A detailed service team and a great car wash. Honestly anytime I have come the service has always been great and the car is clean from inside and out. These guys honestly work really hard for their tips.

Excellent place to get your car cleaned. i wouldn’t go anywhere else in westchester. My new car is spotless again.

When you have to many cars i feel like the workers before your vehicle goes into the car wash, they spray your car lightly with the foam water quickly and they dont scrub your vehicle to lossen the dirty before the actual car wash. Other than that its a good car wash. I think the guys rush to much so you still see dirty residue.

This is not a hand car wash so your car is still gonna have some dirt on it if it’s been a while between washes. The cashier and staff were all super friendly. Didn’t take long on a Saturday late morning.They do more than their standard car washes which surprised me! Hopefully i can go in for a full interior wash and update my review.

I’ve been a customer of Oakley’s Car Wash for many years and today I returned with an incredibly dirty car to see if Oakley’s was up to the challenge! I’m happy to report that the dedicated members of their team did a phenomenal job making my car look as good as new!

Oakleys is amazing!!! I am beyond happy with the service. Im returning my car today and I told them what I needed and the hard working crew exceeded my expectations.

Went to get my car washed and the doors were shut and cones were up. Google said it was open. It was October 4th at 3:15pm. A normal time of day.

I have been coming here with family since before I was able to drive - I continue coming here many years later. They do a wonderful job - from an exterior wash to a full detail. Amorette up front is great!

Pleasant workers. They were supposed to clean the inside and they didnt. When we told them, the manager did it himself, with an apology.

It’s never perfect but it’s always decent. If you’re a regular it’s more worth it because every so many washes they give you a free wash - effectively lowering the prices.

My car is always clean for a few days afterwards. The staff are professional and the waiting area is very clean.

Had an encounter with a worker because I refused to let them place a large bucket in my passenger seat through the Car Wash to bring to the other end of the Car Wash. He didnt see anything wrong with using my car as a conveyor belt for his convenience because he was too lazy to take the 30 step walk to the other end of the Car wash.When I told home he was just wrong because it wasnt his car, he called me a little xxxxx.This is a very sensitive time and people do not want to deal with anymore germs than they have to. I just got use to accepting a Worker getting behind the wheel at the Car Wash much less putting a dirty old bucket inside.I will not be returning to Oakley Car Wash because of this Worker. Im afraid.

Very popular but now that Ive seen the prices I can see why. Im not into brush car washes so Ill probably never go again. But if Im in a regular car and Im in the area. Ill go every time! I wonder if Oakley still owns it?

Good service but I found other places near by who does better job in cleaning your cars interior.

The first time I brought my car here the service was exceptional. I brought my vehicle in today and I hate to say it, but the service was sub par. The counter woman was rude and the car was not clean. It is ashame because bringing it here for a wash and detail saved me alot of time over doing the job myself. Unfortunately these days it seems that if you want it done right you have to do it yourself.

This car wash I didn’t like and not because of the wash necessarily. Apparently, this is one of these car washes that does like a partial close at like probably 5 or 6pm. What that means is the actual car wash stays open but they close the customer walkthrough after a certain time. So as a result, a driver has to stay in their car during the wash and there is no interior work done on the car at all. In addition, when they do this, they only accept cash. Of course, no signage to indicate any of this. If I had known, I wouldn’t have done the wash. The interior for me was critical when I came because it was a mess. Horrible business practices at this car wash.

1st time.. Always pass this carwash.. decided to try it out. A bit pricey but they do have a selection of different needs. All I needed was a wash and vacuum. $14 pesos. Well worth it.. service was Great! Workers were friendly, and Mega Fast. Definitely recommend...

I love the place and a big fan of the Oak.. So I will always support. But came in early this morning and as the guys was finishing my car they forgot to shine two tires 🤦‍♂️..

Love these guys. They leave my car so clean I can barely believe it. Especially the interior. Took it in 2 days ago and it simply looks great. Pros: multiple wash packages 2. Friendly staff for a change, a rarity in NY. 3. Great work pic below 4. Outdoor wait area. 5. Shop with basic car stuff and snacks. 6. Close to stores, you can go shop and your car will be waiting for you. 7. Chesper cash only option at night. 8. The wash itself is fairly quick as they are well staffed. 9. Hand towel dry. Cons: can be pricey. Most folks get the $20 wash,I do the full deal that includes leather treatment of the seats for $50. 2. Can be a long time waiting to actually hand over the car. Right after I got in line 20 more cars came behind. Overall great service.

I was visiting family over the holidays and needed a car wash that was local the their location. Oakleys was right up the road.It was crowded with others thinking the same as me. Yet they moved fast and were organized. I was very happy with the service and satisfied with the results. Great place to go.

Prices are reasonable and the service was pretty fast. They were also pretty honest in telling me about water getting into my trunk. Not a big deal, I’ll just dry it at home.What I didn’t like was that I paid for an underwash and didn’t get it.I’d still go back but next time I’m going to tell the manager make sure I get what I paid for.Updated 01-29-21. Went back a second time. Still didn’t get the under carriage I paid for. Told the manager cashier person. He told me I just didn’t see it. Sure pal we’re all stupid! Y’all lost a customer.

They do a really nice job cleaning your car inside and out.

So upon exiting the car wash track, I felt a deep grind on the left side around the wheel area but I didn’t think much of it because I’ve felt a similar sensation with the wheels touching the rubber. But when i got home and inspected the wheel, I saw this deep gash. I contemplated going back to make a case but I know they will deny it.

Does a really nice job. You have to tip everyone if you want a thorough cleaning. The PM special has increase considerably so I do not go as often at all.

New to the neighborhood. Paid $41.00 plus tip for my car to be cleaned. I came out with a broken fog light. I cannot prove it unless I had taken photos before, but who does that? That alone was enough. I’ve read other reviews about car damage. There must be something wrong with their belt for this to happen to me, too.and no, my light wasn’t broken before.Cleaning inside was ok. Wiped down fairly well but still left some crumbs. Windows were left with streaks and grime. Either the rags are dirty or they lack attention to detail. They didn’t give me the free freshener.Will not be returning. I believe in mom and pop shops, but not when it’s done like this. Overall ok. I’ve had better jobs done elsewhere.

They stole my charger & my Prada cologne.Bunch of young kids who work their and like to steal things. Be careful going there for a wash and if you decided to do so make sure all of your belongings are not in view or take them with you. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR THINGS

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! If this is all you read.This place is HORRIBLE!!! They broke the bumper on my car. My car went in the wash and came out with a bumper hanging on the floor. The employees said nothing to me just kept drying and spraying like nothing was wrong. As soon as I saw and asked what happened to my car they said you should get the manager. The manager Antonio L. was no help because he had no power to make a decision outside of what time he took lunch. The cashier Amorett A. was adamant about it being my fault as soon as I said what happened and needed a manager. Amorett A. called the owner Harvey Diamond was told they will not pay for any of the damages. Also told me I shouldve not brought my car there and that Im just mad because they arent going to pay.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR!!!!

I love the effort they put into cleaning the interior. My kids regularly sprinkle cheerios and snack wrappers throughout the car, and they always manage to bring the carpets and seats back to like-new condition. The wait is usually pretty short, and the price not bad for the time it saves me.

I was charge 23.00 for full wash and interior cleaning 7 guy cleaning the car and left my door open wet my interior and then left interior dirty no vacum window dirty no panel cleaning then cashier looks like she was high on crack manager has no control of car wash car is still dirty they clean the cars with same rag spreading covid to all cars.

These guys do an Amazing job on my car.

Usually I like the car wash I get at Oakley’s, but today, December 26th, they were really full and were not giving the best car washes. The left my car with visible old dirt and snow marks. They didn’t dry it well either what has created watermarks.

Left tons of scratches on my car .....dont go there if you have a nice car it will ruin you paint ...probably the brushes dont get cleaned often.

Descent, quick service. Reasonable prices. Just dont leave money and/or change, itll be gone by the time it reaches the other side. Ive purposely left money and it probably was sucked up by the vacuum. Thats pretty much their tip. Beside this issue, Ill give 4 stars

Excellent my car never looked better. They found a credit card I thought I had lost. When I got in my car they had put it in my cup holder. Bravo!!

The prices were reasonable esp since they had ladies Wednesday. Which means 2 dollars off any wash. The interior wasnt fully clean, but it did make a difference. Not a great place in terms of social distancing. The place is narrow and a decent amount of flow of people coming in and out.

From 6-11pm its $8 cash for the exterior car wash. Quick and easy. You put the car in neutral and it goes along for the ride. The last bit is just waiting for the guys to towel dry your car but I guess if you dont want to wait you can just pull off.

Insanely busy on sunny days, but for a good reason. Great car wash for a solid price. Ive noticed in recent years that they do a less thorough job for the same service tier than they used to. But its still a great place for a car wash. Ladies night and after hours are an excellent deal if you just want the exterior done.

Went to oakleys to have them detail the inside of my car on Monday. They allowed me to drop my car off at 8am before work, which in fact was super convenient for me!! When I went to pick up my car I actually couldnt believe how great of a job they did! My car looked absolutely brand new!! Would highly recommend this place. I will absolutely be going back!

This is not the first time Ive gone here, in the evening, and I was not satisfied. After the car wash, the workers do not take time to dry your car. I truly believe the towels they use are not clean. The first two times, I left a 5 dollar tip because I know they need it!! My third visit, I decided not to leave any tip bcuz they didnt put any effort in to toweling my car, after the car wash. I think they should put more effort in to satisfying the customer, with a clean car.

Was pretty disappointed with this car wash. Did the rebound package and while they vacuumed and did a nice job on the outside of the car they did not wipe down the interior of the car whatsoever. There were still a ton of crumbs in the center console and it was dirty. I had to clean the inside of the car myself afterwards.

Mix up in appointment by 2 Oakleys rep. On 6/25.First one failed to write down my scheduled appt and second one stated it was confirmed on 6/24 for todays appt even though log for todays assignment for my car was not indicated to be detailed. Due to their mix up l had to wait from 8 am to 5 pm for my car to be completed. Waxing and interior was great as usual but this mix up cost me great inconvenience

Great place if the boss is there he have the expert eyes 👀. Is always hard to give great training. Inside the car was spot less nothing to say out side just need to clean it more often usually I clean my car every weeks after 3 weeks I guess it was more difficult to wash. My honest opinion the $21.12 should be at $19.

Has always been a pleasant experience until this evening. I had my two kids in the car and was in line for a car wash at 5:40pm. 22 minutes later, at literally 6:02pm, it was my turn and I went to exit the car and was told to stay inside. The attendant told me that I was too late to get the interior cleaned or even vacuumed as they stop cleaning the inside of cars at 6pm.Please note that literally the car in front of me was vacuumed out. The attendant said “everyone was gone” as he stood next to the two guys that had just cleaned the car in front of me.I asked to speak to a manager and amazingly “they were gone too.”This is an expensive car wash. I frequent this business 1-3 times per month. They do an excellent job with the cleaning hence the premium price. As a regular customer I also have a reasonable expectation of great service.Due to this experience I will never come here again.
