Walk-in appointments are available but I would recommend scheduling your appointment prior to arrival after 4 p.m. Annie was professional and friendly. I chose the Cody Pedicure which included hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and lavender scrub. The nail finish was perfect!

So this is my first time coming to the salon, I got a mani-pedi for myself and I got my mom a pedicure. The gal did mine was awesome she talked to me and held a conversation but the guy doing my moms feet didnt even acknowledge her. So then we moved on to my mani. I asked for coffin shaped nails ( they added $20 for the shape and glitter) and showed them what color I wanted. He did take his time but they were still crooked, they say thats how my nail grows and wont fix it. I spent 155 plus two $10 tips So, 2 days later 6 of them broke off. I went back and told hem I would like them fixed. And just so you know I took Mandarin Chinese and Japanese all through school. So we go back I get lots of dirty looks and theyre talking about us the whole time and laughing. It took my whole being not to walk out and cuz them out in their own language. So they tell me my nail bed is too short so they have to cut them shorter, they told me this after doing it. So now I have 4 long coffin nails and the rest squarish nails. I will never be going back there ever again and I will tell everyone I know.

I got a white gel manicure. I was told they would last 3-4 weeks so I planned on getting them done now then getting them done right before vacation. Well the nails only lasted a week and a half then the gel started peeling and cracking so I had to get it removed. It was only $33 for the nails to be done which I was surprised about but now I know why they were only $33. Also when I got them done they were a little messy, they weren’t as straight and cleaned up. The lady that did my nails was very nice and spoke well english so it was easier to understand her. I called ahead of time to get an estimated price too. I didn’t have to wait to get my nails done, they got me in right away!

Always a good experience. I get the dip powder and it usually lasts for 3 weeks. They have the biggest color collection Ive seen so far. Ill be back in a few weeks!!

Not impressed with this place. Its more expensive than others around and the quality is poor. The man doing my nails wasnt very good and I hope that maybe he was just new. Its hard to see from this picture but my nail is crooked. Also the white is uneven and you can see through in some spots. Its messy on the side of my nails and it looks like it was a quick job but it for sure wasnt, I signed in at 2:12 and left at 3:46. When I signed my receipt and wrote the tip he then checked the tip amount which is kinda unprofessional.

Luxury nails is the only place i trust to always do an amazing job with my nails. Everyone asks where i get Them done and complements them! They are always very nice. I have Never left here not happy with my nails no matter who does them. They are all very talented!

This is a probably about my third bad experience out of 5 visits, it’s just super close to work so I usually try to pop in there if I can’t get to my usual nail salon which is an hour away. Two of the times I’ve came in there they’ve told me that my acrylic is old and I need a whole new set and that they won’t fill them in which I’ve never been told in my whole life of having nails. This salon seems to say that a lot which increases their ticket price I’m assuming. Then it took her 30+ minutes to get my old nails off, she had to soak a few and then the last one she gave up on and left a chunk and just glued a new nail tip over it. For them being so old and needing to be replaced it took a lot for her to get the off. And they were probably 5 weeks since my last fill cause I haven’t had the time to get them filed. I do get shorter nails and I always get them in an almond shape and she told me with how short I wanted them she cannot do an almond shape. Fine, whatever, just round them out which she barely managed. If you can’t shape call someone else there who can to do it. All my brand NEW nails are inconsistent, my thumbs look like club nubs and I seriously want to cry over this. My overgrown broken nails seriously looked better than these. It’s now a holiday weekend and I have to go out with nails that look like my child did them after paying FIFTY dollars. I do not recommend this place at all. Don’t waste ur time or money.The first time I had nails lifting up near the cuticle and vs cutting them down or redoing them he left that gap for bacteria to get in and grow. So after two days the center of my nail started to fill in with after and I could feel it lifting. Seriously unprofessional.

I had just went here and it was amazing! Everyone was very kind and helpful. I used to go to a different salon and decided to try out this place. I will definitely be going here from now on! Ben did my nails and they were exactly what I wanted and looked great.

We got there before 11am on Sunday. But they decided to walk in at 11:05am. After getting inside my daughter and I were rushed to hurry pick color. We were the first people there. Then as we are looking at gel nails they kept asking the color we wanted. Instead of saying we want others to look at it. No massage on the feet the fastest pedicure I’ve had and definitely NOT RELAXING! Then the nails again rushed not even applied right. After spending $100 there I’d never go back. Very rude and they actually make you feel as if you are the reason they are busy. Try getting to work 10 minutes early so your customers don’t suffer. Lost my business and I will be telling everyone I know

I have been here three times now and have had a good experience each time. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I wish they were more consistent with the massages during the pedicures. This time I had an excellent massage and she took her time. It was very relaxing.

Love my nails! They took their time and they turned out really nice,definitely expensive but if you’re not willing to spend $30 on a fill + gel then I would go somewhere else but overall I will definitely come back their color choices are beautiful and they definitely know what they are doing!

Went for the first time today with my daughter. My toes look decent but they spent like 10 to 15 minutes on them total. I was expecting a little bit of a massage (not much at all but what I get at most other places) but they just slabbed some lotion and rubbed it in and done. I do the same to my legs after I shower and I can paint my toenails if I need to. Nothing special there. And my finger nails just are ok. The guy asked if I wanted them cut, which I did. He cut just a little off each nail but not even and didnt do a great job filing them or rounding them out at all. Then he painted them. I spent $30 on my finger nails to literally have my nails partially trimmed and then painted. No rubbing, no lotion, no nothing. There are many other places Id rather go. Someone recommended I go so I tried it but I wont go back.

I have gone in repeatedly for cracked and chipped nails and instead of fixing them or taking them off, they put on a brand new set, and made me pay for them. After having the new set on for four days, I got a chipped nail. When I went in to get it fixed I was given a dirty look and not greeted. It does not help that they are understaffed. I think it is safe to say I will not be coming back to this salon and will not recommend it to others.

The guy I had was very nice however the rest of them were very rude. My cousin was being very nice and talking to her lady but the lady just seemed to get mad at her for trying to talk to her. Then a guy did her finger nails and he was even ruder. Plus he painted her nails the wrong color. Never plan on going again

The owners are magnificent, attentive and do a really great pedicure! There were two men and two ladies there, at the same time getting services. It is my new favorite salon!

Scheduled appt for two pedicures and an eyebrow wax 3 days ahead of of time. Got there and still waited 20 minutes. Paid for the signature pedicure for the foot massage and didnt even receive it. Staff was not friendly or even try to interact. As far as the eyebrow wax? Yea that didnt happen either. Probably will not be back.

Gone a couple of times. My nails have been beautiful every time. They do a very good job of having your acrylic nails look natural.

I will never go to any other salon again. I’m obssessed. Ben does a gorgeous ombré nail and he is very detailed and takes his time. And his nail shapes are always perfect. It is a quiet nail salon but if you can get passed the silence they really are amazing!

I went a couple of times before rating and I can say this is the most professional nail salon I’ve ever been to, and the quality is above and beyond. I suggest anyone will have a good experience if they go here.

This was by far the worst nail experience I’ve had in my life! I walked in a little after open had some man who was extremely rude throughout the entire time I was there. When he told me to pick a color he corrected me as to which swatches to look at and said the other bucket had the right ones. I held up the two swatches of maybe 30 colors and asked are these really the only options he look at me and pointed atWhat I was holding and told me yes. Flash forward mom joins me and has an ENTIRE BUCKET OF COLORS. I asked y I didn’t get to choose from those and he was rude and said he gave me those which he didn’t. So he takes off what he has done I picked the color I want which by the way isn’t what I got and he redid them leaving black all over my fingers I scrub them at the bowl and when he had attempted to remove the black I had to continue to point out the black on my pale skin and still he left spots I am still trying to get off. He was extremely rude when I pointed out he did no prep work for my nails for my powder dip and told me that wasn’t what I asked of him and it will cost more to do that and was rude the whole time along with the manager. I will make sure everyone know how terrible they treat their clientele.... this was for my engagement shoot and they literally didn’t do anything to fix it or make it right not even an I’m sorry

We will never come back here. I got my nails done by Ben a few weeks ago and he did an awesome job so of course I went back to get a fill and also brought my sister in law to show her how great it was. I must had gone the first time on a good day because we had a horrible experience this time. We did a walk in at about 5:30pm and were told to come back at 7pm so we did. We waited for another 30 minutes and they started on my pedicure. My sister in law is still waiting for someone to start on her nails when they are about half way done with my pedicure. Ben comes over to me and tells me he cant do my nails and that I will have to come back. He then sits down and starts working on my sister in laws nails, he files a couple then gets up and just walks away. Didnt say anything to her. The other people working had to tell us that he is just to tired to do anymore nails. I completely understand if he had told us that from the beginning but instead he had us wait around for 3 hours then in the end tell us he cant do them. We are both mothers and were just trying to have some fun girl time. So disappointed. I was going to have my bridal party get there nails done here but that wont be happening.

Got pedicure done on Saturday and I got the classic which is 25.00. The whole thing took 15 mins! Got some lotion rubbed on my legs and feet but no massage and the bottom of my feet were left very rough. Not very happy with new management.

This is actually my second time posting, I was asked to delete my first bad review...About a month ago I got a gel mani and pedi my mani started peeling after one day. I left a review and was told to come back in and ask for Annie the manager and they would redo them for FREE or if I wanted acrylic I would have to pay $10. Fast forward to last Friday, I went back in and asked for Annie who couldn’t have been more rude to me. My nails look ok, but she completely lied to me and I ended up paying $40 for a manicure. I paid the money and left but this has been bothering me all week. Do not trust these people! They are also so overpriced for the work they produce, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.Edited to add now she’s harassing me on Facebook messenger calling me a liar! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LIARS!

Who charges $15 extra for gel?! Then they don’t do the razor so you pay $25 for just a basic pedicure and she barely get any of the dead skin off of your feet. This place is way over priced and poor quality.
