Great service, Very friendly! Ive gotten my nails done for the last ten years at least once a month and Tom at Victorian Nails by far blew everywhere else out of the park with his awesome work, very efficient cost efficient as well. I wont go anywhere else.

They was very nice and sweet my nails turned out really good! I just moved up here and this place will be my go too nail place i love it and i don’t trust people with my eyebrows but they did so good!! LOVE THIS PLACE!

I wish I could remember the name of the guy who did my nails and pedicure but he did an amazing job on both. I had a fill with a gel polish and then a gel pedicure. I would highly recommend going here over Victorian Nails for sure.i love Victorian Nails

My mother and I went to get our nails done together and had the worse experience ever. They only had to workers. The older lady was very unprofessional, she had a very nasty attitude and was very rude the entire time being there. The lady who did my moms feet not only stabbed her and made her bleed but she did a very sloppy job of painting. She asked for a redo considering she paid for a deluxe and was paying alot. The older was treating my mom very unprofessional. Making comments that were not needed. Sad to say after paying a good amount of money to get pedicures my nail polish chipped off two days later. We will never go back. Also I asked for a design and was told they do not do that there.

I feel like they always rush and always have just 3 people working. I got the dip for the first time last week and its already chipping off. Also went back the day after to fix a nail and it took them an hour to fix one nail. I was sitting there most the time waiting. $35 for not even a week to last nails.

Went in to bring my FIVE (5) year old sister to get a simple paint. Was not asking for anything fancy. She just likes going in to get them done in the “salon”setting. They were not busy when we got there. About 5 minutes after we walked in they started getting busy. They whipped through her nails so quickly, which didn’t bother me, all we were asking for was a simple paint. I went to pay. $20. Twenty for a simple paint on the toes and nails that they whipped through in 5 minutes. Ruined the experience I had with my sister because of that. Will not be returning and will be trying other places

Beautiful job and the cleanest salon I have seen. Staff is knowledgeable and helped me choose the right color. Beautiful salon. I will be changing to this salon even if I have to wait a little bit.

Worst accommodating ever. I came in for an eyebrow wax and was told it would just be a few minutes to wait. 50 minutes later I’m still sitting there waiting. I asked the staff how long and she said “just give me a few more minutes”. It was not crowded and there were three staff members working. I ended up calling another nail salon while waiting and asked if they could take a walk in eyebrow wax. I left and went to another salon who fit me right in. I will never return to this business again.

I have came to Victorian Nails for a few years now. I refuse to go anywhere else. Lynn works hard day and night to keep the place so clean and her customers happy! If you want quality nails and service then this is the place to go. I will always be back. 5 stars hands down!

Came in there last Thursday for my nails and toes. Paid 85$ before tip for both services, my nails being 50$. The nail on my middle finger was loose by Monday, and came off Wednesday. There was left over residue around my nails I had to pick off as well. Total waist of my money and I sincerely regret going there. Will never go again, wish I could get at least half of my money back. She also kept telling me what I wanted was ugly even though I paid 50$ and it’s my money so I should do whatever I like.Do not go here.

Okay so I went in there while my mom was getting her hair cut and I had to wait 45 minutes before they even knew I was there. Then they finally saw me they thought I wanted a pedicure and I wanted a full set. The people there dont really understand you. So on that day I did not get my nails done.

BEWARE !!! Tell you one price then go to check out and it’s a whole different story. Got a fill for $15 added gel for $5 and Matt finish for $5 = $25. Then charged $35. Spa pedicure for $35 added gel polish for $5. Charged me $50. My little sister just got her nails polished for $5 added gel polish for $5. Added 3 designs for $3 each = $16. Charged me $30.So in all they over charged me $34. I won’t be going back there. And wehen asked the owner just kept telling me I was wrong.However the nails did look good.

I have been going there for 2 years and it used to be a good place to go but lately its been terrible. They dont do your nails the way you want them done. 2x my nails have been messed up and they have not offered to fix them or my money back so time to find a new place

Absolutely AWFUL!!! I called a month before the appointment for myself and my bridesmaids (for 9 people total), and I spoke to the manager on the phone herself to schedule this. She never wrote my name down and when we showed, and obviously they weren’t prepared for us. Incompetent people running this salon. So much for having a nice relaxing night with my bridesmaids the day before my wedding. Terrible customer service.

An appointment made for a bridal party a month in advance, showed up and they didnt have the appointment in the books and were not prepared for our group. Over 3 hours later when they finally finished our group, they offered no discount and the manager was actually rude and blaming the mess up on the bride who made the appointment. Will NEVER return! Very poor customer service and organization.

Stay away from this place, if you dont specify what you want they will put gel or what ever they want to charge more, the lady cut my finger and say i did it is CRAZY, take you money somewhere else.

It was my first time there passing through the area and when I got there they were very polite I got right in service was real good and my nails looked the best in a long time. So good when I come threw there I’ll be stopping again

I have been going to this Nail salon for many years. I absolutely love Lynn and Angie. They have always been super nice, funny as well as do amazing nails!!

My sister and I went and it was a great bonding moment. I had Lynn. She made me laugh so hard. My sister and I were constantly laughing. We were the only customers there ar the time so we had their full attention. We bothe got acrylics and gel. I also got an eye brow wax. Never had any of this before and it was great! Beautiful right before prom. My total ended up being $60. I tipped her $10 because of what an amazing first experience it was! I plan on coming in to get them filled before graduation. I have gotten so many compliments.

Priced a bit high. Some of the nail techs have fought while I was there. One of them even started crying. It was a while ago but it was sad. The work product has always been good.

I showed a picture of what I wanted for my birthday weekend. It was a natural ombre with the coffin shaped nails. At first they said we dont do that here, then showed Lynn the owner and she said its just a natural ombre so then said they could. I was skeptical because I knew the lady doing mine had no idea how to do it. Ive had my nails done that way before so I knew how they did them and she was all over the place. I was annoyed that the owner allowed her to do it knowing she had no clue how. They then charged me $65 for messed up nails. I will never go back.

Upon waiting for 55 mins for three techs to work with three customers I did not witness proper sanitation of the pedicure chairs or foot scrub utensils. My deluxe pedicure lasted 40 mins of just a foot soak and 2 mins of massage on each foot. Not a deluxe. The same for a regular manicure. He did not even run the lotion in and then blamed me that I was moving during the paint job. He controlled my hand so unsure I moved and cause the mess up. Manicure lasted 10 mins with the actual painting. Took myself and my daughter and was charge 45 for a 10 year olds paint job. 55 for mine that wasnt even done properly. We wont be returning and recommend everyone to go to the other places in town!

I used to really love Victorian Nails I wouldnt go anywhere else. They were very friendly and charismatic and thats why I loved the place so much but the last time I went I was the only customer in the salon (mid-day) and every employee seemed very uninterested in me, when Id been a regular for years, and they were too busy gossiping and napping in the pedi chairs to even pay attention to me to make sure I was getting the service I expected from my regular nail place. It was the first and last time I was unhappy to actually pay money for the service I got that day and was bad enough for them to lose a loyal customer that they had for years. Im still trying to find a good nail place...

Do not go here. I paid $35 for a gel manicure, and they did a horrible job. The woman used so much polish and gel that my nails were so thick. They had ripples in the polish by the time I got home. They chipped the first evening. Worst gel manicure I have ever gotten! I will NEVER go to Victorian Nails again.

Went in today even after reading many negative reviews, kept an open mind. The lady calling the shots was doing someones nails, an ordered a young girl (looked to be 12) to start the water, then yelled across the salon that she was doing it wrong, go clean, you dont listen! . Terrible treatment of young girl! And unprofessional in front of customers. I told her I dont want any part of her negative environment and that she was very rude, and left.

I got to the salon around 4:00 and didnt leave until 6. I had only gone for a mani pedi, theres no reason it should have taken that long. The guy who did my toes was very nice, but the lady, Lynn who did my nails was completely rude. In the middle of doing my nails she got up to wax two peoples eye brows and made me wait longer. Not only that but the way she talked to me was unacceptable and Ive never felt more disrespected. Not only that but the paint job she did on my nails was horrible. Never going there again.

Do not go here. I paid $40 for a gel manicure, and they did a horrible job. The woman used to much acrylic and polish my nails were so thick. She didnt push my cuticles back, nothing. I could have gotten fungus on my nails, she threw the nails on and was done. I went to Diva nails on K and it took TWO HOURS just for them to fix my nails. I will NEVER go to Victorian Nails again.

I walked in and no one greeted me. First red flag...then there was a woman who was sitting down waiting for her turn with her mom and young daughter. The little girl was looking at the nail design palette and an employee says no! Give that to me. And snatched it out of the little girls hand...I couldnt believe it. Then the same employee tells the women come here lady and got an attitude when they didnt get up quick enough. I got up and walked out. Ive never been to a nail salon where people were so blatantly rude. I manage a restaurant and I would fire my employee for talking to my guests the way she talked to those women. Unacceptable

Horrible. All my nails were crooked and the manicurist made my mother and grandmother bleed. They are also way overpriced so do not waste your money here.

I would like to give Victorian nails 0 stars. I came at 1:11 WITH AN APPOINTMENT & it is 4 and I havent been helped. They are so rude, and have very inappropriate conversations about religion, sex and politics. I have a gift card here & want someone to buy it off of me because I cant not stand this place. It says 20 for a full set, and he chard me 35 for JUST a full set, with no gel polish or designs. Im a student and should get 5$ off even.

Horrible experience sad to say. Pedi polish stayed a week and manicure horrific. No cuticle trim just clear polish that was gone in 4 days. Not sure what happened, it used to be great place.

I went there for my birthday didnt enjoy it one bit.. Charged me 70 dollars for me and my son who was only 7yrs old.. The man who did my sons feet was nice.. The other guy was rude and disrespectful

If I could give you no stars I would .You suck, do not have me in there for 2 hours trying to ombré my nails if you don’t know what you’re doing .I even said “ you can do them all one color “ and she goes “ no it’s okay I’ll do it right “ so I just ended up removing my nail polish at home and repainting it ! Terrible. I tried giving them another chance. Made an appointment at 1:30 for 2 pedis at the same time, a mani and an eyebrow wax. Didnt get in water until 1:55. My mom sat in water for 30 mins when they had just started mine. My mom never got her nails done. And I never got my eyebrows done. I was ready to leave as soon as I got there. I should have.Unfortunately I have to give one star in order to leave a review.

Had my nails done by possibly the rudest most idiotic lady ever, I think shes actually the owner or manager, went to leave when I got there because the wait looked long and she ran outside to get me, and did my nails in what felt like 15 mins. They were lop sided and the nail color was painted on so badly. Typically I would have said something but since the entire time I was there she was screaming at employees and making it the most uncomfortable experience ever, I just wanted out. I wouldnt go back even if they offered a years worth of free nails.

Really rude. Didnt want to talk much and tried to make small talk asking how long they did nails and acts like I insulted them. The guy who did my nails kept pulling and twisting my arm in uncomfortable positions. Just an overall bad experience. . . .

Bought a gift card for $100 lost the gift card so never was able to give to my mom for birthday then found it with receipt but had no use for it any more so wanted to get my money back but they refused to give me my refund even though I had original receipt and gift card horrible customer service they took my money fast as could be bit flat out refused to give it back stay away from this shady place money hungry and rude people
