They did great on my nail and toes and my girls!

My mom and I went in for pedicures and loved it! The nail salon is clean, organized and the staff is friendly. The technicians took their time and gave an excellent massage. We will most definitely be back!!!

They were friendly and thorough. I got the classic spa pedicure and it was great. The paraffin and massage made my skin so moisturized. Normally, even after the lotion my legs look dry, but not here. I will be back.

I have been to a few nail salons here in Wentzville. This place definitely tops all of them. I leave and never feel dissatisfied with my nails. The shape is always great, huge selection of colors, everyone there is always nice. :)

I went in for a pedicure and dip. I am not sure of the name of the woman that helped me. She did not seem to speak English as she needed some one to tralsnalte for her. The pedicure was great. Only reason I left two stars. The dip though was a different story. I believe the woman was new to the business as she was watched like a hawk by the worker next to her. She eyed her nealy the entire time while also completing her job. The buff job was horrible and painful. She did not know how to manage the buffer. I was knicked numerous times by the end my skin was red around my nails. She caused me to bleed on one of my nails. I hated advised from the beginning that I wanted matte red nails. I believe I told them aboutt 5 times total because it seemed the lady did not understand. When the time came she applied a gloss top coat. I advised I wanted matte. The woman working as her translator advised the apply the gloss coat and then a matte coat afterwards. Which seemed odd as Ive had matte often that this was not a typical thing. She then applied what I though was a matte coat seeing as how we just discussed it. It was gloss again. The translator told me she forgot and so they were going to fix. Well by fixing it she placed a matte coat on top and it was streaky. They said they would fix. The woman began to remove the top coat and by using a file not the buffer. It was so rough and my skin was so aggravated from before that I kept wincing. After 3 nails she finally used the buffer and then someone took over for her. She finished them for me. The only other issues was she buffered them so much that white was showing through. Instead of fixing correcly she put the gel color that matches on it. This is not what I expected. Then at check she took off a measly $4. I could not believe the expected me to pay. If you do go here, though I recommend you dont, make sure you dont get this lady. Wish I new her name.

This was my first visit and holly did a wonderful job with my dip manicure. It was a very comfortable nail salon and Ill definitely be back.

Everyone is so friendly. Prices are reasonable. Normally gets you in and out, during covid youve got to have patience but they do their best! Love this place.

I took my 6 year old daughter to get a pedicure as a special treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and worked great with a little girl. They were unfazed by her constantly talking and changing her mind about colors. The woman doing her nails asked her questions, kept talking to her, and even gave her flowers on her big toes for no extra charge. I am also very satisfied with my pedicure. Everything was clean and efficient. They made my daughter feel special and comfortable. We will definitely be going back.

Love this place! I went in yesterday for a full set with gel polish and Holly took great care of me. I’ve honestly never been so happy with my nails as I am since coming here! Very clean, very professional and great customer service!!

They did a great job. We got in right away...they were polite...even told us what they were talking about in English so we werent so uncomfortable. The price was good too! The only thing I hoped for was a little more time spent on our pedicure, but at the same time I understand needing to get done to accommodate customers. All in all we will use this salon again!

I usually love this salon... tonight I came in while no one was in (1 tech per person). Customers started coming in and I was actually asked not to finish my services so they could complete more unscheduled clients. I have never felt so unappreciated as a client!

My nail tech Miza Im hoping spelled it right was amazing! The manicure was awesome. My 8 old daughter came with me and enjoyed hers, although I wish her nail tech was a little more friendly with her.

This place does an amazing job on a pedicure your feet are really refreshed and soft when you leave however I just went there in they charged me $15 to add gel Polish they didnt have to take it off the only put gel Polish on onto of the 35 dollars for the pedicure which is absolutely ridiculous I will not go back again. They just lost a regular custom

Disappointed. Stopped in to drop something off to a friend and it looked like she was getting a great pedicure with extras included at the basic price (massaging, paraffin, sea salt). I snapped a picture of their price board and planned to take my two teenage daughters daughters back. The girls and I had nice gel pedicure but when it came time to pay I was overcharged. The price board clearly stated that a middle school/high school pedicure was $23 and that the middle school/high school gel pedicure was $28. The technician told me my total was $38 for each girl and $40 for mine. I stated that the girls gel pedicures were supposed to be $28 each, they argued and said “gel is $15 more”. I said, “I understand that it is $15 more for the adult pedicure but your price board says theirs is $28 each”. They argued with me and said it was for the gel manicure. I walked them over to the board and showed them the pricing and their response was “well we made a mistake, it’s $15 more for each”. I said “well, that’s what is listed and I think you need to honor the advertised price”. The owner/manager continued to argue with me stating that “people make mistakes”. I said, “That’s completely fine, yes we all make mistakes, I understand but it’s disappointing that you will not honor the advertised price”. She said “fine, we give you $5 off each girl” to which I replied “it doesn’t make it right but ok”. I will not return to this salon on principle. It wasn’t about the extra $20 the pedicures would have cost it is about not honoring your word and advertised price. I guarantee that if that owner/manager would go into another retail establishment and they tried to charge her a different price then advertised she would demand they honor the advertised price. Super disappointing with bad customer service.

Holly was amazing. She took her time, made sure nails were all even and looked nice. She talked with me and asked about me, which you all should know doesnt happen too often at a nail salon. It is hard to find a good salon but I just did! Great atmosphere and they even ask if you would like a water! Will definitely be back!!!

I think the employees here are very polite And understand customer service. The owner is wonderful. I think the prices are right on track with every other nail salon. They even price matched another Salon in Wentzville one time for me. The inside of the salon is clean and decorated. They offer their guests bottled water. I went there with a gal pal for some pampering and we enjoyed ourselves.

If I could give zero stars I would.My nails were lopsided my polish was thick and runny she quickly went through it then I had someone fix it and my nails are short on one hand and way longer on the other then charged me more so 45 dollars for awful nails.

This is the first review i have ever wrote! I was not even in the place for 5 min! I came in and wrote my name down to sign in and as soon as i sat down the lady says“it’s going to be an hour” you can come back later!!!She said what do you need?I said a full set...The lady sitting down says”so you need us to take off your old nails and do a complete full set?I said yes and she goes to Roll her eyes at me!!I have never felt so unwanted!!! I only went hear because M & D nails is closed!Worst service i have ever experienced!

I have been to a number of salons in Wentzville and like this one best. They do a great job and make my acrylic nails look very naturale. They are very polite and friendly and everything is very sterile and clean. My daughter (a nail diva) switched to Naturale Nails as well and is happy here.

Linda is awesome! I am pretty picky and she always does a fantastic job, from nails, pedicure, to eyebrows I am never disappointed. Highly recommend Linda for services and everyone there are very nice and friendly and capable.

Lady did a good job with my powder dip nails even though she seemed like she was a new employee. Pedicure was great as well. The only thing I can say negative is feeling comfortable with the staff. Not very welcoming. Maybe they were having a bad day. Overall, medium experience.

I’ve been to this location more than 10 times and the service is spectacular! Prices are good! Tracy the owner can sense if you’re uncomfortable with anything and she fixes it immediately. The absolute best customer service I’ve ever had at a nail salon and I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years all over the Missouri area. The environment is very clean and everyone is welcoming. I am also a licensed cosmetologist so I am very very picky and she make sure she caters to that with a smile

Their basic pedicure is great. It has a salt scrub and hot wax. Totally unexpected.I also got a dip set for my nails and they did a manicure too! Not everyone does this. My cuticles are really c=dry and crunchy so usually I am self-conscious of them but they took care of my hands and feet.This was a fully pampering experience and I will be back. I was a long-time customer of M&D but they didnt answer their phone. So sorry M&D.

Best pedicure I have ever had, and I was a first time walk in.

First time visiting this location. Disappointed in the quality of manicure and pedicure. I addressed ingrown toenail issue multiple times and was ignored, addressed a third time before applying nail polish and still nothing was done. I had to cut back the nail myself once I returned home. Manicure was hardly better, they didnt push back my nail bed and assuming applied the coat of nail polish too thick as it began flaking off the minute I rinsed my hands with warm water when I got home. I didnt opt for gel, but Ive never had an issue like this before and Ive always been able to go 3 or 4 days before seeing chipped paint, not less than half a day. Just doesnt meet my needs, clean shop and friendly staff.Edit - I was told my total when time to pay was $68, tipped $15, should have been charged $83. According to bank statement they charged me $93. My fault I suppose, I should have checked the receipt I signed.

My favorite nail place. Everyone is nice. The spa is clean. They offer wine or bottled water and HGTV is on.

I’ve been going here for about 6 months now and and have had some issues but the owner always makes things right. However today was a new experience from the norm. I called Friday and scheduled an appointment for my daughter and I for Saturday at noon, my daughter was having dip taken off and just having her nails painted and I was having a dip fill. At 12:30 I was Still waiting and they took my daughter back to start on her. Walk-in customers came in and they told them there would be a 40 min wait, some left a few stayed. I finally get seated and at 1:10 they said 5 more mins. (At this point my nails were soaking in foil wraps) I let the tech know I had a 12:00 appt. she apologized and realized they had overlooked me. after 2 hours and 7 mins we were getting ready to leave. I brought the situation to Tracy’s attention, I acknowledged that I know they’re busy with it being holiday time, but the other customers that came in that were walk-ins were not only taken care of before me but done and gone before I was finished. She used the holiday as an excuse, I said I’m not one to ever complain but today I feel I should be compensated in some way, she said she’d give me $10 off and she walked away, returned to the break room and slammed the door shut. This isn’t typical for her and I understand it’s a stressful time of year however being a business owner myself I found this very unprofessional and we will not be returning.

Mostly foreign language spoken among employees, creating an uncomfortable feeling. Also ordered the gel manicure, and the curing machinr wasnt used on my nails. The gel coat started cracking and popping off in about 3 days. Normal is about 20 days from other places. Will not go back.

My daughter and I went today to get our nails done. I needed a fill and she wanted a new set. After being told it would be a half hour before they could get to us, we decided to wait. An hour and a half went by and they finally called my daughter back for her full set and told me it would be a few more moments for me to get back. After waiting for another hour and watching them take 2 walk-ins ( that came after they were closed) before me, they told me they could start on mine. At this point, out of frustration, I declined service as we had already been there for over 2 hours and it was getting late. I decided to go back and check on my daughter (assuming she would almost be done) and she wasnt even halfway through her service. My daughter explained to me that the tech working on her had to redo a couple of her nails several times and then redid her nail polish twice.. (I asked my daughter why and she said she didnt know cause they looked fine to her)At the check out the tech that did my daughters nails cashed us out. During the cashout she told me initially it would be $40 then changed it to $35 and when I asked her which one it was she changed it back to $40. --- theres NO SERVICE MENU POSTED ANYWHERE TO VALIDATE ANY OF THEIR PRICES. This left me feeling overcharged, of course since there was no explanation of charges.So all in all it is now 5:50 and we are just now home & finished with this whole experience and I didnt even get my nails filled. I feel completely disgusted with this business. The fact that they took 2 customers that walked in after my daughter and I instead of taking me without even acknowledging me sitting there for over 2 hours literally makes me angry. Adding to the level of unprofessionalism was their choice in music...as Im sitting there Im hearing nothing but nasty cussing and all around distasteful music in the background. My daughter is 11...she even acknowledged how bad the music was as it was repeatedly saying the B word. I myself own a salon and would NEVER let ANY OF THIS happen. Such a shame since this place is close to my house...I had high hopes for them since I regularly get my nails done in OFallon, but was looking for a place closer to home.

Husband and I went to get pedicure and manicure and they didnt seem to want to be bother with us. She gave me a pedicure and I asked when I was getting my manicure done as she was asking for payment. She threw her arms up walked away and started someone elses pedicure and completely ignored my question so someone else equally frusturated took me and just basically filed my nails and didnt even apply polish or soak them or anything. SOrry I was such an inconvience to them I will never be back to inconvience this place again

Great pedicure

I came in here on a whim to get a pedicure because I was in the area. Im 33 weeks pregnant so I cant do my toes on my own. I was completely unhappy with the entire experience. The water that I had to put my feet in was freezing cold, and the woman who did my toes was extremely rude. She would tap on my foot and expect me to know exactly what she wanted me to do with it. If I didnt respond quick enough, she would roll her eyes. I literally could not wait for it to be over. Worst customer service ever.

Pretty upset. I paid 30 for gel nails 2 days ago and they are already chipping. Im writing this on day 3.

Had an appointment but they took walk-ins over us and some of us ended up waiting an hour and a half to walk out with nothing done. Even after 2 hours the girls who DID get their nails done werent happy with how they turned out. They also tried to over charge us. Next day and nails are yellowing.. Very disappointed.

There acrylic nails are not even at all, coffin shape is not the shape it should be and the nails are way to thic with to many layers. Don’t recommend this place at all.
