Eric was very nice and did a fantastic massage on my feet and legs. Did a great job doing my nails and toes. The wax on my legs felt fantastic.

I always LOVE getting my nails done here. They are always so nice and the atmosphere is great. Most recently Tanya did an AMAZING air brush technique on my nails. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend this business, the only place I’ll go!

Just visited for the first time. When I first sat down in my pedicure chair I was skeptical of Nail Pro’s cleanliness. As she took her tools out of a plastic pencil box and started working on my feet I began wondering if the tools she was using were sanitized, but I figured she must have cleaned them before I sat down. She then cut me while using the metal foot file and while my toes were drying I watched her move to her next appointment without cleaning any of the tools she had just used on me - despite the website claiming that sanitization is their “utmost concern”. I drove far out of my way because of the “cleanliness” that was advertised and was let down, charged too much, and won’t be returning. Do not recommend.

Go to Nina. Shes amazing! Always friendly, attentive to requests, and professional. Use their website to schedule an appointment because they are busy busy. The location is clean and follows great safety and cleanliness protocols.

By far the best experience Ive had, amazing pedicure, great atmosphere made even better by Snow. Everyone is great, but shes the best!

I was a loyal customer until I came across this set, she definitely over charged me for something that was a fill but charged me a full set price of $75 and the lines weren’t even clean.. being a small business owner who gives services. This was not worth 75 dollars.

I drove an hour away from home and decided to get my nails done. I tried out this place and it was amazing!!! They got done very fast, did everything I asked and my nails are fantastic I’m in love. I will drive an hour for my fills this place is awesome

I get my nails done by Tanya here and she is AMAZING. I come in with an idea and she executed it beyond my expectations and I leave the salon feeling confident and beautiful. She is patient and does a phenomenal job. If you’re looking for a nice nail salon with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and kind technicians then this is the place for you! Tanya is wonderful and highly recommended. I will not go anywhere else for my nail service.

This was my first time getting acrylics done ever, not just here but anywhere, but I dont think this is how they should look. She never asked me what shape I wanted, just started cutting them down. They are crooked and uneven and all different shapes. She started rushing towards the end because her next client was there so my gel is bulbous and uneven especially around the tips of my nails. Looks like someone just dropped hot glue onto my nails.

I have always loved coming here for my nails! They are kind and professional and are always able to complete what you request. This is the only picture I have,l currently, but these are the nails I had done for my sisters wedding and they were phenomenal. Thank you so much!

So I have a wedding to go to this week so I booked an early appointment for a pedicure and acrylic set went it and sat there for 20 minutes not been seen yet… the tech came in apologised and was nice she stated that she didn’t know I was coming in that’s unprofessional… then I went and got my acrylics done and the next tech cut into my skin with. A scissors and he wasn’t paying any attention he cut my skin deep the owner said he did because he wasn’t sitting at his proper station what an excuse then they charged me120 bucks for my nails 😡😡😡😡 please don’t do here reviews are one thing but service sucks please

I normally don’t write reviews but this was hands down the worst service I’ve ever received. He was rude from the very beginning. I stated he was hurting my hands and asked to be more gentle and he said want me to get someone else to do your nails. Like I just wanted to not be hurt? I didn’t appreciate the attitude he only buffed one of my hands. I picked out a color told him 3 times and he brought over the wrong color. He forgot to put clear coat on my thumb I have nail polish everywhere and my fingers are tore up. My sister and I both got fills and they charged her 40$ and me 30$ which makes zero sense. I will not be returning

I love this nail salon! It’s the best one I have been to and everyone is so nice and inviting. Amanda helped clean up my nails and thin out the acrylic—it turned out great. She painted my fingers and toes and they look Devine. I would absolutely come back and I would ask for her again!Melissa did my nails today and they turned out beautiful. I would have liked a little bit more time with the pedicure, just to enjoy it but, my toes turned out beautiful. I would have to give her a 5 out of 5 rating because of how beautiful my nails and toenails turned out—love them.

Very clean place, nice lady done my nails, great service. I usually do not get my nails done since having so many kids, but needed them done French tip acrylics for my friends wedding. Very gentle not filing my original nail so thin and not gouging my cuticles, as I remember some places do when I was younger. I was able to come in without an appointment and didnt have to wait. Very nice results.

I fell asleep during my nail service driving home I realized my wedding set was GONE. I felt something was amiss when she massaged and lotioned my acrylic nails. Sadly the security cameras are yo keep the employees from stealing from employer NOT clients. BEWARE. I am heartbroken I have been very ill for someone to take advantage of breaks 💔 .

I’m very frustrated because I paid $45 for a fill... they are very uneven and I even commented multiple times. Made them very short. Hurt me many times. Never coming back.

I went in with my 5 year old for pedicures. I told them that she didn’t need a full pedicure, but that she wanted to soak her feet in the water like I was. They ended up doing a full pedicure on her and charging me the full price. Last time she got a pedicure I was charged like $12...and my gel polish all flaked off in one chunk within a week.I used to come here all the time when I lived closer but I probably won’t come back.

I just moved into town and was looking for a nail technician and saw the great reviews for Nail Pros so I decided to get my nails done there. I’m so happy I did! Lana did an excellent job on my nails. She was very attentive and asked me questions to find out all my nail preferences and made sure I was very satisfied with everything she did. That tells me she cares about her customer and I really appreciate that quality. Lana made my nails look amazing! She is most definitely the new “go to gal” for my nails! Thank you Lana!

It was my first time going to this nail salon, the only reason I went was because my normal nail tech had been out sick, so the owner of the nail salon did a fill in for me, I had a nail that was broken and she goes and tries to take the nail off with another nail, I said NO you can’t do that you’ll have to soak it off, then she goes to say DO YOU WANT YOUR NAILS DONE!!! And then throws, a top in front of me because I said she had to soak the nail off, she had an attitude the rest of my session, that place is horrible and very unprofessional! I’ll never step a foot in there again, oh and if I didn’t mention, they’re overpriced and my nails looked horrible like my 4 year old did them! If I could have given them 0 stars, that’s what they would have gotten from me, they don’t deserve 1 star if you ask me!!!

They are so bad. it’s like they rush to get you’re nails done. they always say one price then when you get to pay it’s a whole different price. there terrible at nails i have like all different shaped nails none of them are even. and there prices are over priced for there service.

I got my nails done here about 2 weeks ago, I got dip nails, and within a week I had two nails that popped off which I have never had that with dip nails before. The nail tech doing my nails didnt even bother to touch my cuticles. It seemed like he was trying to rush on doing my nails. Definitley do not recommend going here.

I love Nail Pros. Tanya does amazing work...gives you exactly what you ask for and the conversation/atmosphere is very inviting. They dont make you feel like they are trying to rush you out for the next customer. Tanya is very knowledgeable and really wants her customers to be satisfied.

Quality of work was ok, nails and pedicure look decent. Price was not! I went in just asking for a gel fill, wanted French. Nail tech insisted that he needed to take my current set off and apply “pink and white”, never mentioned that it was $55. Then the basic pedicure said $30, he said $5 extra for gel polish. Somehow the total came out to $100 which was not mentioned until I went to pay!

Tried this nail place out this morning bc of ratings. Paid 20 dollars plus tip for a service that was legit just nail polish. No promises paraffin for hands or hair moisturizing. No finishing spray for nails so they dry faster. Was super disappointed 😞

Best pedicures ever by Snow! I won’t go anywhere else!

I went there with my daughter for the 1st time today and everyone there was friendly, and helpful. The staff there were very busy but they still treated you like you were the only one there, we will definitely be back!

Do not go here. I had beautiful healthy nails and decided to try gel nails so that polishing would be easier and not so time consuming. The girls barely speak. The place is dirty. I went back to have them redone. To my surprise, she pulls out a drill. I asked her to soak off. She said, this is the way they do it. I sat there and let her sand my nails. I must be crazy. Needless to say, now my once beautiful nails, are damaged. Growing out they crack, split, chip. It is horrible. They will grow out and be healthy again. DO NOT GO HERE. The girls are miserable and they do not care about your nails. I asked my friend and she says never let someone use a drill on the top of your nail. Where she goes, they soak the gel nails off. DO NOT GO HERE.

I love getting my nails done here! The atmosphere is so relaxing and I love there is a fan at each desk to help with the smell of the acrylic. Tonya takes her time with your nails and her personality is amazing! Very comfy spa! Great choice to come if you love feeling cozy!

Snow is the BEST! I have gotten pedicures around wentzville for 16 years and only met Snow recently... she is the ONLY one who has insisted on Gel polish- and I switched and LOVE it! I dont live in the region, but I was up in for work this week. I really needed a polish change on my gel and at Nails was able to do just that! She was super helpful to me with picking out colors (Im so indecisive by the end I usually choose blue) and was very nice! My nails look GREAT, and Ive received so many compliments on the color.
