Went to get my nails done on Friday, July 2, 2021 and two days later I noticed bubbling under 4 nails, cuticles look horrible and an entire nail has lifted from the cuticles upwards which is very painful. On top of that, the nails are uneven!! I also had my eyebrows done and the right eyebrow looks NOTHING like the left eyebrow so I had to spend more money purchasing eyebrow liner and I have to wait for my eyebrow to grow back in before it can be corrected. Today Monday, July 12, 2021 and I spent $126.00 in that salon and I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

I went for the 1st time last week and I absolutely loved it. She did a great job on my nails and they are reasonably priced. They salon itself is also very nice and clean looking.

So my friends and I went here as walk-ins for pedicures, they did give us our chairs very quickly, however, I was sitting in the chair for about 30-40 minutes before they finally got to me, all I wanted was a regular pedicure, and my tech ended up hurting my toes because she was rushing to get me done. While I was sitting there 2 other people came in and were being worked on before me. I sat for almost an hour for a 15 minute pedicure. Unprofessional, not worth the money I paid.

Thought it was a hidden gem until I found out that most of my friends and coworkers also prefer this place. Ive gone to numerous other nail places and dont review about it much bc my standards are a bit high (I do my own nails at home so I expect better if I pay for it). I would come back if I lived here. Thank you again.

I loved this place! It was very clear they were taking COVID protocol seriously and I felt safe the entire time. The staff were so kind and did such a wonderful job. I got a gel manicure three weeks ago and it still looks great—no chipping or peeling. I’ll definitely be going back here.

I have been here 3 times now and my nails and toes always look nice. I think the prices are good as well.

I went here for the first time last and I will never go back. I only got a gel manicure, which is a very simple and easy service. The lady managed to get the gel stuck all inside my cuticles and it looked sloppy (like a 12 year old did it). I smiled and said thank you anyway, since I am not one to really fuss over these things. I only came to write a review because when I went to leave and pay on my credit card, along with a 7 dollar tip on my card, the lady who did my nails asked if I could pay with cash instead. I told her no and then she asked if I had Venmo- I still said no. She made a sour face at me and then walked away without even saying thank you. Ive never been to a nail salon where I leave and they cant even muster a thank you. I should have asked for my 7 dollar tip back!

Went there for acrylic nail removal. The lady was in such a rush, she decided she would simply pull off my nails instead of dipping them in acetone to soften it. I repeatedly told her it was hurting, she replied “the nails are new, that’s why”. Any kind of nails dipped in acetone would soften.. she had the audacity to say “acetone take 15mn, long time”. Do your job, do it correctly. I’m forever traumatized! Don’t recommend!!! I don’t even understand why they have such high reviews.

Two hours (!) and $60 dollars later (mani/pedi), I left the salon with bubbly nails (actually went back after lunch to get some repainted...to no avail); several hangnails; and a messy manicure. Will NOT be going back. Manicure looks sloppy and is already chipping the next day.

I really liked this Spa up until I visited last week Friday. I went to get an acrylic nail fill and a pedicure. They were obviously busy but still accommodated me. However, the lady that did my nails (first time going to her) rushed the job. She did not do a good job with applying my gel polish and I had to show her where it needed to be cleaned up on the sides. Then when she was done, she had the nerve to tell me I had to come back the next day for my pedicure because someone else had come into the store and was waiting. She did not even give me the option of waiting or asking another person to do my pedicure. Then when it was time to pay, she did not come to the register to cash me out. I had to wait awhile. I have never received the kind of service I received last Friday even when they have been busy. That experience was enough for me to not return again.

My wife got her dragon claws handled here. It was a very great experience.

I decided to try out my first gel manicure as a guy, just for the experience.It was a little bit more pricey than I expeceted ($38 + Tip) but the staff was friendly, accomidating, professional and the space and equipment were super clean. Price is probably standard for the area, and I dont mind spending a little extra to support local businesses.Lua was very sweet and professional, will be booking with her again!

My spa pedicure was fine, albeit the paint job was a bit sloppy. My full set powder (SNS) manicure, however, was a complete disaster. I had to not only come home to file my nails to relatively similar lengths, but they were all also different thicknesses with patches of color missing. Also, no gel top coat. I would not consider the prices charged appropriate for using your clients as practice.

The first time I came here and it was a great experience, the nail set she made me exceeded expectations, it was excellent to love all the right prices, very nice space, clean funny staff .... love All Lavish nail spa.

I cant believe they over charged my girlfriend for the color nails she didnt... even.... ask for ! She was so embarrassed the fact that they did not listen to her concern to the incorrect color being applied and the facts there were multiple technicians changing from person to person in the middle of not only her mani-pedi but other customers as well. They quoted one price over the phone and was totalled to be another after the service was completed which was higher. She was very displeased and I wish I would have been there so she did not pay for this service.

My first visit today and I was so relaxed at the end it felt like I was a new woman. Very well organized and staffed. I have been here probably a dozen times between their old location across the street and the new one now. Never had a bad experience.

I go at least once a month and its been amazing work every time except this last time. I never leave reviews but their nail tech lavish messed my nails up. I get the same thing done every time and I know what to expect. I went back the next day to get my feet done and they actually gave their best effort to fix what she had done.

Hot stone pedi was definitely worth it! Place is clean and staff is friendly and attentive. Polish on my toes was chipping within 2 weeks though.

It was my first time getting my nails done ever and it was a very soothing experience. I would definitely come back here. And its easily accessible, especially for metro riders, its honestly a 2 minute walk to the red line Cleveland Park metro stop!

Ive been visiting Vivian for pedi and gel mani for several years and found her superb. Shes gentle and understands what Im asking for as needs change. Her attention to hygiene is excellent.

Had a great experience! Made an appointment for myself and two friends to get pedicures. The customer service over the phone making the appointments was very friendly and accommodating. Two of us ended up walking in late to our appointments, but they didnt scoff. They had a few new pedicures there were advertising and trying to up sell us on, but were not pushy about it really at all. The pedicure itself was so relaxing and wonderful! All the staff was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing. I got the lavender spa pedicure and am so happy! Will have to see how long it lasts, but they use high quality polish so I expect it will last a while. Will definitely be going back for future spa services.

I dont normally write reviews but this place is amazing! I got my nails and pedicure done by Andy and he did an amazing job. Great atmosphere as well. I would most definitely recommend place to people.

The pedicure was overall a good job based on the cleaning and massaging. But the nail polish part couldve been done better.I asked for a full set of acrylic nails and initially I thought it was fine but after the nail polish dried, I can see the inconsistencies on the nail bed (there are ridges from the acrylic not being shaved evenly, bulky edges, and too thick at the cuticle. I was expecting better so I will probably not come back here for my fill.

I weren’t satisfied with my nails.. she done my nails with the dipping powder, I didn’t like it. So I asked her to do them over with acrylic and she said she doesn’t have any time.. she was very rude about it and I didn’t appreciate it. I walked out the salon with something I didn’t like and still had to pay for them.

OK nail salon... The good thing is they use the tub liners! They are however a little on the slow side. Pedicure services are OK..Leg massage... Weak. Nothing to write home about. Had me sitting in the a dry tub for 20 minutes. Unacceptable.

I got the lavender spa pedicure and the technician was very attentive and did an extremely thorough massage. Ive never had a better pedicure experience. Do yourself a favor and GO GET ONE!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Lavish Nail Spa. I live in nearby neighborhood and have been to most of the popular salons and never felt comfortable. At Lavish Nail, everyone is so pleasant and welcoming and the atmosphere is peaceful and clean.

Well by golly. what an awesome neighborhood nail spot. i made an easy same day appointment and was greeted warmly. i opted for a pedicure plus 10 minute massage. the extra massage is my new jam by the way. highly recommend!back to the experience. it was awesome. my girl, BB, was thorough af. my feet have never been handled this way. the massage was really nice. i was totally relaxed and when i glanced up i saw my girl going HAM with the stones. my lil extra massage included HOT STONES.they really try to give you a relaxing experience, and lets not overlook the chairs. felt like an actual person was embracing and caressing me.anywho. 5 stars. im new to the hood, but rest assured, this is my new go to place for pedis!

Good pedicure, manicure, comfortable chairs. The service is focused on the flow of customers, and not on a personal service. I give an assessment for the price / quality ratio in comparison with other salons, where prices are too high. Clean enough.
