This place is GREAT!! They are so fast at getting you started with a job and actually find you the perfect fit for you. They give you everything you need to start work. The communication between your assignment and Surge is amazing, they won’t mess up your pay and always make sure it’s the correct amount! Great Workers in that agency. The young man that works there is incredibly kind and very helpful. The ladies Are amazing also, they tend to care for their employees. I know it can be hard on them considering they cant always give out jobs. However they try their best to help and cater to both minority communities and all Kentucky locals. Keep rocking on.!

Wish I could leave no stars, applied online almost 2 weeks ago, haven’t heard a word from anyone and their website says that my documentation is still under review, I assumed that a temp service would be slightly more responsive than this

Amazing service. Very time wise!

They only pay $11.50 starting pay. Ive been working for them for over 3 months. I set up direct deposit, its been about 3 weeks and still nothing . so next week it will be a month it took them for my direct deposit. Thats 4 days a month I had to spend gas money to go get a paper check. They definitely dont care about what you have to go through.

The staff here is great! They are very helpful. They actually interviewed me and placed me in a job I was qualified for. I was reading reviews and the staff must have changed because they even went out of their way to deliver my check to me. They followed up with me to see how my first day was when I started. I have already received referral bonuses for 2 of my friends I sent in for work and I get weekly attendance bonuses.

Jobs are good some of the staff not so good its highly unprofessional to talk to someone whos employed through you while theyre out with their family. Actin like you have a personal relationship with them. Which is not the case!

This place is a joke anymore. When I first worked through the temp service they had awesome people worked who acted like they cared. The little girls they have working now are a joke. They act like they are better then everyone coming in. They look at you like you’re stupid when talking about an issue that is technically their responsibility to help you figure out. But; sadly they can’t help with anything and/ or could careless what you have to say.

By far the best staffing agency Ive gone to! Every time I need help getting a job they get me to work. All of their jobs have really good pay too. I will never go anywhere else!!!

They have you fill out paperwork and do a drug test then place you in a position. Its super easy and they were very nice. Just try to stay away from Radial the management isnt great there and Ive had to leave multiple times. But the pay is very good there if you can get past the problems. They also offer times in office and when you get too the site to work, they give you a different time which sucks. But they do staff for other places too. Ive only been to Radial. In office they seem pretty nice.

Ghetto workers... Cater to Spanish speaking... Send you out on assignment yet company doesnt have you signed up to start...paper check pic up during work hours half checks at in office... Dont waste ur time they never call back... There is at least 3 other better staffing spot on either side of surge...

Oct 20, 2019Cant get paid.They quick to find you a job but dont pay you on time, Went in on the 18th of October expecting a check they didnt have one for me.I was told to come back Saturday where they issued a Rapid Card because i still didnt have a check at there office due to their system being down all week so i asked could they check my time i was told it was still down so how they going to issue my Money then but they said it would take 60min and i still have no pay Oct 20,2018 5:34pm..Will be reporting to BBB and filing a complaint to Unemployment Office cant play with people money that work all day labor jobs i bet they had a nice weekend and had their money.What a joke..Update its 10-23-18 still no pay.Update 11-6-18 got a check not until that Wednesday and it was a check. Their pay card is a joke still havent gotten paid on pay card they issued still getting checks which is ok but why the pay card?

I had a problem at first with getting my pay, but they fixed it. I also like that you get paid every week.

Everyone here is very pleasant. The district manager is very helpful and the young women that are in the office work with all people.

Unprofessional. They refuse to explain a job until after you spent the hour + filling out their application, giving them all your personal info, and filling out tax forms. It is frustrating that a company wants to go through the hiring process before i even know if i would like to work for them or am interested in the job offered. Also, the younger ladies seem nice, but the older one has a very condescending attitude. It bothers me to see ppl act condescending to others looking for a job. She acted as though the people coming in were beneath her. You have no idea some of us coming in there are doing or where we are in our lives. Check the attitude.

Unprofessional staff. Went in to get job info for my 18 year old son. The female employee that helped me reeked of alcohol and had no idea what she was doing. Dont know if it was the alcohol that was making her brain not work right or she was poorly trained. Either way i will not be going back.
