These apartments are old and not well maintained. We’ve been here for a little over two weeks and regret our lease length. The apartment was was so dirty when we moved in. The appliances are so old and dirty. Honestly I am worried about the safety of my family with so many issues that we’ve encountered.The fridge was so dirty and the lights weren’t working. The oven was really dirty and the stove burners were so old and dirty that they caused irritation to our nose and throats the first time we turned them on. They replaced 3/4 burners when we placed a maintenance request. When I had called the office the assistant manager said that maintenance staff should be able to make it to my unit later in the day because they were moving fridges into some units. My question is what was the condition of the fridges that were replaced as well as the replacements.The dishwasher looks like it has rust. The wheel on rue rack broke last week and they replaced it. However, today when I was going to use the Jet Dry rinse aid compartment it was dirty and disgusting. The picture was after I tired to clean it.Our wafer heater makes so much noise it sounds like a washing machine is on.When I have emailed the office about my concerns it gets ignored and I don’t get a response. But when I asked to be placed on a wait list for a garage I got a confirmation I was on the wait list.Their tour/model apartment looks good. We were able of get a quick tour of the unit we moved into but failed to check every single appliance - something that we’ve never had to do. When you move into an apartment you expect everything to be in safe and working order.Update - 05/29/2021They replaced the rinse aid compartment. It was extremely dirty. Again I failed to inspect everything and the oven looks clean but the top portion was extremely dirty. The cleaning company only cleaned a portion. I haven’t used the oven and this is what I had to clean.

On 07/25/2021 the motor on my central air went out, Called the after hours emergency number and Richard the Maintenance Manager came out and replaced a part. Not sure if the part was going to completely fix the problem he stated he would check back with me. The part was not able to fix the problem and in fact the motor had gone out. Fearing that it would take a few days before a part was going to be available I went and bought a couple of fans to get by, due to the triple digits we were having. By the time I got home from work Richard came over and dropped off a portable air conditioning unit for my son and I to use and then Richard informed that they were having the part overnighted and that things should be up and running the next day. I have lived in my unit going on just shy of 2.5 years and Richard and the maintenance team and Nephi the Manager of the apartment complex have been AWESOME! They are a great group of guys! Thank you for all you have done!

Very rude, seemed unaware of what we were actually looking for, and unprofessional staff. My wife and I were greeted with unwarranted disrespect. The apartments are filthy and unkept. The lawns are all 1/2 dead. Don’t believe the photos, go get a thorough look at what you’re getting. We spotted dog feces nearly everywhere we looked and never looked back. A shockingly bad experience.

Underhanded no class garbage. Lived in this crack house of an apartment in 2011 for 3 months and in now 2021 tried to sue me for $200 in damages trying to get me to pay almost $5,000. Never tried to contact me in any way over the last 10 years. Ignorance reigns here.

Overpriced for very outdated apartment. Terrible insulation you can hear neighbors in every direction. Stairways are not maintained and are disgusting. Every trash location is constantly overflowed and trash is everywhere.

Go somewhere else! The staff is unorganized and they don’t communicate with one another. I’ve had several situations where their miscommunication has lead to issues!

Claims to allow dogs but they only allow emotional support dogs. The place looks beautiful at first but will fall apart on you within the first month. Having anyone come fix anything is a pain because theyll just give a temporary solution that will fall apart in an hour or just plainly say that there is nothing wrong to begin with. There is also dog feces everywhere, especially in the no dog zone. The snow never gets cleaned off of the sidewalks, and you can bet money that youre going to fall on your way over to your car. We tried to get a dog and they told us we could (talked to them 3 times and all i needed to do was pay the deposit) up until the very moment we got everything in our apartment. Once we were situated and our dog was comfortable in his new home, we were told there are no dogs allowed in our unit. You can imagine how heartbreaking it was for us and our dog. The management is obviously very poor for allowing this all to happen and not even apologizing for causing us this much stress.

I have lived her for almost 3 years now and its really quiet and conveniently located near a highway, one thing I would say Im glad is steady is the office they have a good group running it. nephi is the best and same with the assistant manager cant remember his name though.

This has been a fantastic place to live. By the the best complex my husband and I have lived at. We are sad to leave.

Lived here for over 3 years, and my husbands car has been broken into twice now! Also they suppose to open at 8 am but every time I call them in the morning no one even answers their phones. Management is very nice though. If you dont like your car to be broken into repeatedly I would not live here.So moved out, THEY lost our move in inspection but still billed us for the damage that was referenced on the move in inspection, and told us that WE had to have the copy! And its too bad because thats how it is and we had to for the door that was broken.

We have lived here for 3 years. We still love it. The staffs are very nice and the community environment is quite and comfortable. The room is bright and cozy. The design is great. There was a time that poops were everywhere but it looks like much better now. It shows that the management really did something to take care the residents suggestions. Please keep up the good work!

Really loved living way out in West Jordan. It was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I will really miss Mr. Beck, my piano teacher who also lives in the complex. The dog park was well tended and I blame lazy owners for all the poop that accumulated this past winter. The maintenance team was out early every morning picking up poop, so dont be ugly about it. If you see kids taking the dogs out and not cleaning up say something! We had no issues with parking. The office team often held events for dogs and family. Very enjoyable. Thanks for a great year!

Appears as nice property!!!! but upon further inspection there is poor upkeep on grounds!!! Garbage all over property throughout the grass and along the gates outside pool area bushes as well as cigarette butts in and around rocks. Pool bathrooms are dirty and smells like pee.Excellent office staff with friendly customer service but poor upkeep with the groundsDog poop everywhere along west of building 6883 next to garages. Not well controlled or enforced.Vehicles parked completely over sidewalks so this makes it harder for people to walk especially kids riding bicycles without damaging vehiclesI’m giving 2 stars for office staff and amenities offered from apartments!!!! Maintenance needs to work on the grounds and be on top of cleaning stuff up period unacceptable. Office needs to enforce picking up dog poop, I’ve seen other apartments install cameras and give fines!!! But it appears it’s been going on for a while.Response Update 6/15/18 - dear owner this is not how I feel!!! As u said in your response!!! the pictures speak for themselves a 1000 words!!! Go through the pictures I posted and interpret how you would feel living in that type of community. but for the future resident might not be so happy after seeing some of these pictures.For the pictures themselves google will only allow you to post certain pics on the main page. I have some pretty terrible pictures not being shared I’d be more than happy to email them to you? As for coming in and speaking definitely not sorry!!! Good community and friendly residents. The staff are not very well organized, and the price for simple rooms is a bit much for being that far out location wise. The nearest shopping is a smiths and a few smaller restaurants and a maverick. Overall the place is nice, and maintained well enough. But fairly far out and a bit pricy

If I could give this place a lower rating then I would. Where do I start? First of all, the office staff is BEYOND unprofessional and so unorganized. They gave us the WRONG address and the wrong parking space number multiple times and when I asked them about this, all they said was “oops haha sorry” playing it off like it’s not big deal. Second, when we went to pay our rent in the office, they said our rent was less than it actually was. When we proceeded to tell them they were incorrect, they did the math on their CELL PHONE and SWORE it was less than what it was. I literally had to review our lease agreement and our actual rent price. They don’t know what they’re doing. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Not to mention I’ve put in multiple noise complaints for my neighbors blasting their music at all times of the day and night and the office has done absolutely nothing about it. Such a unprofessional staff. Something needs to be done about this.

The staff is excellent. Really enjoy them. I like how clean the complex is. I would recommend this complex and I have.

Nice apartment complex. Out west quite a ways, it takes 20+ minutes to get anywhere from here but its quiet. Close access to the new Mountain View corridor.

So far having a good experience moved into west jordan area... Great floor plans and very clean with a lot of space....

I love the location. Apartments are super spacious, and the staff is awesome. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic apartments, for anything else in the area of the same quality youre looking at least 100 more a month. Love the location as well, right on the edge of the valley with easy access to mountain view corridor and Bacchus. Not to mention they just built the smiths right down the road basically in walking distance. The staff is great as well, Nephi goes out of his way to make sure everything is being taken care of. Would definitely consider going back if I ever return to Utah.

We liked living there, management is really kind. They are understanding. It is a bit far from everything but they offer great apartments for a good price.

They have upped my rent, to take housing and low income. I am going through a divorce and they are really hard to work with they give you 3 day notice when you have talked to everyone in the office many times. My neighbor is a monster and kicks the dog park fence, takes pictures of your kids playing and the office is okay with it. She has violent and rude to everyone but the manager will not move her. The manager also will tell the neighbors about you business too. That is a violation of the privacy act and laws. Aslo taken pictures of your kids with out you knowing is just wrong and when we asked her she slimed the door. This is private property with the complex and she is breaking laws. The apartment has flood and the will not take the steps to make sure it doesnt happen. Also you willl be charged for then to fix the apartment. This place has gone downhill very fast and this due to management.

I LOVE place! They have been nothing short of amazing. This is our second time living here, which in between we lived in a terrible place. When we moved in the sink in the master bath wasnt working, the maintenance man had left for the weekend but they asked him to come in and he fixed it the next day. They bend over backwards to help you. The rent is extremely reasonable and they make living in an apartment easy.

I moved here after leaving a nightmare of a complex just south of Serengeti Springs and I have been very pleased by the quality and service of the complex management and employees. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and they do well at trying to make the complex feel like a community by holding events, drawings, and other activities.

I love this beautiful property! There are so many great amenities and its in a convenient location!

The design of the apartments is quite nice and cozy and they get to keep 2 stars for that. But the problem we had made them lose the other 3.The first star is lost due to the huge amount of dog poop EVERYWHERE! The grass is just covered in it. Its so bad you have to look where youre walking on the sidewalks. We even had a neighbor brush dog poop off their balcony (which, theyre not supposed to let their pets to poop on the balcony) and it landed on my car! Ive seen cleaner dog kennels than this place! It sucks that theyll reel you in with the idea that this place is Family Friendly when in fact there is so much dog poop everywhere that your kids will not want to play on any of the grass. And the worst part is is that Serengeti Springs wont do anything to clean it up or keep it from happening. Its nice that they allow dogs, but because they obviously dont care about doing anything about the mess they lose a full star.Next they lose 1/2 a star for the minimal parking. I get the idea to have a lot of beauty and good looking landscaping, but there was way too much space taken up by decorative rocks. I had a very hard time inviting people over for fun because there was nowhere for them to park, and for that, Serengeti Loses 1/2 a star.Last and definitely not least, they make it INCREDIBLY difficult to leave. We bought a house and wanted to move out 2 months early from our lease date. Now, I know that we signed a contract saying wed stay that long or pay. But when it came time for us to move they barely worked with us. We thought they were going to try to sell our lease so we could get out of paying for 2 full months, but it was quite clear there was minimal effort to sell it. Every time we called about it we had to remind them of our situation. There was hardly any effort to actually help us and in the end we still had to pay for a month and a half. Again, we signed a contract, so they didnt have to give us even that, but wheres the humanity in that situation. Why did they have to be so shut off and not give a crap for what we were going through. Shame on you Serengeti Springs, and for that you lost 1 and 1/2 stars.In conclusion, the dog poop, the bad parking, and the overall lack of care for any of the tenants wanting to move out, Serengeti Springs gets only 2 stars. I would only recommend you live here if you love dog poo and love to step in it regularly, have no family and no friends who might come to visit you, and if you have no intention of ever leaving.

I lived here for 2 years and loved it, it was clean, the grounds were kept up, and the staff is friendly. They definitely put in extra work to make it a close community. The maintenance staff is prompt and fixes things the first time. We had noisy neighbors and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us. The area is pleasant with nice mountain views and a low crime rate. The only downside is the location, its far on the west side of town but I guess thats why the rates are lower. At least there is easy access to Bacchus Highway and Mountain View Corridor and you can get downtown in 30 minutes when its not rush hour. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you have pets.

These apartments are gorgeous they have amazing views of all the Utah mountains! Only downside is that dog owners dont clean up after their pets and you have to be careful where you step at times.

A good apartment complex that has decent rooms and many necessities located near it like a Smiths, middle school, elementary school, gas station and other places. My only complaint is that the place can be filthy with animal feces every were.

Never Move here!!!! If you want to have the worst experience and the worst management!!! Nephi is the worst manager ever! If you move here just be prepared to pay for EVERYTHING when you move out! Or get a Lawyer they will charge you for things that aren’t your fault

They dont provide written notices for extra fines they randomly decide to tack onto rent. We recently got new neighbors above us and they are awful. The staff has been rude to us recently and we are seriously considering buying out our lease because there have been break ins, bad neighbors & staff, and recently a large mouse/rat problem that has not been addressed whatsoever as well as mold in my cabinets. The apartment is cheap quality and they charge a ton for what they give you. Definitely not signing a new lease when this one is up. Do not rent here.

Internet sucks, like really bad. Very intermittent and sucky. They need to replace the cables underground. Poop everywhere!! Poorly sealed Windows, loud neighbors. Never come!! Tell all your friends not to come!!

I signed my third lease here earlier this year. I love the office staff, they are all very kind and easy people to talk to. They know how to do their jobs. I love the extra effort that they put in here including Easter Egg hunts every year, outdoor movies in the summer, clean grounds, green grass, multiple playgrounds and basketball courts, volleyball courts, BBQ areas, swimming pool in the summer, hot tub all winter, gym, laundry room and a beautiful club house where you can get a cup of hot chocolate in the winter of coffee all year it thats your choice as well as a nice area with WI-FI to do homework or whatever you want to do. It also has a dog park and allows dogs if that is your thing, and many areas hat offer doggie clean up bags for there messes. Also much more.I love it here the staff really care and do all they can for the tenants and community.

I like this apartments I don’t personally live there. I’ve wanted to but the cost of rent is to high.
