Horrible. Took over an hour just to soak off my nails. Condescending and unprofessional, didnt even have time to actually do my nails since the soak off took over an hour just to complete. Do not waste your money here

I love coming here. Nick and Jenny are the BEST!! They are always quick and do a fantastic job. Plus the prices are very competitive to the other salons around.

I do not recommend this place for pedicures not clean at all and paid 40 dollars for a rushed pedicure.

This place is horrible. My pedicure was very rushed. The guy doing my pedicure had gel all over my skin and REFUSED to remove it. Do not pay to have any service done here.

Took my daughter for a mani/pedicure an older couple took care of us. The man was extremely quiet but handled my daughters pedicure with care. The young lady who assisted with her manicure made my daughter bleed and a very poor job painting her nails. Looks like my 11yr did it herself. The older women who did my was friendly but did not stop talking to another lady about her coworkers and customers. Speaking in vietnamese does not mean that white americans cannot understand every word you are saying, Just so ya know! Also used old files and did not clean any equipment used. They wiped the pedicure basen with the same rags used on our feet.

BABY GIRL, I TOLD YOU!!!! As a first time customer (myself), that’s all it took for me to decide I will never return to this location. I did not catch this man’s name but considering he called every woman he interacted with Baby Girl, I’m sure it will be easy to identify him.There was a miscommunication as to what my friend requested and what she received. When she addressed it the man spoke to her in such a condescending, rude manner and was very pleased with himself in the process. He scolded her on their initial conversation saying he asked her what she wanted, but the second ‘explanation’ was nothing like the first. My friend wanted it fixed, they wouldn’t, she said she would come back tomorrow and see if the technician she had worked with before was in and was told she couldn’t.I am not one to assume someone is talking about you in these types of situations, but the man was speaking among his co-workers and we both could easily identify words specifically used in my friend’s conversation seconds earlier and everyone chuckled a number of times. We were in and out of this location in under 30 minutes, start to finish, with my ‘deluxe pedicure’ that was absolutely a sub-par experience as it was basically a nail polish application. My technician was pleasant - but the overall experience was not worth the price.My friend was not rude, she never raised her voice or made a scene. This was not an over reaction on her end and we both left embarrassed.

Got my nails done not that long ago and took them off the other day and noticed I had fungus on multiple nails of mine. Went in to let them know about to see if they could do anything and all he offered was to paint them with regular polish to cover the fungus up and was very rude about the situation.

They were very nice and took their time!

My daughter and I went here for a mothers day out. My daughter had a full set of nails done as I sit at the pedicure station with my feet in the water still waiting for my services no one ever came when I finally got up and dried my feet they said oh few more minutes I said no thank you I was already very upset and I left I will never return there ever again and my daughters full set of nails was not worth the $45 I was charged.

The nail technician I had was extremely friendly, however I dont believe she was old enough to be licensed. She even mentioned her 14 year old sister was required to work there. I dont believe any of the tools used were sterilized and my manicure was mediocre at best. I would be very leery of anyone going here.

Horrible service

I went in and asked for a manicure and pedicure, but after the pedicure they seemed to have forgotten the manicure part, no harm done. But after I asked for it they were really rude and then the technician assured me she would give my the matching color (but it was orange instead of nude). And to top it off they told me to tip more when I was counting my cash and refused to fix my smudged toe.

The specialist always takes great care of me! They are very talented with acrylic nails! No shortage of services at this salon. They are great!

First time here and we will be back! I took my 3 1/2 yr old daughter with me and the staff was amazing. She loves for me to paint her nails and toes at home but this was the first time taking her somewhere to get them done. She was shy but the staff was very patient and did a great job with her. I also was very pleased with my pedicure. Not sure of the names of the techs that helped us but they were wonderful. Overall great experience!

I honestly don’t think they take care of their tools properly. I went to get a pedi and this guy used the same tools that he used on the person that came before me. They were speaking their own language which is fine but they made me feel uncomfortable and it didn’t even take a minute for a massage and it was pricy. I’m very disappointed.

People were so kind and my nails look great! I am very harsh when judging nail salons but they are definitely my new favorite. Will go back

I guess if It wasnt my first time they wouldnt have given me the new guy, I was happy with my pedicure, I was waiting for a long time in the pedicure area then even smudged my toe nails when I had to put on my shoes cause I couldnt get any help.... Probably wont go back gave 2 stars, because they have a large color selection and other employees seemed to be nice.

Dont waste your money here. The lady who did my nails was rude, and made me feel like a bother. She insulted me, and was rough when doing my nails. The nails werent what I wanted, but I didnt even care I just wanted to leave as fast as possible. If I could give no stars I would.

Ive been going here every three weeks since last year and have always had good service. They do a good job and are friendly. I always get a ton of compliments on my nails and people always ask where I get them done. Prices are pretty reasonable. Ive had three different people do my acrylic nails and they have all done a good job.

The staff and manager were completely disrespectful to my daughter. I had to call AND go up there myself to get her nails done correctly. The manager told me one thing, but then bullied my daughter so I had to go up there. Will NEVER go back and don’t recommend anyone going there. There are multiple better nail salons in Wentzville.

I went to nail spa and had a terrible experience! DO NOT GO THERE! If I could put no stars I would! I am a mom of four and never get time to myself so when I go and do these type of things its a big deal. It started off with them buffing the gel off my toes and they nicked me numerous times! And the technician knew because I was bleeding! He then proceeded to tell me the my feet looked terrible! Once again Im a mom that doesnt get time to myself ever! I was very uncomfortable after that comment. I get the gel because I want it to last a long time. Right after they got done the polish looked dull like there was something wrong. When I was paying, the tech asked me to tip him!!!!!!!! Even after he had cut me! When I got home all my nails started bubbling and peeling off! I went back the next day and wanted a refund because I didnt want them touching my feet and getting chemicals on the areas where they had cut me! He refused to give me a refund and would only offer me a gift card! I didnt want the gift card because of my experience and I have heard that they do not honor the gift cards! I told him this and he still refused!

I have been going here for many years and have always had a great experience! Nick and Jenny are great! Jenny does my nails and pedicures and always does an excellent job, very helpful, always on time and always very friendly. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been getting my nails done here for a while now, and have to say Jenny does and awesome pink and white. They are always courteous. I have never had any problems with any of the techs. Thanks for such awesome service!

I got my nails done here a few days ago and they did GREAT I’ve been to some crummy nail salons but this is by far the best one. The prices are not terrible and they do a great job I will definitely be back!!

If you don’t want gel- it’s okay. Why is it that you get treated differently if you don’t want Gel? They barely give you a massage on legs or hands- is like they don’t want to do it- so why Include it in the Mani or Pedi! Such a waste of money!

Terrible customer service, the experience was not relaxing or enjoyable at all. Plus they are terribly over priced, I asked for the deluxe pedicure I know I would have gotten a much better service at another salon and only gotten a basic.

It was about 625 and they wouldnt do my nails because they closed at 7.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!! This is NOT where I normally go. I had the dip powder done less than a week ago & on 2 of my nails, the dip has peeled off. I also felt very rushed & she cut up my fingers. My daughter had her acrylics filled & he cut her fingers as well & you could see her old color underneath her new color. Plus, they were rude & talked badly about the place we normally go.

Not my usual place. Made apt for pedis since it was convenient on that day. Was greeted but barely. Once we were seated no one spoke to us.. just to one another. Didnt give much of a massage and felt like the whole place was dirty. Things floating in water (dont use bags), didnt see him spray tools in between pedis and had to place feet in community parafin bin unlike other places where they use individual bags. Daughter needed disposable flips and they just gave her used ones. Never offered a pricing but were sure fast to ask for payment. Lesson learned to not do convenient over quality.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! RUDE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE! CHARGED ME $10 to remove gel. Should have been free since nail tech injured my finger.

Save your money, the pedicure was basically a polish change. No exfoliation at all and the massage was about 30 seconds each foot. She rushed through the whole thing, definitely a waste of money.

Absolutely awful! Sat there for over an hour after being told it would be a 40 minute wait and at the 40 minute mark, when it should have been my turn next, they took the girl who signed in after me. They just lost a customer.

Took my 10 year old grandaughter to get a set of nail tips Wednesday afternoon and an older lady helped her. I told her to glue them extra as they tend to fall off. When she was done it looked like a child did it. Thin coat of polish and could see nails. I asked her to repaint and gel because it looked terrible. I was. told $30 at the desk then was charged $35. This woman was rude and uninterested in my grandaughter and the quality is disgusting. She acted like shes just a kid and it wouldnt matter what it looked like and she sure didnt. NEVER WOULD I GIVE THEM ONE MORE PENNY OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO BE TREATED LIKE. Her attitude is not customer friendly. Very arrogant and uninterested in her customers !!!!

Jenny was fabulous, I was headed to the airport And I broke my nail. Couldnt make it to my normal placed in Jefferson CityI got a whole new set!

Excellent service

Worst service ever. Technician left me sitting there for 20 minutes to go work on someone else pedicure. Manicure was terrible. That was the first time Ive ever walked away from a manicure with half painted and snagged nail tips. And that was after I asked for a touch up. Wont be going back there.

Do not buy a gift certificate here. They would only redem for 50% of value, even though it had no expiration date!

I won’t be back for a while. I was disappointed with how my painted nails turned out.

This place is a rip off! They take advantage of young girls who come in to get their nails done! They complain if you ask for an extra coat of polish and their charge is always different even if its one color you pick! Never going back and well let people know!

The worst pedicure ever! I quit going to nail spa a couple of years ago but thought I would give it one more try. The staff walk around with sour faces, act rude and the owners are rude especially Jenny. I will never go back and do not recommend.

From the moment I walked in I felt like I was a nuisance. I came in mid day on a Saturday and I was the only one there. Now I know why the place was empty! Terrible service.
