Did a beautiful job installing a folding tongue hinge. The weld quality is excellent and price is competitive with boat dealers bolt on hinges. They identified a dangerous bulge in my trailer tire and installed my spare at no charge.

Ive been having problems with my trucks and trailers for a while. I stopped in and visited with one of the guys 10 minutes later hes got it all Figured out and Im back on the road. And he didnt even charge me. I had gone into 3 other places and none of them could figure it out. If I Have any other problems in the future I will definitely be back and refer everybody I know to these guys.

I bought an old boat and trailer from a friend and I took it to RTW to look at the brakes and bearings. The brakes on my tandem axel boat trailer started giving me issues a few days before we were leaving town. I called more than a dozen places to ask for help and Neil at RTW was the only person who knew what he was talking about. I dropped my trailer off on Saturday morning and picked it up on Monday morning. They completely rebuilt my hydraulic brake system including a new actuator, pads, shoes, bearings, etc. These guys are amazing and totally fair on their pricing.

I have a small restore project trailer that has been getting nuked by the sun for about 9 years. I knew one of the wheels was bad due to all the grease coming out of the busted seal plus had never been serviced up to that point. These guys took it in, fixed it in less than a day. Organized shop, good crew and the best price I could find between Scottsdale, Chandler, Mesa and Gilbert. 10/10 recommend.

Rucker Trailer Works is a professional shop. I had half a trailer I put together. They took what I started, put wheels under it and made several other modifications. Perfectly balanced and built exactly to my specifications at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Over loaded my 26 foot cargo trailer and bent the axles. Moving from California to Texas. I brought the trailer in after calling in advance. Five hours later we were back on the road with new bigger axles, brakes, leaf springs. Everything related to the axles was new! You wont go wrong putting your trust in this professional team. With the level of service seemingly going downhill in general, I am rarely compelled to write a 5 star review. Rucker get 5 stars easy. You know that goofy sign that says - Price, quality or service, pick two. Not Rucker. All three. Neil was fantastic, the quality of the workmanship was top notch and I thought the prices were extremely fair. He came out to show me everything and hung around to help me hook up my trailer. I would highly recommend them for all your hauling and trailer needs.
