Absolutely FANTASTIC service, talent, options, and incredibly, I could keep on with the hype! The couple whom work there *no names for the privite drive of the employees* are two of the most genuine and sweet people Ive EVER met. The entire time that I was in their business they made sure that I was comfortable, that I had everything and more than what I couldve needed. They made sure that every option of art was being given to me .... honestly... FAMILY FOR LIFE!! Im so impressed it was just a stunning experience!

I usually go to Luxe in Wheaton, but its always very busy, sometimes rushed, dip quality is hit or miss, so i needed to try a new place. Ive driven past Totally Polished probably a thousand times and never stopped by, but Im so glad I did! I got the best dip mani Ive ever had, he did an excellent job! We had a great conversation and I was out in about an hour. Please support this business, its a hidden gem and Trong and his family are wonderful 🤩

Had a dreamy nuskin pedi and my feet are so soft. The pedicurist was really good at checking in with me, but wasnt too chatty, which I prefer. The salon is older, but the massage chairs are great and they did a great job!

Highly recommend! I’m a Cali girl or that would be my regular salon. Great time there. I brought my girlfriend for her birthday for manis and pedis and was very impressed. Nicely decorated, clean and professional. Very accommodating. They did exactly what we needed (calus remover) and wanted (iridescent color). They constantly asked if it was the right length, color, etc. Highly recommend! Regardless of where you live around Chicago, it’s worth the “drive” for great service.

Local neighborhood nail salon. I love that I dont have to fight traffic on route 59 or butterfleld to get my nails done. I can usually do a walk in which is nice with my busy schedule. They are doing the latest trends with the dip polish. It is so much better than the no chip. Stronger nails and no UV light to cure it. Friendly staff. Great prices. I almost hate to recommend it as I feel like it is my local treasure!

HIDDEN GEM IN WARRENVILLE!Ive lived in Warrenville my entire life and im sad i did not know this place existed until recently. The owner does a fantastic job on my nails every time! He switched me to dip and the health and look of my nails has improved dramatically! This is the only nail salon i will go to! this place needs more business. The family who runs the business is incredibly welcoming and accommodating! They ALWAYS offer me something to drink(wine, water or even a beer).

DO NOT COME HERE!!!I got a full set of acrylics done here. One of the nails broke off within a week. I went in to go get it fixed and they said that they were too busy. I was going in for a single nail and there was only one client getting their nails done. The shaping of the initial set was just bad. Some were round, some pointed, all of the nails were crooked, I don’t think any of the sizes matched up. I had one good nail that I liked and that was the one that broke. While I was getting them done, there was a client who wanted waxing done. Apparently, there is only one certified person who could wax in the place and that was the one who is doing my acrylics. So during the middle of the service my technician left me for a good 15 minutes. I had debated walking out but I didn’t want to have to deal with playing a different technician to take my acrylics off right after I got them. During the service the drill kept cutting into my fingers. garbage was everywhere which should’ve been a total red sign not to even get the service done. Their shop is disgusting, the acrylics were terrible, the technicians are unreliable and don’t communicate. They gave me a story that made me feel guilty, saying that they haven’t done a lot of business and stuff like that. Of course I tipped very well because I still received a service, I will never step foot in that shop again.Edit:I wanted you to fix a nail that day as well. I wanted to see if you could fix the mistakes you made previously. I only had my nails filled at the school, never shaped. I am also sorry I had such a bad experience at your salon because going there was a complete mistake. I also said no because seeing a near empty shop and being told you were busy was the final straw.

I was able to get in even with pending appointments and never felt rushed, but what i did feel was comfortable. I was offered an adult refreshment during my very relaxing pedicure while being prepped for my dip manicure (which was very, very well done). I am so glad i found this hidden gem, the owner even took extra time to not only make sure my dip was sleek, but fixed imperfections i didnt intially see. I was also given a guarentee on the dip in case it were to crack. Im looking forward to being a repeat client, yall should check it out too!

Shabby looking place, was not happy with the service received. Prices are a little more expensive than surrounding salons. I went here because my regular salon was booked for the Holiday weekend. Would not recommend unless you have no where else to go!
