GREAT experience. Ive drove to Greenville for 5 years and my experience has been amazing with Sams. Ive continued going back to Sams since my first experience, and have been fully satisfied! I did have one mishap, which they corrected without any lash back. Happy to have a good place in Washington, unlike the others that do a terrible job or pop my 10 year olds hand.

Everyone is so nice and great to work with. The end result of my SNS was very different from what I had envisioned, I gave Oliva an idea of what I thought I wanted and she made it more AMAZING! Thank you!!!!

I typically go in the morning and there isnt a long wait. The technicians are very nice and work to get you in and out and on with your day. Ill definitely be returning on a regular basis!

Wait is too long when you have an appointment. Some of the technicians do not do quality work. My nails started peeling within a week of getting gelled nails. Very nice salon. Great receptionist.

This was a mixed experience for sure. They have bad business practices and downright dishonest!!! I made an appt for 5pm, I arrived at 4:58, then told it would be a 15 minute wait. Which became 25 before the technician started. BUT THE BIGGEST PROBLEM 😞 WAS THE MENU PRICES ARE NOT ACCURATE. Just like at a restaurant, you choose what you want based partially on price. But HERE, YOU CHOOSE, SEEING THE PRICES ON THEIR MENU, and then when you check out, you are charged $7 more!!! When I asked what??? The girl said, We raised our price by $7, but havent changed the menu. What BS! Thats dishonest and WRONG! I complained, they called the very rude owner, but he refused to honor their menu price. I paid just to get out of there, as I was already behind schedule. NO ONE SAID, IM SORRY. The nail tech, Gizelle, did a good job! Its not her fault.

Wendy did my pedicure. My feet feel and look so much better. She was very conscientious about a couple of issues I have and was always asking if I was doing ok. Great place!!

The people were very nice but the pricing is ridiculous.

First time here and I will never go back. I got a basic gel color on both my nails and toes and paid $93. Full set was $45, and basic pedi with gel color was $48, so prices alone are enough for me not to return but then the service I received wasn’t worth my time or money. I complained about one of my nails not being filled in properly and the tech started to argue with me. Then he first decided to color over it and I said that’s not what I asked for I asked for it to be filled. He still continued to argue against it telling me that’s how my nail looks and if he fills it the nail will be wider then the rest as if he couldn’t just file it to be the same size as the rest. He barely wiped the color away and filled over the color. And didn’t even bother to try and reshape the nail to match the rest. If I’m paying for a service I expect to be satisfied with my service period. Half a filled nail is unacceptable and arguing about it instead of accommadating me is a huge problem. He should of just apologized for the error and corrected it. The pedi was ok but neither was worth the money!!Update: 8 days after having my nails done and since then two have broken and one came completely off.

First time I went the service was excellent. Olivia was amazing!!! very sweet and did such a great job!! She took her time to do my nails and they look fabulous. Everything I asked for I got and it was amazing. I will be recommending people to come there.

I had the tall white girl with the accent, sorry I didnt get her name, but I had a great experience with her. She was patient and was very helpful to me in picking my colors and glitter.We visited while here on vacation but I would return again.

Sams does a great job & gets you in & out quickly

I came and had a luxury pedicure done. It was worth the $43 I spent. They use a packet that contains some scent beads, a scrub, and some other stuff which leave you smelling really good. The girl who did mine took her time and had magically hands when it came to giving the massage. Will be back!

This place is absolutely great!!! This place looks so modern and there is a lot of space. The people here are wonderful and sweet. After coming here, I will not go anywhere else because this place is the best! My friends and I love to come here and get our nails done.

The first thing I noticed when they were doing my nails are they only half fill them in I complained my nails weren’t properly painted so someone else started doing them which was fine but they still weren’t properly done and then after she painted them she tried to shape them up anyone who does nails knows u paint them after shaping bc shaping after will take the polish off the sides the nails r very thin but since my real nails are lucky long they haven’t broke yet

I went today around 1:30 to get a gel/shellac manicure. I was immediately sat down at a chair (which was surprising/great because it was kind of busy.) Out came a taller, white, possibly Russian/Swedish girl, obviously not from here, had an accent. She was not very pleasant, quite rude, very abrupt with one word answers when I would ask a question. Although, I was very impressed with how particular and attentive she was to my nails and I was there for 2 hours. As soon as she was finished, all she said was Okay, you are done, thanks and got up and walked away. I walked out of the salon just to see that in the sunlight, my nails were bubbled up, streaky, and some parts on the side of my nails were not even painted. If it hadnt already taken her 2 hours to paint my nails, I would have gone back inside, but I had to get back to work. This is the second time trying this place and havent had a good experience either time.DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK**UPDATE 2/8/19: I went back later that afternoon and told them what had happened. I asked to speak to the manager/owner and she pointed over to a man who offered to fix them real quick for me. Although, he blamed the polish for being bubbly, streaky and half painted because my nails were short. When in reality, the girl who did my nails earlier had cut them down super short.**UPDATE: 2/10/19: My polish is already starting to come off on the tips of my nails and the sides. My thumb nail has actually broke off also, after I mentioned to them about it being a little cracked and all they did was super glue it, instead of dipping it like Ive had done before.

Ive been going to this nail salon for a year now. I love it, Ken is my absolute favorite! They are reasonably priced, clean and organized. They are all super friendly. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I thought this place was good because of the reviews I saw & the pictures of the nails were beautiful! But the lady that did my nails cut 3 of my fingers on the side & even cut my toe!! Out of all the years Ive had my feet done, Ive never had anyone cut my toe before! 😡 The only reason I gave 2 stars was bc I love the color & shape of my nails but I will not be going back!

I had a deluxe pedicure & shellac manicure.I received a 10 to 15 minute leg & foot massage. I gave 4 stars, because my manicure was, ok. The edges of my nails were lift really sharp. Before 2 weeks were up the polish started peeling off.

The lady did a great job on my nails. The salon is bright, clean, and inviting. I will go again!

Never had a bad experience. The staff are all friendly and amazing at what they do. Ken is my go to guy for my nails. Im working out of state bht make it home every couple weeks and refuse to let anyone but Sams take care of me.

I have received very good service on every visit. I go religiously every other Saturday. I have been, since the business opened last year I believe it was. If I had to suggest improving something here, it would be to have a cleaner restroom that had papertowels all of the time. There have been several occasions where I washed my hands & there were no papertowels in the dispenser.

When I got there the wait wasn’t bad, about 30 minutes. When I sat down to get my nails done he seemed rushed for some reason. If I pay almost 50 dollars to get acrylic nails then I want then done properly!! He didn’t push back my cuticles which means im gonna have to go back in two weeks to get them fixed. My nails are also way to thick and I asked for squoval nails and they are way to square. He never asked me if I like the shape of them at all. Kinda disappointed in my nails😕

Sams is a Beautiful shop, but the customer service is lacking. I asked for a gel manicure and the male manicurist painted my nails only and it was $21.00. He was texting on his during the manicure and seem more concerned with rushing. I dont mind paying, but I also want to have a good experience to. Back to Greenville nail shops for me...

Eye switched from my 15 year nail salon to Sams! Eye show them a picture of what Eye want and thats what Eye get! Servi e is wonderful!

I give SamS Nails 5 stars. They have all the current styles of nails and nail polish. Come lavish yourself while sitting in a pedicare chair that has a silver glittered foot bowl. Come and treat yourself to an up-to-date industrial-chic environment.

My 11 year old granddaughter and I got the nasic mani-pedi with polish, and I paid $178.00. Much too high for what we got.The people are nice, but the price was ridiculous. I expected no mor than $120.00 for basics!!
