I get my nails done by Mari, and she always does an amazing job. The salon is always clean and lively, the whole staff is so friendly. Definitely a favorite for me.

Very relaxing atmosphere, with a very welcoming staff. Tanya is an amazing nail artist and I always come out extremely happy with my nails. Have not received a hair cut from them though.

Jay is the man to see! He works great with kids. He cuts all of my family’s hair. Beware it gets busy. You can get a mani/pedi while the family is getting groomed. The place is clean and their products smell fabulous. Their is parking. They offer you coffee or water while you wait. I only stop to see Jay since we are very content with his services. I recommend you make an appointment since the place is always busy!

I went two weeks ago to this place for first time. A friend of mine who lives in Warrenville from many years recommended this place. Due to my job I have lived in many states in USA and internationally locations, I never have find anyone so professional and amazing as Jay. I appreciate his patience with my hair. I have a lot hair. He did a great job to fix the nightmare that someone had done in my hair. The young woman who shampoo also Kudos for her. I am so happy that I found this place.

My experience with Heidis was top-notch from beginning to end. It was easy to make an appointment. When I walked in the place is well-lit very clean and just a pleasure to visit. Chrissy did my manicure. She gave excellent service. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I have been going here for years! All of their stylists are very talented, helpful and kind! They did my hair for my wedding and did such an amazing job! I had Megan and April for hair and makeup and they were the best! After my wedding Megan helped me chop off my hair and donate it! With their help we were able to ensure it went to a company that would help kids with illnesses free of charge unlike some other companies. I will continue to go here for all my hair needs! Beautiful salon with an awesome, down to earth staff. My stylist, Jay, never lets me leave unless Im 100% happy with how my hair looks. I could go somewhere like sport clips and pay the same for a haircut that would only look good until I walk out to my car. Cant recommend this place enough!!

Loved my experience! I purchased the Groupon for a no-chip manicure and was able to get a same day appointment. The ambiance is warm and friendly and my manicure was perfect. I had Chrissy, who is pretty new to the salon and she did an amazing job. Honestly one of the best no-chips Ive ever received. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, which I really appreciated. Will go back!

I came here for a haircut before a summer trip. My hair is super finicky, and I explained how weird it gets to Courtney. She knew exactly what to do with, and what not to do with it, and what products to use. I left looking and feeling great! Courtney was warm and friendly and instantly put me at ease, which can be difficult if Im at a new salon. The salon is lovely and comfortable and spacious but with the kind of knick knacks and decor that make you feel like youre at a friends house. Prices are totally reasonable. Im definitely going back!

After going to the same salon for 10 years, I decided to try something closer to home. I was so impressed. April is AMAZING and worked wonders on my hair. The color was much better than anything I had ever had. The staff is welcoming and it not difficult to get an appointment. I love the products they use as well! A hidden gem in Warrenville!

Heidis is a little gem hidden from sight in a quaint little strip mall that feels like a business park but dont let that bother you. Warm and cozy is how I felt on a cold winters day as soon as I stepped in. Greeted with smiling faces I immediately felt welcomed. They said my name, although it was on my jacket... LOL and was introduced to Aaron, who was the stylist who I had an appointment with. He assesed my hair and helped me decide what was best for me. Friendly and professional through and through! Im super happy with my finished hairstyle and color and would recommend Heidis to anyone who needs that perfect salon experience. Its looks like they offer just about anything you would expect from a quality salon...Five🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟all the way!

My rating is due to a policy. The charging of a $10.00 fee. Its for the removal of ANY preexisting no-chip polish. Id bought a Groupon for this salon. Only to realize that there would be an additional charge. I had paid for my Groupon, now EXTRA FEES, and TIP? No, thank-you! So Im thinking where are the so-called saving? Groupon, is my way like many to be introduced to businesses. To charge a new customer for no-chip polish removal is not for me.

Used to go here. I left when my stylist left due to never being too fond of the place to begin with. I only went for her. The place is beautiful and youre met with a smile but that is about all it has going for it. Unless you like listening to drama all around you, this probably isnt the place for you.

I go to Megan for my hair (thick and curly, can I get an Amen?) and Sherri for my pedicures. Both ladies are wonderful, kind, skilled professionals. The setting is wonderful and relaxing at Heidis, tucked just off of Butterfield Rd west of RT 59.

Im a guy but even as a guy who is not the salon type they give fantastic haircuts they have a wonderful massage therapist its reasonably priced very relaxed atmosphere very pleasant and sweet employees its really convenient with ample parking Im not a salon guy but this place is worth going toI just discovered the place about 2 years agoBut once I went there I would never go anywhere else and even at 55 and a terminal cancer patient theyre able to help me and my hair started growing back from chemo they have a massage therapist her name is Shakti who was able to do things that made me feel better with my muscles and relaxation and breathing and mindfulness that actually for that time when I was getting worked on the pain actually went away and I would never consider going anywhere else no matter who cuts my hair its always fantastic Ive gotten several massages there I always feel better when I leave it doesnt hurt as much when i move I have to use a cane but when Im done with a massage its like getting renewed for a little while if I wasnt on a fixed income I would get a massage every week because having cancer I am in constant agonizing pain their massage therapist Shakti is so good that the pain actually goes away granted it always comes back but at least it goes away so I could go on and on but this is the best place to get a haircut get a massage they have an absolutely fantastic tattoo artist there its just mind-blowing and I cant think of any more positive things to say except give them a try. Try out all their services and I guarantee you youll never go anywhere else

I have gotten my hair cut and styled by Megan twice now and I love it! Definitely starting to be my go to place! 😍😍

I went to get a Mani pedi and left with both that and an amazing experience. The people are so friendly.

If you just want colorful nails then perfect place for you. If you want a professional manicure/pedicure then dont come here; at least dont bother with kim. I had to tell this manicurist to not paint the skin around my nails and how to file my nails evenly because she apparently has bad eyes and cant tell a long nail from a short nail. I now have uneven blotchy coats of no chip polish which aside my efforts is on the cuticle area but at least they are the same length (since i finished the filing myself). Completely dissatisfied.

They ruined my wife’s hair completely. They put very hot water and hair dryer which damaged her hair completely. She is extremely disappointed on the day of her Birthday. I never thought such an incident will happen in any salon ever in my life. They spoiled the whole party mood. 😡

Had reached 10 minutes late (thanks to my 6 months old) but the staff was courteous and accommodated us. The stylist who had cut my husbands and my hair was quick, friendly and on her mark.Also,had a massage with Shakti. She is blessed! Her touch was extremely theraupatic. Will be definitely suggesting this place to my friends.

If I can give 0 I will, I never color my hair and when i do I choose the wrong salon and the wrong people, half of the hair red and the other half violet, Be careful they do have dark light at the salon so you will see the bad result at home.When I saw the hair color of the stylist and her style I should understand that is the wrong person and stop doing my hair and get out of the salon but the mistake i did that i stayed and give her my hair to play with it.

I had a massage yesterday from Shakti that literally gave me relaxation goosebumps all over my entire body. She is exquisite, and also a pleasure to talk with. I wont be going to anyone else from now on.

I went there as there was some Groupon for womens haircut for 25$. As per price the hair cut was good. She was friendly and asked me what way I wanted to cut my hair. It was good but, I did not feel different after the hair cut.

I go to Heidis to see the esthetician, Kathy Kelly. She is AMAZING. I have already undergone 3 rounds of microneedling (CIT), and tried the Xtreme age-defense facial treatment, as well as vascutouch for my many, many skin tags. She is patient, knowledgeable, and does an awesome job. My skin has honestly never looked better. Book with Kathy, ASAP!

We had two mani-pedis and had a great experience. My nail tech was Sherri, and she really took her time to make sure everything was done right. I would go back. They gave us a rate for first-time clients that was really inexpensive, so I didnt need to buy the Groupon.

Wish I could have had the same experience as other people on here! Had a horrible experience!! It was my boyfriends birthday, I thought this would be a nice treat for him so I purchased a Groupon for my boyfriend and I to get pedicures. I called to schedule an appointment for us and the receptionist says unfortunately due to them only having one person working that evening we couldnt come that night. I asked to schedule it for the next morning instead. We get there a few min early and check in. She tells us to have a seat and someone would be with us at our scheduled time. They offered us tea and water, which is why they get 2 stars vs one. We wait for another 20 min before I ask hey do you think itll be much longer bc if so wed need to reschedule. I had a day of activities planned. She says oh you want to reschedule I go if I have to then fine but Id prefer not to. She checks and comes back to say theyll be with us shortly... she runs water for my bfs pedicure to begin... we wait another ten min and finally someone comes to assist him. She was really sociable and friendly. They tell me oh we only had one spot scheduled for today. Sorry but were not sure if we can give both of you one. This upset me but I didnt express it bc it was his bday so I said well just focus on him. A few min go by and an older lady comes over and begins working on my feet. Shes in a rush and keeps telling the other girl to give us express pedicures. In my mind Im thinking I didnt pay for express pedicures and I dont want someone rushing me when I paid the same price as everyone else. That was rude and unfair. So I told her to just paint my feet and dont worry about anything else since she was in such a rush. In summary it was a horrible experience and I wouldnt recommend this place. Theyre unorganized and have rude people working for them.

I got a no-chip manicure & pedicure there off of Groupon - my mistake. I paid extra for my heels to be taken care of (10 seconds with a file is apparently sufficient) and a massage (less than 2 minutes) with the pedicure. My no chip has lasted less than a week, because she brought it over my cuticles. Oh - and apparently no trimming of the cuticles is with a mani or pedi (which is why I get them). Worst mani/pedi ever!

I do my Meni/pedi every month to my local nails parlour and they do excellent job. I went with a high expectation for the same since I had groupon coupon but I was wrong I had the bad experience doing Medi/pedi over there. they may be excellent to those who are paying full amount and not using the discounted coupons. my first experience was the last experience with them.Good Luck guys.
