Tom did great on my nails! He knew I had to be out at a certain time and made sure he got me out by then while still doing an amazing job on my nails. I’ve been coming here for my nails for 5 or 6 years now and I swear by this place. I literally won’t go anywhere else for my nails

I got a pedicure which included hot stones, lotions, oil rub… my feet feel so soft- I can’t wait to put them on my mans face. 🤐😂 This is one of the best pedicures I’ve gotten. Mary is who did my pedicure. She was very through and kind. She took her time, didn’t try to upsell, was easy to understand and didn’t rush. I felt like I got quality service for the price. I have no complaints. She was gentle, the massage was excellent. I almost fell asleep in the chair. If I didn’t live an hour away, this would be my new go to spot.

Tom at Magic Nails is so creative. He always does an awmazing job on my nails. I wont go anywhere else!! Hes the Best!!

I can’t say enough about the customer service at Magic Nails! My two daughters and I got manicures and pedicures, which were outstanding.But I was most impressed with the kindness and friendliness of the staff, especially Tan and Tom.Both of these gentlemen were kind to my little four-year-old and basically kept her entertained the whole time.I will definitely be back! I would recommend them to anyone. They were very busy, so I would definitely suggest making an appointment.

Staff is rude all the time. Quality is hit or miss. After telling the gentleman I did not want/like the powder options and even after him showing me a clients nails and giving me a speech about it I politely declined and requested acrylic to which he didnt seem to appreciate, he still started dipping my nails anyway. I stopped him reminded him of my request for acrylic to which he replied its the same cost and basically shouldnt matter and after that the visit went from bad to worse and my nails are absolutely horrible. I was just going to let it go being a black woman in this area you try not to confirm their perception of us but I paid like everyone else and normally tip well when given good service.

When my friend and I chose this salon it was based on the reviews. The girl that completed my dip was unprofessional and rude. I did not obtain a name as she did not speak to me unless it was to be rude. When we first sat down she placed a steaming hot bowl of acetone in front of me and demanded I place my nails in and rub the old dip off. Thought this was odd. The acetone was so hot and the smell was intense. I told her it was too hot but she just told me it will cool off and then proceeded to place a towel over my hands and the bowl. was asked if I knew what color I wanted. Neither my friend nor I had been offered any colors to look at. They brought over one selection of colors to choose from. Usually you are offered several samples. When I asked if this was all they had she got up without saying a word and walked away. She came back with a box of colors samples and slammed them on a chair next to me. I looked through them and found one I liked. While she was buffing the names there was a burning sensation on my nail and I told her about it. She told me that because I didnt soak my nails long enough due to my answering my phone (it was my dad and he called multiple times in a row which he never does and I advised her when I took the call that I needed to take the call and apologized) that there was left over dip that she had to remove. This was so rude I almost got up and left. She did an okay job on the nails but her attitude put me off and my friend felt the same. We will not return. She also did not ask how I wanted my nails shaped and they are nothing that I like. I wish I had gotten her name. Also, I felt rushed the entire time and that is not something I enjoy when I am paying for a service.

Tom is the best!

I’ve been to most of the Salons in Wentzville and will now only go to this one. They’re so kind and professional and the place is so clean and relaxing. I love seeing the regular customers each time I go, too!Update: In the middle of a week day, every chair is full and the people waiting want to wait. That says so much about the service here. No one wants to go anywhere else.

Today was my first time going to Magic Nails. I chose this salon based on the Google reviews. I was very satisfied with my visit here! My friend and I both went for Mani Pedis. Even though it was busy due to the holidays, I did not feel rushed or anxious at all. The music was relaxing, the service was phenomenal, and the cost was affordable. Prices were very clearly listed on the sign in desk. I got my nails dipped by Tom. He did a wonderful, wonderful job! I left the salon feeling very renewed and ready to conquer Christmas!

I got my nails done on Tuesday 3/30/21. They only want to use dip not acrylic so I went along with it. Before they even finished my nails they put me in the pedicure seat and finished my nails while I was getting my pedicure. It felt like they didn’t have time they just wanted to rush. The next day my nail popped off just opening my door. So I go back the following morning (Thursday 4/1) they acted like I broke it on purpose. She did my nail so fast. The color didn’t match and it was really crooked. Then I go to work Friday and I’m filing and another nail pops off. I haven’t even had them done for a full week. I wouldn’t recommend this nail shop. They go too fast just so they can get the next person, the utensils they use are not sanitized and the quality sucks. Never going there again.

Probably the best pedicure Ive ever got. The lady that did it did a great job.

Dirty tables, very rushed, rude service, don’t think any tools were sanitized. All nails different shapes and sizes and lengths he had to redo my polish many times. Polish and glue all over my fingers. I will never go back here. Oh and it was somehow 60$ for the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. Trying to figure out how to add pics.

I went in for a full set of acrylic nails and it was absolutely beautiful. Tina who was the lady who did my nails did an amazing job very good with detail and match the picture that I showed her. Overall a great place for great pricing. I was very satisfied with what I got and I have no complaints.

I got a fill with gel polish and my daughter got a Gel manicure with design. Tina was excellent! She did exactly what I asked.. kept my acrylic thin, did the shape correctly, was professional and quick! My daughter and i were in and out in 45 mins!! We will definitely be back!!!

Spent $$$ bucks in here for their poor quality and getting criticized for your race, talking about you in other language if you ask for fix. Done gel nails and came out no later than 3 days. (Supposed to last 3 weeks) Honestly save your time and money. Try some other business around the area.

It was my first time going there & they did an AMAZING JOB. I highly recommend this place. & with Everything going on right now they require you to wear a mask before entering & if you do t have one they give you one & ask you to wash your hands. I had Alex as my nail technician, I showed her a picture of what I wanted & she NAILED IT! I am in love with my nails. & they don’t over charge you either. I got a tip with dip, ombré & even two jewels on each hand that she didn’t charge for either. Also got a coffin shape which didn’t cost extra either. If you want an honest & awesome nail place this is definitely the place to go.My aunt got a manicure dip done by Tina & she wanted a sunflower design on one nail which Tina had never done before but she did an awesome job. They are just beautiful & they take their time to make sure each nail looks the same.HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Nice atmosphere. I got a deluxe pedicure and a full set. Great pedicure but totally not happy with my full set. Its only been one week and four of my nails have already came off. Dont know if Ill be going back.Bad business sense, rude to paying customers, taking advantage of inexperienced patrons

New owners here almost - years must the way they’re talk and the way they’re answered back to customer very rule !!! . Who are recommended to come here I’m feel so sorry for them !!!! Very disappointed with with this place. I never get pedicures. I do them my self. This time I was very tired and decided to treat myself. Well the pedicure was so fast I still had dead skin, nails were not cleaned well, my feet were not rub at all, the nail polish was old and she didnt paint my toes right . I told her just take this polish off and I will do my own feet. At the end she said is $30 . I told her but you didnt even paint my toes. Do not go here. HORRIBLE! !

Smaller salon & had a bit of a wait after walking in, but the service was top notch, prices were decent & their safety measures were well done (plexiglass partitions between customer/employee, lots of cleaning & sanitizing, etc..)

Went in for a full acrylic set. Asked for blood drops, and instead got fire as my design. 3 people in the hour I was there came in for broken nails, I was definitely hesitant after that& purchased the gel coating just in case. MY NAIL STILL BROKE, the day after it was done.Service wasnt terrible, nice people but quality is horrible for the price. Not recommended

This young lady Evelynn did a fantastic job!! She’s funny and knows how to make people laugh. She got rid of my ingrown nails which was very helpful and she gave me a bunch of info for my dry skin. She’s really good at her job and I hope she does my nails when I come back next time!!

Had a gel manicure on ThursdayLooked great went out to dinner that night. Woke up Friday morning and the cute pink I had picked is a yucky yellow color!!! Called the salon ASAP and left a message. No one called back. Called again and got no answer. Horrible products for what you pay!

I wanted to like this place. It was gorgeous inside. But my mani was super rushed and my nails were really crooked--I went home and filed them myself. I wouldve had them do it, but the guy who did it left to help someone else before I could say anything. I wont be back.

I’ve been to a few nail salons in the area over the years and I must say I have found my new salon! Prices are the best in town with outstanding quality. My pedicure was the most gentle I have EVER had. She done amazing, so nice and make me laugh all the time and done an amazing job on SNS power my nails as well. Didn’t hurt me once. I think she’s the first nail tech I’ve held an enjoyable conversation with the entire time. I’ve been to almost every other nail salon in town and this is the only place that has never let me down I have been bringing my fiancé here for the past year or so. The customer service has been absolutely amazing. They always explain everything before they do the work. Ive never once been disappointed with a visit! I recommend everyone to try them out!

Normally go here and have a good experience, last visit was horrible. Was in last Friday and not only was the service bad but my finger is super infected. Got cut by my girl on the side of my nail and 5 days later my finger is in horrible pain, hot, oozing, swollen and now turning purple. I wont be back.

Tiffany did my dip manicure and they are the best I’ve ever had. They are almost 3 weeks old! I hate it when my hair gets caught- not a problem with these! I’m definitely going back! The staff is friendly and it’s such a clean and updated space.

Most people who have done my nails don’t listen, do what they want. I have to go home to fix it my self with a nail file. IF I can’t get them to eat I like i take them off. It drives me crazy. I DO GOT to say she did everything I said I wanted and way more!!! I couldn’t be more happier. I finally found someone who can make sure that they are done beautifully. This was my go to nail salon but after today’s appointment I will never go back here. I showed the man doing my nails a picture of what I wanted and he just glanced at it for a sec. He did a good job on my fill but when it came to do the design he first started to do French tips on my nails which was not what I wanted so I told him and he got very annoyed. I told him exactly how to do the design and it looked so bad. All the glitter was messed up and definitely nothing like the picture. I understand that they can’t recreate the exact design but this wasn’t even close. I could have done a much better job at home myself. So I told him I didn’t like it and just to do glitter on the whole nail (which is such an easy fix). He then told me that “he didn’t have all day to do my nails” and “it not my fault you keep changing your mind”. I never changed my mind on what I wanted, he didn’t know how to do the design so he could have told me that from the start so I could have just done a simple color. It is never okay to scream at your customers or blame them for something that is your own fault. Don’t waste your money here, there’s better places in town.

The staff was wonderful to me an my daughters but my daughter got their toes an nails polishes an that very night they took a shower an both of their polish had came off. Then I got a tip with diped polish. First off there are a few nails that are completely messed up lumpy, bummpy. Its been less than a week an in some areas they are lifting. I hope this is not an on going problem but I feel like I wasted $85.
