I went into have my dip manicure removed. I have had dip nails removed elsewhere before without issues. The employee absolutely destroyed my nails. She buffed my natural nails so thin they started to burn. I had to tell her enough on multiple fingers. The damage was so extensive that my fingernails became sensitive to touch and temperature. They were flexing on the nail bed from unequal thickness. My nail actually pulled away from the nail bed on half my nails. I will never return to this business.

Alice is a fantastic masseuse! She made sure I was comfortable, and listens very well to her clients. She’s very easy to talk to and attentive! I would love to go back over and over again. Wonderful service and a great massage!

I love the convenience of this salon with the gym. I have gotten my hair cut, no chip manicured, waxing, facials, and pedicures at this location in the past. I currently have had to cut back on services. However, I still visit and can not give up going to Nicole regularly for Hydrafacials. She is honest and always takes care of my skin. I trust her, which is a huge deal, when we are taking about your face. She recommends products that truly do wonders for your skin. I dont get to spoil myself very much, but this is one thing I will carve time out to do.

Joined Lifetime Fitness and they give you some of their points to use on facilities.I elected for a facial.1. Appointment desk was not knowledgeable about the types of products used during esthetician services.2. Longest term esthetician was only 8 months. The other had just started. That was a warning sign.3. Esthetician had GLOVES ON while giving facial. She said it was the policy. I have never had a facial where the facialist wore gloves.4. When I gave this feedback to the front desk, they were more interested in defending their policy than listening to customer feedback.Would not recommend for facial services.When I complimented one of the employees hair color, she told me she had to go get it fixed after using a stylist there.
