!!! Please be aware that ppl of color are treated very poorly and unfair, I was cursed at because I didn’t like my nails or pedicure, I would never do business here ever again!!! Please don’t go there and spend your hard earned money with ppl who don’t appreciate their customers !!!

I came here to get my nails took off and eyebrows done today ..the lady takes a nail clipper and basically begins to painfully pry the nail off without soaking them or anything..I snatched my hand back and she says aren’t you in a rush .I never told her that by the way. I told her why are you not soaking my nail off that Hurts and she continued to do it anyway ..I snatched my hand back again and told her to take them off the proper way.then she soaks them. My nails are so sore and Red! I will never come here again. After she was done, I told her I’m not getting my eyebrows done and I payed for the horrible nail removal and left and Hell no I didn’t tip.

It was my first time there, I went because I needed an urgent manicure !! Spectacular my nails as I wanted them.

Ive been to this location a few times, only because its conveniently located by my home. I have never been able to commit due to their inconsistencies. It could be the painting of my nails or the time frame in which they can attend to me. Unfortunately, I will be no longer be giving them my business due to how long I waited. I am pretty patient and have no problem waiting. I signed in and gave them my number to call me as I will be waiting in my car. It took me 45 minutes to realize they hadnt called me and here I thought I was doing a good deed by them not feeling pressured and rush from me being in the chair waiting. I walk in to see if they are available and notice that they have attended 2 others who signed in after me! Yea, UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. Had they asked those new customers there names, had gotten up to check the front parking lot(Located directly in front of their salon) they wouldve noticed me in my care as my running lights were on. Had they did a role call of there last 3 sign ins, they wouldve noticed the one person not being attended. I honestly dont understand the point of signing in if they are not going to use it. This post might have taken me 5 minutes to write but whats another 5 minutes on top of 45 minutes of me waiting in my care. I hope everyone reads this and puts there bad experiences online so they can become more professional. Its so rude and typical of them saying 15 minutes.

Stay away ! I tried giving it a chance despise the horrible reviews they are all right . My full set took 30 minutes horrible work and the tech scrapped my skin he was so rough. My skin is literally broken . The color was not the same at all as what I picked . I asked to have them repaint it but they refused and wanted to charge me extra. Please beware this place is horrible, never again

Terrible gel manicure, chipping the next day, first and last time. Only Went because my place was closed . When I was there, there Were lots of people there for pedicures,but whilst reading these reviews, I’m not sure why lol

This place is a waist of money. I arrived at 4:57pm to get a pedicure. The nail tech finished the pedicure at 5:13pm including polishing. NEVER will I go back to this place. They didnt lotion my legs, they cut my nails prior to even putting them in the water. Before the tub that you put the water in to soak your feet in she was done. She refused to get the dead skin off my feet. BEWARE THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY.

Shortest pedicure ever, polish to thick, nail tech(Holly) said to take a picture of the polish in case I have to come back for her to fix it. She was in such a rush she forgot the hot towel, put it on my legs after my toes were polished. She actually asked if I was going to tip 😑 really NOT...Very poor service. Came in with my daughter and she sat us 3 seats apart saying I already started the water. I would have preferred by this shop say we close in 30 min & are not taking any new customers!

The reviews prior to mine are SO true. I decided to give this place a try and that was truly an honest mistake. ZERO customer service. My manicurist was the worst one of all she was rushing and had a huge attitude problem. The only warm and kind individual was one of the pedicurist (forgot her name :/) . This has to be the WORST salon in palm beach county. Overall, the experience was horrible and I will not be going back.

I have been going here for about 8 years now. I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure! I live about 35 minutes away, but they are worth the drive. I tried a closer location and had a horrible experience, I will ALWAYS make the drive to see them! Lynn, Patty and Tony do an incredible job! They are very clean and are perfectionists when doing your nails. Lynn and Patty do an excellent job at waxing! My eyebrows come out looking perfect :D

They might as well close or sell this place at this point. I was due for a pedicure and decided to try them out since they were closest to where I worked. The man who did my feet was quite condescending and barely put any effort into the pedicure. He rushed through the whole process, did not clean my nails well and was irritated when I pointed that out. I came in for both a pedicure and a manicure and I left right after the pedicure that’s how disappointed I was. Save your money, go elsewhere and read the reviews before hand. I don’t do my nails often and even I could’ve done a much better job. Trash just trash.

Worst place ever I been going to this nail shop for 5+years that makes me an loyal customer up until the manger who is an female was very disrespectful towards me because I didn’t like the way she did my lashes it was very rushed and wasn’t put on properly at all. I asked her can she please fix them and she said no very rude and I have to pay full price. I continue to go back and forth with her until I took the lashes off in her face and told her it was unacceptable, she then proceeded to say she don’t care how long I been an customer there she won’t fix them cause she don’t have time. If you like quality work and great customer service i highly recommend you not to go there.

They did a horrible job on my toes. The guy didn’t get under the nail or get any in groans that I had. My French tip look like my 5 year old did it. I had to go to work right after so I called the next day and they wasn’t willing to do anything about it. I had to go get my toes redone the next day somewhere else. Spend another $40. Cobb nails on 45th in the Walmart did a AMAZING job.

Absolutely trash. The customer service is worse than Wal-Mart. Its not even the language barrier but more like lack of respect. Their work is terrible and when you show them the issues, no one takes responsibility. From peter to son to the owner. Its so unfortunate and the nails definitely look like flea market quality. Anyone who says they loved their nails here must have the lowest standards. Do not spend your money here. I read the reviews but decided to give them a chance TWICE and I regret it so much. They shouldnt be in business. Terrible quality

Horrible service.. tried it twice won’t be returning The first time one lady tried to beat me out my change ..tried to keep it smh.. and another time this lady did my nail crooked and bumped not smooth at all and I paid 33 dollars for that new dipping acrylic powder .. They really need to Do better.. they remind me like Asian from the ghetto Hood👎🏾

I read the reviews on here but I just thought to myself how bad could they be doing a simple manicure? Boy was I wrong? The guy messed up my nails so freaking bad. A lot of bubbles on all my 10 nails. It was so bad. I already hate going to nails salon because I have yet to find a good one. I showed it to them and the manager tried to fix it. its ok but not good, And she has the nerve to ask me if I want to tip on my card? Really, Im not satisfied at all and you want tip, the only tip I can give you is go back to school so you can get the appropriate training to do nails better. The place is a joke. Never again. The manager is very rude. If you want to go experience them, be my guest

Horrible experience today. I was there at 10:15 it was not crowded at all. Asked for a pedicure, dip polish and eyebrows. Got the pedicure and eyebrows (both of which were not great) and asked to soak the polish off while I was getting my pedicure. I was treated as if I was getting on their nerves. The tech told me it is Saturday, if you dont have time you go Huh???? Customer Service is AAAAAAAAAWWWFUL! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I was a customer over 4 years but never again! I think they forget that its a nail salon on every corner.

Ive been there a few times because it is so close to my house but every time I go I am beyond disappointed. Last time I was there, the woman cut my toe really badly using only the pumice stone (not even the cheese grater lol). She told me it was my fault that she cut me. They charged me for the pedi (I didnt ask them not to, but I would think they would offer. She cut my foot pretty badly). Also, when I came in they said it would be a few minutes and I asked if I could just sit in the pedi chair and soak my feet while I wait, they said yes but no one ever came over. Its very hard to tell who is in charge (if anyone). Oh I almost forgot, the girl doing my pedi started to fight with the technician next to her. like yelling at each other (this is probably why she cut me come to think of it). Also the place is pretty dirty. Just pay the extra money and go some place else

DO NOT COME HERE. Customer service is HORRIBLE!! I got got pedicure done by HELEN & when I was finished my feet were still not scrubbed correctly so I asked could she fix it and she told me no to speak to her manager and her manager was RUDE (Lynn). So I left without getting the proper pedicure. Moral of the story DO NOT COME TO THIS NAIL SALON. They are so rude and act as if they are doing things for free.

I am a regular customer when it comes to LA Nails they know me by name or at least my face when I come in the manager is very nice the girls and guys are very friendly and they always take care of you from head to toe whether it my eyebrows, fill in or a pedicure

THE WORST NAIL SPA EVER. Poor customer service. Nail technicians are not properly train to do nails. The manager will not rectify the mistakes of his techs and tells you to deal with it. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Ive tried this place a few times thinking eventually Ill get someone that can do nails! Nope! Everyone in there are horrible at pedicures, manicures, acrylic, and gels! On top of that the salon in filthy! As I was getting my pedicure I had ants crawling all over me and I havent seen them cleaned their tools at All! Im a hairstylist at a local salon and have never seen this bad of sanitation! Surprised the state board hasnt shut them down!

The staff is very friendly and Kevin does an awesome job! He really listen to give you the natural look you desire.

Poor, Poor service. My Toes nails were not clean of properly and the lady rush my pedicure . The place is dirty and filled with cobwebs, ants and mosquitoes. I will not be going back there.

My lip is messed up from the waxing, is this what you call a waxing and my lip looks as if i shaved from a third party this has set me back 10 x 10, im so annoyed i cant deal.. once bitten twice shy.. and i shall put the word out there.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE its sad some people get treated like royalty because of the color of their skin they are greeted by first name and taken right away meanwhile others are told to have a seat as soon as you walk in with no greeting. This is all by the owner she is completely rude. I tried to explain to her my nails cracked after two days she would not make eye contact she was plating in her phone. She told me to sit down and chill out. The service is horrible and the pedicure she did for me was not done properly its as if she was In a rush. Please do not waste your hard earned money coming to this place the owner is rude, unprofessional,has no tact and just doesnt care. Her husband Tony will just stand their and allow her to treat customers bad. Patty is also rude she was not willing to take black customers on the day I was their.HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I only get my nails done by Lynn, I tried the others & they’re are no good, That’s why I give it a 3 a Star, Pedicure is a waste of money there, They do nice eyebrows tho But like I said Only by Lynn.
