Lovely salon! Very cute set up! The pedicure was amazing! Will come back

I had Dennis this past weekend do tips with a gel manicure. Overall the experience was so pleasant and my nails are gorgeous!! I think it might have to be my favorite manicure I have ever gotten (I’m not even that picky, he just did such an amazing job). First of all, I called Sunday Morning and he was willing to fit me in right then which was very flexible of him. At each step of the manicure process he would make sure I was happy with the shape, color, etc. He also even added jewels to my nails when I asked halfway through the appointment! So accommodating and such a reasonable price point (especially for being in Georgetown)!! Even a week later my nails still look flawless, I am getting compliments, and all the baby jewels are intact! I could not be happier with my nails and experience at this salon. I find no need to go anywhere else in DC!

I had the most wonderful experience at this salon. They are very professional and kind, and I was able to get a walk-in appointment for a pedicure last minute. The pedicure was amazing; I chose the Casabella Pedicure which included a mud mask and massage, and was offered a drink during the service. Everything was clean/orderly and I felt at ease with the efforts theyve taken to provide an enjoyable service that is safe despite the pandemic. Would highly recommend!

I was out of town, in a pinch, and Casabella fit me in right away! They were SO professional and my dip mani is excellent! I also loved the range of colors they had. 10/10 recommend!

My nails came out perfect! My nail tech took his time and was very patient. He was also very meticulous about the shape which I appreciated. I am so particular about my nail shape so I was very happy with the outcome. He did a good job!

I started going to Casabella shortly after they opened the Salon. Dennis is fantastic! Not only does he do a wonderful dipping powder but waxing and color consultation as well. Ive seen other technicians in the Salon who are professional and well qualified. This is a great Salon with friendly people and strict adherence to pandemic concerns.

I went here for a manicure and pedicure a couple of days ago and had a great experience. The nail salon was bright, clean and well staffed. They did a great job making everything feel as safe as possible during this time. They follow all the CDC requirements . You need to see for yourself. My nails turned out fantastic

Love this salon! I booked an appointment through yelp message & it was pretty easy. Right when I walked in I was warmly greeted, immediately shown the polish choices, and offered a drink. Another thing I noticed is how close the staff seem to be, which created such a friendly environment!There are tons of color choices (for both no-chip and normal polish) so try to come with some colors in mind if youre indecisive/get anxious about choosing the right color like me haha. The staff were super accommodating though and saw that I was taking a while choosing, and my nail tech quickly swatched both colors on my nails to let me decide which one I wanted- which I really appreciated!My nail tech Christy was super professional & meticulous. She asked me about my preferences for shape and length, took care of my cuticles, and checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was happy with how it was looking. My mani looks great!TLDR; Everyone was so nice, my mani is pristine, and I had a relaxing experience. Ill be back! :)

I’m happy to come here. I came here for the convenience of the location but I’m staying with them Bc of their impeccable customer service.

Casabella is hands down the best place to get your nails done in DC. I’m very particular with my nails and I’ve been impressed every time. They really take their time to make sure the shape is perfect. Their pedicures are awesome too. I highly recommend Hoa!

I liked it very much. My technician Mark was very professional, kind, and sweet.The salon is brand new, spacious and CV lean. Prices are reasonable for Georgetown. They accept walk-in but It was pretty full when I was there so I think it is better to have an appointment.

I was visiting DC from out of the area and decided to treat myself to a gel mani and pedi after not having anything done since before COVID. I was super impressed with how clean the salon is and the setup they have for COVID restrictions (plexiglass plates hanging between customers and techs for both pedicure chairs and manicure counter). My mani/ pedi looked great initially; however, two of my gel nails chipped less than a week after getting them done, another this morning and my toenail also chipped last night, 10 days later. I normally get 18-21 days out of a gel manicure and a month+ for a pedicure so I’m disappointed that for $65 before tip, I’m walking around with chipped nails. Hoping it was just an off day since they seem to have great reviews otherwise!

I’ve been to Casabella many times now and I can honestly say they are phenomenal. I typically get the powder manicure done with them and feel like they always really take their time to make sure you’re happy with it. I’m a nurse & sometimes with washing my hands so much at work I can’t get manicure even powder when done at other places to last. But here I have gotten almost a month of wear out of my manicure without them chipping. They are amazing, so consistently impressed! Any you can get complimentary wine, coffee or tea... you just can’t go wrong here!

Such a nice staff!! I did the powder dip mani and it looks gorgeous!! One of the nails cracked and I just walked in and the guys fixed it for me ... gorgeous again. They offer a nice complimentary drink... I have to say super nice and my new nail place in DC!!!

It took me ages to find a nail salon I really love and want to be loyal to, but Casabella is it.

Very relaxing and spa like. Plus they give an excellent manicure.

Memorial Day... The only place that was open... Im so happy I found this place... They took me in 15 minutes before closing time for Mani-Pedi... The guys were so friendly and I actually had one working on my fingers the other on my toes. I had such an amazing time with them. Laughing and getting to know each other. Its a new Salon but it seems like they were there for a while. Highly recommend people to go here. They offer champagne, water, and wine.... Awesome!!! And $43 for Mani-Pedi is great. Even my husband said it looks better than the Mani- Pedi I got for our wedding. (Somewhere else).

Friendly staff. Got a standard manicure which chipped very easily but they kindly fixed that for me.

The staff is not very friendly. Probably won’t be back.
