Great costumer service. Kenny is really good, he did a pretty good job with my nails. It was my first time there

I went in for a gel manicure, nothing fancy. However, less than 24 hours later, my nails that were supposed to be pink are yellowing -- they look so bad it almost looks like tie dye! And the gel is already starting to chip. I have never seen this happen before...Google says the yellowing happens when an inferior product is used. I will not be coming here again!

Went here one day to get a full set of acrylics and a pedicure, they were very rough with my hands and I had to hold my arm at awkward positions for an extended amount of time. My shoulder was hurting and I got burned while the man filed my finger too hard and he cut me with the drill bit. Very unprofessional equipment, the man pulled out children’s school safely scissors to cut the excess tip off he didn’t even comply with the shape I asked for. And the polish they used anyway is fading and changing colors like tie die. I don’t recommend going here at all :(

We always have nice time here. It’s a special treat as a family typically. The staff is friendly n polite. The service is always quick and the quality is outstanding.

These ladies do an amazing job making my short stubby nails look great. They are also so good with my 8 year old. They make her feel like a little lady!!!

Went there start off with the older gentleman with bloodshot eyes. He soaked off my existing gel nails, then afterwards he started to put on my next set. This is where all the problems started. He put barely any glue on they were falling off after he put them on. Then he glued them on crocked not just a little but super crooked. My thumbs and pointers were going going at an 80 degree angle. I asked him to redo them, he got upset but he complied. Then did it again and told me I was wrong. I wish I had pictures. It was bad. Finally one of the older ladies took over and she cut me but she was able to salvage them but they are super short. I will never go there again. Not worth the time or money.

I’ve been here about 2 times and the staff is very rude and unprofessional..taking my money else where and never going back!!!

Treated my 12 year old horribly! So mean and rude. The quality of the nails are awful, let alone the attitude! NEVER AGAIN will I spend a penny.

I have lived 7 mins away from this salon for a year but never tried it due to the negative reviews. I’d often drive 10-15 mins away to get my mani/pedis instead. I am so glad I gave them a chance today. Lee did a beautiful job. She was efficient and precise. I also felt safe with the barriers and equipment she used to provide my service. I will be going back to Lee in the future.

Right before our drive to Orlando my mother wanted to get a fresh set, well they gave her lumpy deformed nails and we did not have time to get them redone. The nails should not have to be redone in first place. We walked back in to get a refund which they did give but with a nasty attitude. Please don’t waste your time or money here.

The service here is always great the girls do a wonderful job. I can always trust Donna to do a great job on my pedicure. However have been coming here for years and the decor and furniture could use an upgrade.

I was a little nervous to try them out after seeing the reviews but I’ve honestly never been more satisfied with a salon. Aside from their laid back and welcoming environment, my nails look absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend you experience them for yourself!

Average prices. Classy atmosphere. Very nice staff - they seem to enjoy interacting with their regulars. Tom and Lee did a fine job. Give them a chance before taking the word of a racist commenter! (Below)

Received the deluxe pedicure paul was amazing. I love this salon all the choices for aromatherapy pedicures u can choose from. I went with the lavender. Feel fantastic.

Horrible. I came in an hour before they closed for a fill. Nails were cut different lengths. Dented my nail bed with drill be for fill. They didnt turn the lights on where u dry your nail. I sat in the dark. The only light was from a display. And when I walked out no-one was there! It was bizarre.

I use to go here all the time and it was my favorite spot. The ladies are all really friendly and helpful. But unfortunately my nails started getting destroyed from the products and overbuffing of my nails. When asking to have some help with changing i was confronted with nothing but nail tech drama and was told that i would be bullied out of the store if i said anything... needless to say, i haven’t gone back..

This place ruined my sisters nails and the people were so incredibly rude. Never going again and don’t recommend it.

Had a long overdue facial with Kim. What a PRO. Face like an angel, hands like a BEAR. Her quick back massage after the facial was more beneficial to my ailing back than a 45-minute back massage from a supposed professional. Worth every penny.

Staff was very attentive and accommodating for walk in service. Price is in-line with area. Thank you Kenny and Lee. I will definitely be back.

THE rudest nail tech ever!! Tried to send me off with crooked nails, are you kidding me! Had the audacity to charge me for the horrible full set that is coming off as we speak. Did not ask how to file the nails, I got coffins, yuck. Does not obviously know how to even out nails.Horrible horrible full set. Worse experience ever

Horrible service. Told my nail tech that one of my nails was really hurting while I was soaking to remove my nexgen. Instead of being careful, he ripped the nexgen and tip off ripping my nail off down to the skin. The guy left my Nails crooked and uneven. I will never ever go there again.

Three strikes.....never again. Too rough, had 2 different employees over 3 visits. One cut my foot with buffer, other with cuticle pick both visits!

They do not honor appointments. Service not great. Seen to not care about customers. Have gone there several times. Appointments dont matter . Awful service and manager doesnt care

The lady cut my cuticle and filed them down way to much the French manicure was terrible I asked the lady to do thin lines and they are thick and uneven will never go again
