Got more living space cheaper than anywhere else, and was nicer than most we looked at. The staff is wonderful and willing to work with you if you talk to them.
We lived in the Stonebridge Apartments for eight years and have had a wonderful experience. The office and maintenance staff have always been very helpful and respectful. The grounds are kept very clean. They were always very responsive. If we had to return to live in an apartment, our first choice would be Stonebridge.
BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU MOVE OUT.I enjoyed living at Stonebridge Apartments. I was safe and everything was always clean. However, they are unprofessional and sloppy when you are moving out.First, I double paid for my trash service. I paid for May then when I moved out they said I had to pay for the last two months of June and May.Second, they gave me my checkout list the week I was moving out. I gave them a months notice and they couldnt give me the checkout list until the last minute.Third, they create charges to pay for repairs and cleaning. I received a bill for $275. $200 was taken out from my security deposit and I paid the remaining $75. Then a month later they mail an invoice saying that I owe $85 dollars. I call to clarify and they say that I owed $345. They didnt tell me when I moved out, they didnt put it on an invoice, it just magically appeared out of thin air.
First of all, the maintenance and upkeep are stellar. They have responded very quickly to every request my wife and I have sent them. The lawn is always even, the leaves are always raked, and the bushes are always trimmed. I never feel bad looking out the window (unless the inversion is particularly bad). In the winter, the parking lot and sidewalks are salted regularly. Buckets of salt and shovels are located at periodic intervals so that tenants can use them if needed.Secondly, they enforce the rules, which is a bigger help than it is a burden. Thats part of what keeps the upkeep so fresh and the rent prices low, although the rent is going to rise a bit in 2019.The gym isnt very big, but it has all the basics, and thats really all you need. The pool and hot tub are always kept clean. The basketball / tennis courts always look good. There are also a few different playground areas for kids. There are a lot of fun places within walking distance of Stonebridge - restaurants, game stores, hobby stores, grocery stores, and some other odds and ends. The only complaint I have is that the walls are a bit thin, so you probably want to look elsewhere if youre wanting to plan a heist from home. Still, nowhere is perfect, and this place is has been pretty dang good for the two and a half years Ive lived here.
Ive lived in the apartments for about 4 years. It is a safe, fairly quiet place to live. I love how close it is to everything. The staff is wonderful. Anytime I need anything done by maintenance, it gets taken care of within almost 48 hours, if not sooner. I have no plans of moving out any time soon. It is a great place.
I love this place! I have lived here for 2 years now and have not had many problems. Management is awesome and have always worked very well with me. I have not had many maintenance problems but when I have they are on top of it. Of course there are kids its a family community, and of course they are loud thats what kids are. But I have 3 of my own so it dont bother me. The property is always kept beautiful. Only downfall is price which has left me to find somewhere cheaper, and the close parking is a bit a joke but it doesnt help that the people below me own 7 vehicles themselves and take all the spaces. Other than that its an amazing beautiful place to live and I wish I didnt have to leave. I Recommend this place to everyone.
We lived at Stonebridge appartments for two years. We found the staff friendly, and willing to help. Repairs were done in a timely manner - they were very prompt in an emergency. Convent location, close to stores, restaurants, and a movie theater, and the UTA bus lines.
Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! I’ve lived in 5 of them! Maintenance always happened ASAP and they have all wonderful staff! And Nia the manager is absolutely amazing and helpful!!! The condos are really nice and spacious! I would definitely recommend this complex to friends and family.
I moved in recently. The apartment community is not bad. However if you need anything done which requires maintenance support. It will sit for a long time. I was informed that work orders are fulfilled in 24-48 hours. I have been waiting for a month so far to get my front door from sticking in the frame. I really do not appreciate the fact I have the slam the door shut or bang it open with my shoulder. If you are not that handy, you will be waiting a while.I have had to do some of the maintenance items myself. The people around here are quiet. At least my building anyways. I have no complaints about the neighbors. It does appear that people do not like to use their assigned covered parking spot. It is not that much farther from the uncovered spots (25 steps or so). I think the majority of people are just lazy. The pool is rarely cleaned. There have been a lot of rocks and/or leaves consistently. The trash bins are emptied on a regular basis. I have never seem them overflowing (congrats on that). All in all this is one of the better places I have lived in. Just wish maintenance could step up the game.
If you want to know what it is like to live here: Purchase a tent, set it up in the middle of an elementary school playground during the day. Now imagine that sound literally from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.. If you enjoyed the experiment, this place is perfect for you! Also if you enjoy the thrill of the hunt for a parking spot, this will be great, as 40% of their parking is occupied by cars with 3 flat tires and look as if they havent been moved since the Clinton administration.I will say that the staff is friendly, and the few maintenance issues I have had were dealt with promptly. But seriously, heed the above advice before making a serious decision.
I have lived here for almost a year and I love everything about it ! Office staff is wonderful and very friendly, maintenance is simply the BEST . Affordable prices, No Hidden fees. Absolutely the best in the area . Really Recommend it ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My wife and I lived here for just under two years. We had some speed bumps about locking in our lease price when we moved in but it was great living besides that! Good pricing for the space we had. Never had issues with neighbors, safety, etc.
Im happy to be rid of this toxic environment. the regional and managers dont care as much as they come off like they do. they are the most judgemental group of employees I have ever come across. the maintenance is terrible, they dont speak English and they lie about completing work orders. I would be worried about them entering apartments when no one is home. definitely cant trust them and the managers are twice as bad. run as far away from this property as possible. the only good thing going for this place is the nice apartments. period!
The apartments are well taken care of and very spacious. The price you pay for square footage is hard to beat. Not to mention the grounds is up kept very well and all their amenities are well maintained by the staff. I never had issues with safety and I love that there are a good amount of kids on the property to keep my kids social. Nia the manager is such a sweetheart who genuinely cares for everyone who walks into her office! Shes so down to earth and is so easy to get along with. Whatever concerns you have she will always find a way to help. Shes everything you want in a manager. This is also the first complex that I lived in where I actually saw the maintenance staff. They are the sweetest and are always so helpful. They are so responsive and they know each resident by name.My only complaint about the property is that the walls are thin and depending on who your neighbors are, noise may be an issue. Also, the leasing agent can be very rude and has a bad attitude most of the time that I interacted with her. I would avoid her at all cost. And the second leasing agent always seemed to rush you or would always refer you to the manager because she couldnt help. If you want anything done, schedule to meet with Nia. Trust me, she wont disappoint you. I highly recommend these apartments. My stay here has been so pleasant and I feel valued as a resident.
Lived here for four years, never had a problem. They really felt like home and the staff, they are just completely amazing with there friendliness and there just genuine people. I love it here.
Everything about these apartments are great. The management and maitenance are a 10. I just renewed my lease and paid rent early and won a gift for it. BEST apartments ever.
Apartment is very clean. laundry room very clean. manager mia is very nice. unfortunate mishele is very rude to my wife and me when I have questions with my contract and apartment. she yell to me and kick me out of the office. but I do like to live here because the manager and maintenance is very kind to me and my family. rent is too expensive but the apartment condition is very good.
I lived there from 2014 to 2017. The office and maintenance were always nice. It is a good location (close to everything) and I felt safe (I often came home late). However there is a lack of privacy due to how thin the walls are, how low the ceiling is and because of the layout. At the beginning we were living in the 1 bedroom and my neighbors were older and quiet. We moved to the 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The neighbors above us were always walking loudly even in the early hours of the morning. One day, we heard a loud boom on our ceiling and soon after the glass cover on the light fixture came crashing down! It could have fallen on one of our heads!! Then new neighbors moved in and they started playing their music loudly during the day and until the evening. Friends that were living right across from them (in a different building) could also hear their loud music. I could never put my 2 year old down for a nap. I complained to the office but they said they couldn’t do anything unless they were playing their music loudly after 10 pm. We often could hear our neighbors argue or fist fight, once yelling Do you want to go to jail? or dropping F bombs right by our window at 2 oclock in the morning. It was uncomfortable. Your experience there will entirely depend on who you have as neighbors. We didn’t experience any issue moving out. We returned the apartment cleaned (ie same condition it was when we moved in) and they sent us a check for the full security deposit they owed to us. They didn’t care about all the small holes in the walls or little black stains from furniture rubbing against the wall. They told us that they will simply repaint it.
Not a bad place to live very quiet. However with the new management they did an inspection of the apartments and two days after Christmas God forbid your apartment be a little dirty. One bathroom hadnt been cleaned so we failed inspection and got a THREE day notice to clean it or vacate. Also did that when new years eve is in a day so they will close early so really we have one day. Also the water pressure sucks, takes forever for it to heat up. One bathroom the shower doesnt even work half the time. Not staying when our lease is up.
When living in an apartment environment, people should have a little respect for others and have control of there kids (ie.) Teenagers there is supposed to be a 10:00pm quiet time that is never enforced. When a situation arises with a neighbor management tells you to deal with it. I lived in a 3 bedroom apartment and transferred just across the basketball court to a town home. When I spoke with management about the noise I was told well you just live in a bad location I have lived at Stonebridge almost 3 years and ask my self every night why I renewed my lease. The rent is as much as a morgage without the quietness and privacy of a place you should be able to call HOME. Would I recommend renting at this complex? Not even to someone I didnt like.
If you want your 2 year old toys stolen and to live around hundreds of little kids who play outside unsupervised then its not bad.Stonebridge is a joke. Renting a tiny 3 bedroom 2 bath for 1100 is ludicrous. The appliances dont work and management doesnt care. Youll also never find a parking spot close to your apartment. My car has some kids name in it now. Obviously juan had the urge to mark my car with a sharp object while running around the complex.1 out of 4. Never again.
I have live here for 5 months and the place in nice and people are so nice and u dont have to worry about anything
Stonebridge new management is awful!! My family has lived here for 9 years, when Carmen was still there it was great. Nia the manager is two faced and Michelle is rude. Anytime I call into the office I ask for Nia directly because I know she can answer my question. Michelle always answers and I ask for Nia, she asks what I am calling for, I tell her my question, she never knows the answer which is why I asked for Nia in the first place, she says she will find out and call me back ... never have gotten a call back from her. Just yesterday I call in and kindly ask Michelle for Kim the regional managers phone number, she asks why I need it, I told her that I was told to reach her directly, she then nervously gives me the phone number very quickly, I assume she was hoping I would have written it down wrong. But since I deal with numbers all day long that wasn’t an issue for me, sorry to disappoint, Michelle. Okay on to the next complaint, last year December of 2017, they did a home inspection 2 days after christmas, our gifts were still all over the living room and had not even been put away yet! They ended up giving us a 3 day notice to clean up or evict. We cleaned up the gifts and then we were able to stay. Then in August 2018 my husband was walking to our car parked in our stall to grab some things for work at 11:00 at night. My husband ended up getting jumped by 3 males. He filed a police report and also went to the hospital, the next day he went to the office to let them know what had happened and also provided Nia with the police case number. They stated they would be getting security as they have done off and on in the past 9 years. That did not happen. There has been a lot of safety issues at this complex including cars being broken into and cops being called there monthly. Next I have had a fully stock truck which I have parked in my stall for 2 years, last month Nia tells me that my truck (which is not altered or customized in anyway, it is stock length) is too long for the property and I can no longer park it there. She mentioned that I can park it on the street, but she also says there has been vehicles hit on the street. Why would I do that then? Let me also say there are other trucks which are the same length as mine parked on the property with no issues. I know they don’t have issues because I have spoken to those other owners. So after telling us that certain vehicles are now not allowed on the property and my family questioning why she is making an issue with it, we end up getting an inspection notice. Okay the notice says they will do the inspection between a certain date range, then that week passes, then the second week passes, the third half week passes, we get a notice stating they are finally ready to do the inspection. Nia comes and does her inspection while I was working from home so I had my door shut. My little sister was home so she led her through the home, Nia was questioning my little sister why I was working from home and how long I had been working from home. She ends her inspection and leaves without leaving anything for me to review. Later that day, she comes and leaves a notice to vacate on my door. I was on a month to month lease and they decided to end that without even giving me a 30 day notice! They gave us 24 days to move! This place is shady, stay as far away as possible from Stonebridge or any complex Nia manages. They are not a safe property nor a stress free living environment! I’m glad to be rid of these toxic people.
Best apartment complex that I have lived in. The maintenance was done quickly when we put in a request, the management took an interest in me and my needs, the apartment was freshly painted and clean. I highly recommend it
The complex is beautiful and full of life. My daughter and I came to tour units for the summer and Nia the manager and Vanessa her assistant were so sweet and helpful. Ive searched a lot of apartment complexs but none of them were as helpful as this one. Nia gave me so much more detailed information about renting that none of the other properties cared to mention. I could tell that she had my best interests in mind and that she really cared about our needs in a property. We will definitely be renting here this summer!
December 2017 The location in WEST JORDAN has COCK ROACHES. The office staff have advised me that they are fully aware of the problem and have admitted that it has been a problem in mulitple buildings. They stated that they know where the problem started in my building anyway, and that they chose to not renew the lease for the tenant in which the problem started and that they are charging that tenant with the fees for an outsources bug sprayer. Staff advised me that there would be a bug sprayer every week which has not been the truth. Utah state law states that the office must notify the tenants with a 24 hour notice prior to anyone entering their apartment for any reason. My daughter received a surprise walk in from the bug sprayer one day, unaccompanied by any staff member I might add, when no notice had been given at all. Office staff admitted to this as well and stated that they would try harder to notify tenants in the future. My opinion to all tenants and future tenants comes in the form of a warning to lock up your Christmas gifts somewhere off property, expect anyone to walk in on you at any time without any notice, and get used to living with hundreds of cock roaches because they never cease to stop appearing.
Definitely a good place to stay 😊
The dont respect ur privacy and they dont even care about itI had a problem with my cables since i moved here last July and today thry decided to let someone in my apartment without even tell me before and i was 30 min awayThey called me to let me know that they are already insideThe management really doeant careNot recommending this place and i am moving out
Excellent
