Stopped in here today for the first time. Michelle was my tech, and she said today was her first day at this shop! i didn’t even realize until after when the appointment was over. I love these nails! the shop was very clean, and Michelle was professional, kind, and did a great job.

I go see Vicki every every 2 to 3 weeks and she does amazing job on my nails and she knows exactly what I like and look for and shes great. She comes highly recommended for me to anyone thats looking for someone who takes their time and their does your nails right

Pedi was good. My gel mani was rough. She made my cuticles bleed and then didnt apply the gel close enough. Looked like I had a week of grow in when I walked out. Oh well. Next....

This was the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. When I told them I wasn’t satisfied, 3 people who work there started yelling at me. The woman, Vicky, who did my manicure had polish all over my fingers and under my nails. The guy who did my pedicure did a terrible job as well. Makes sense that they were the only nail salon in the area that wasn’t busy on a Saturday afternoon.

Terrible nails. Terrible service. The man there was VERY rude to every customer. Never again. I have to go pay to have these nails fixed. Not a good experience.

I asked to have a nail fixed. He said are you a customer here. I said no, I just need a nail fixed.Oh sorry we are too busy, I can’t .Only 2 people in shop. I was gonna pay to get it fixed. So rude!!!

I love the interactions that Andy and Anne give. Very personable and amazing at what they do. They make you feel comfortable even in silence from beginning to end the only complaint I have is that there isn’t enough staff to sometimes keep up but other than that they’ll always get my business

I never have time to myself so I was a little bit late close to when they were closing and the new staff member Remy not only gave me the best nails that I have ever had she waxed my eyebrows she stayed two hours later after close just to take care of me and hook me up but the conversation was even better and I made a friend out of it she’s amazing... Amazing experience! I dont get my nails done often, probably because I usually dont find good places. Europe Nails and Spa was extremely clean. I had very friendly and professional service, and Dan did such a great job on my nails. I did a mani pedi with regular polish and it looks flawless.My only complaint is that their website was not loading when I was looking up salons today at work but the fact that they had an online presence and the pictures on Google looked clean gave me enough reason to check it out. Im so glad I did! Im not sure I will go anywhere else after finding this place.

I have gotten my nails done for 2 years here and love it! Andy, Tina and Kim are just wonderful. I brought a friend who is going through a rough patch in life. I wanted to do something to make her feel prettier and happier. She was assigned to the new guy. He was mean! He argued with her and quickly refused to listen to her or to do her nails. We were extremely disappointed! I truly believe that this new person will give the Washington Europe Nail location a bad reputation due to his poor customer service and disagreeable angry attitude. He needs to go or there will not be consistent 5 star ratings.

I give this nail shop a 4 for a few reasons, great service and the techs were friendly and very informative. I got the dip style nail service and I loved how they turned out. My pedicure was basic; very relaxing, very clean and she did a great job. The only reason why I didnt give it a 5 is because for the price, I think we should have been offered beverages and I would have liked a little back ground music, rather then complete silence. Otherwise, very clean and Ill be going there regularly.

Everyone initially was super nice and the place is really clean. When I sat with the nail technician she was friendly and nice. As I went on to get my “luxury pedicure” she rushed through it not doing the proper procedure when giving a pedicure like utilizing cuticle gel. Or a clean foot scrubber. When filing my nails they were crooked I got a French pedicure and none of the lines were straight or even. I had to ask her to even it out. Initially with my nails I asked for ombré and showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked if she was able to do it she told me yes. As she started I could tell she didn’t know how to use the nail kit for dip powder. Me as someone who constantly gets this done to my nails I know what you’re supposed to do she skipped steps like not putting the base dip powder coat on and went straight to color. I informed her I no longer wanted it and that I would just get a regular manicure with clear. I could tell she was frustrated but to proceed by having me soak my nails in cold water was really upsetting. I was really looking forward to finding a place closer to home but it looks like I still have to travel to Robinson for quality service. So disappointing!

Andy and the other technicians that have worked on my nails are always very kind and accommodating. My nails are always done to perfection and I dont have any problems with lifting, cracking or fading. I get the powder/dip nails and they last me nearly a month.I also get pedicures and eyebrow waxing and Im always happy with the outcome. This salon was recommended to me by a very good friend, and Ive been recommending it to my friends and family also.

Loved it! It was a relaxing and great experience. There is a lot of local competition and this place rises to the top!

Very clean, nice decor. Open late. They took my husband and me last minute, no waiting. My gal was a perfectionist and my nails are perfect. Nothing more to ask for, really! Probably my new regular place.

I have been coming to Europe nails since 2015. And they have never done me wrong. Love getting my acrylic nails with him. He always takes his time. I do recommend calling before to make appointment, because they can get pretty busy.

I’ve been here for 3 pedicures and they are absolutely amazing!! I wasn’t happy with my first manicure but giving it another try today. Everyone is so sweet and kind. Ask for Edward!!

I do not recommend getting facial waxing done there. The girl went too high into the under eye area in both sides causing blood blisters under my skin.

Went in today to only get my natural nails painted. They lady was really sweet and talking to me.. she then said I needed to pay before she started which was ok.. gave her my card and I asked if there was a place on the receipt to leave a tip..she said no only accept cash for the tip.. well I don’t carry cash so I couldn’t leave a tip.. after she saw I didn’t leave a tip the service was horrible... she started squeezing my fingers as she painted and while painting my nails she was NOT painting the side edges ..when I pointed that out to her I guess it made her mad.. she then started just painting my nails in a hurry and getting the polish on my skin.. while trying to take the polish off of my skin she was taking it off of my nails too... she was getting aggravated and signing to herself.. while still squeezing my fingers she had the nerve to tell me I needed to relax...when she was done she carried my purse to the back so my nails could dry and she dropped my purse on the counter causing something in my purse to crack... I don’t know her name but she had a side braid and wearing a white holister shirt...the place was very nice and clean.. if I do return I will definitely NOT accept her services

Worst ever...had to go back twice to get a gel polished fix. Overcharged ..had my toenails painted on friday. Charged me $35 for a polish change and had to go back and she had the nerve to say it was ruined from my shoes and i had open toed shoes on.

Great service and nails turned out perfect. Andy took his time to make sure the polish was absolutely flawless . Friendly, clean and excellent service . Thank you Andy

First time using this place after a friend recommended it and I love it! Andy was super nice, knowledgeable, and really cared about his work! Also it was affordable! I got luxury mani/pedi with dip color (which I now love) at the same price i was paying before to get less. Super clean and inviting decor. Offered me multiple times if I needed anything to drink (including wine but Im pregnant so had to turn it down). Cant wait to go back.
