Was looking for a new salon because my old one was not giving me what I wanted. I love nails that can be a conversation starter, and let me tell you-this place has it all. Izabel did my pedicure, she did a beautiful job and was so nice to talk with. Brandi did my nails, I ABSOLUTELY Love them. I gave her free range on my first visit to see what she would come up with. She asked me some questions about what I like, then she went to work. Believe me, you will not be disappointed. Only thing I would say to you, is, plan to book ahead as they are a busy salon, with highly skilled and in demand artists echs. They are truly a fun group of women!!!

This salon is my second happy place beside my home. I’m always excited to get to my nail appointment just because of the environment and the vibe. Kim is my nail tech and she is bomb. Every timeI go, she works her little magic and makes me happy, never disappoints. I’ll always remember the first time I went to her and had no idea what I wanted, she just told me to sit back and relax, and the next I know, my nails were on fire. I love this place! They nice, professional, clean and overall, on time! I’ve had 2 of the staff help me so far and I was not disappointed. Mikayla usually does my pedicures and she’s sweet, friendly and does a great job. She also does amazing 3D flowers (she did my nails as well 😊). Last week Katherine did my nails and she made me feel comfortable and although I had something basic in mind, she reminded me that nothing about me is basic and to have fun with my hands! I walk out feeling great every time, you can’t go wrong with whoever you get, they’re all amazingly talented.

I recently went to get my nails done for the first time ever. After doing some research of the salon, I excitedly booked my appointment online. Then I called the salon just to double check I was selecting the correct services. Kim was more than welcoming over the phone and happily answered all my questions.Once I arrived at the salon, my temperature was taken then asked to wash my hands. Each station has plexiglass and both the nail technician and client wear their masks throughout the entire appointment. The salon as a whole is one of the cleanest I have seen. I felt very safe.As my appointment went on, I had great conversation with Kim as she did my nails. She explained everything she was doing and answered all of my “why”, “what”, and “how” questions with enthusiasm. This by far has been one of the best nail shops I have been to EVER! I am extremely picky about the shape of my nails and how the acrylic is laid. Loved the environment and the staff was so welcoming. This is my 2nd visit and Ive only gone to Brandi, but just watching everyone else you can tell the staff loves what they do. The salon is clean and you get your temperature checked before you can go anywhere. What impressed me after my first visit about a month ago, was hope smooth my feet were. No use of a grater and the bottom of my feet were smooth and soft.

I felt at home for the duration of my manicure and pedicure (75 minutes). World-class customer service!!!!! Kim is the best (owner) shes so friendly, talented, warm personality. I called to make an appointment. I made a same day appointment for 3pm. The person I spoke to said someone would call to confirm my appointment. No one ever called to confirm. I called back a couple hours later to confirm my appointment, this person now says my appointment time was booked. So they offered me 5pm. I said fine, as I was hanging up the person said I need to put down a deposit to secure the appointment. Which was the first time that was mentioned. It would be helpful to mention that upfront. I didnt put the deposit, but later that day I noticed the salon blocked me on Instagram. Never been there and dont know the owner. Its very unfortunate, unprofessional and immature to block a potential client. I would never do business there! They are very unorganized and unprofessional.

I have been getting my nails done by Kim for over 4 years now. I travel all the way from parkland just to get my nails done by Kim because there is no other nail tech like her! She takes her time to perfect each nail and that’s rare to find because every other nail tech I’ve been too finishes my nails so fast with so many mistakes. Anything I want, she can accomplish with her own little flare. The new location is beautiful and is taking all the safety measures needed during these hard times which made me feel super safe. Every time I get a new set, the compliments are endless and all I say to them is “go to legacy nails, you won’t regret it”. I have been going to see Kim since 2014, and it is now 2020 and I still leave cheesing from cheek to cheek. Living in Pompano Beach the drive is almost an hour away since she opened Legacy, and I didn’t think twice to follow her. Today was my second time at this establishment. Not only the first time was I told I wasn’t able to have what I wanted but today, I chose another design and it was not able to be done. The pictures on their site apparently is not done by all staff. I should have been asked what I wanted at the time of booking and not told I was being fit in for my pedicure. In all I am very dissatisfied with this place and will not be going back or recommend after feeling like what I want doesn’t matter.
