the next day and explained to someone that the women who did my nails did a terrible job and she told me to pick a color and it should be fine. She ends up giving me the same person I said I did not want, when I asked her if I could get a different person she had said “she’s the one who did a bad job so if you want someone else you’re gonna have to pay for a full set, it’s her responsibility to fix it.” So I said okay. The lady did not even take off my gel manicure, she put the color i had picked on top of the other color I did not like. So i left once again unsatisfied and with 5 coats of lumpy gel on my nails. Never coming back here again.

We made a group appointment for my sisters bridal party and her wedding this weekend. However they split us all up and didnt have any of our chairs next to each other. As she began my pedicure her hands aggressively slapped my legs in order to prompt be to put my leg up. I have actually never experienced this at a nail salon. Im not sure if she was in a rush or it was a bad day or what? Than I had one woman file my toe to the point it was about to fall off. She began to ask me what she should do, as if this was my fault or I knew what to do. I have never had anything like this happen to me, ever. Instead of controlling the situation she was yelling in another language to other staff distraught. She was unapologetic and extremely defensive as if I came in with my toenail like that. Another girl called a manager or something like that to inform me that they would take ten dollars off. I laughed and went to another salon down the street that fixed it with super glue. Customer service is awful at Creative Nails. There are plenty of salons in the area that will treat you better for the money you provide for service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM “sara” I believe which I could post a picture I asked her to do my nails long she said no that shorter is natural and didn’t do them long. They were so fat and thick I kept asking her to fille it she told me to do it myself. And she didn’t fix it. She was so rude and arrogant. Which I could give a 0 Star. Or show a picture of this waste of money.

I got my nails done there and not even 3 days later 3 or them broke and the fourth one is falling off as i wright this . Waste of my money .

Nice set up but staff is not professional (constantly speaking in their foreign language which I find rude) and it is pricey.

Can honestly say I was not too impressed with the manicure and dip I received a few days ago. The experience led me paying another salon to fix what was improper. I do suppose it depends on the technician, but in an establishment the quality should be standard across the board.

I went in to have gel polish taken off and a regular manicure. All the gel wasnt taken off, my cuticles were a mess and the Polish looked like a 3 year old did it. This was by far THE WORST manicure I have ever had. It was rushed, sloppy and I had to redo it when I came home. This is the second time this has happened and I will NEVER go back!

I will never go back. Over $70 for a mani/pedi and after 5 days my shallac is already chipping. It should last 2 weeks, not to mention all the bubbles in it. I had to have her fix 2 toes and 3 nails due to errors, just a horrible experience. I would have spent $50 at my home salon and the women know English there, I will never stray again!
