Julie herself worked on me as a gift from my boyfriend. I got the basic. It felt like I was being treated like a princess. I feel awful that I forgot to take a photo. And with Covid-19 going around. I felt no worries. Everything was cleaned and sanitized for every new client. I felt very SAFE.I highly recommend Julies.

Went for the first time last week and I loved it! I got a beautiful no chip mani, which is still going strong a week later. Everyone was very friendly, the place is clean, and they have a huge selection of polishes. It’s within walking distance from my apartment so I will definitely be returning.

Called 10 minutes ahead of time and asked about availability. She squeezed my. Did a great no chip within 20-30 minutes (per my request as I was running late to pickup kids from school). Will be back again when I have more time.

I go to Julies Nails a couple of times a month and its wonderful. The staff are very friendly and will remember you if youre a repeat customer. My nails always look great, and they have always been willing to fix them on the rare occasion that one breaks or chips. Very happy with my experiences!

Kim took such wonderful care of me. THE BEST pedicure Ive ever had. I had the paraffin pedi leaving my feet so soft. I was so relaxed I dozed off a few times. Had a manicure also. She didnt skimp on time or quality of her work at all. Very happy with service, atmosphere and cleanliness.

Masks required, hand-washing a must, sneeze guards between customers and employees at both the pedi chairs and the nail stations, social distancing measures are in place. Tanya always makes sure customers leave happy. A huge turn around from years ago when I didnt like the place at all.

Went here with a good friend of mine when we were catching up since we got back from college. She had a no-chip manicure and a Deluxe Pedicure done. I had the Deluxe Pedicure done also. She said her tech, Tina, were extremely nice and professional. The tech that did my pedicure, Tammy was very pleasant and professional. Things I really like from this salon:- Thoroughly clean and sterilized equipment that come SEALED in a pouch. The kind of cleanliness you find at a doctors office or a dentists office.- The lady clean/scrub the Pedicure chair right in front of me after I was done.- The lotion they use for the deluxe manicure was organic and not tested on animal, which I really like.- Techs and receptionists are all welcoming and are attentive to all the questions asked. I understand English is not their first language but they do try their best.- Great choice of music!Overall, great experience and will come back when its time for another Pedicure!

Believe it or not Ive never been to a nail salon before in my life and this was the very first one Ive been to. I had an amazing first experience! I love this place! Its a good drive from where I live, but I am always willing to make the drive. The workers there are great, they are all friendly and take care of any nail and eyebrow needs that I have. I love the way they make my nails look so nice! They also do a great job on my eyebrows!

Very nice place. They use a lemony salt scrub and hot towels for the basic pedicure. Definitely will return.

My sister in law came here and said that they did a good job on her nail; however my experience wasn’t that great for it to be my first time. The place is very well kept; everything is clean, and organized; but this is my problem:I came in to get my acrylic nails soaked off after having them done at a different location. Usually a soaking is just soaking your nails in the polish remover after they’ve been clipped and the polish has been buffed off so that the acrylic can come off easier on the nail. This is what I came in for and told them I wanted. However, this is not what I got.They did clip my acrylic nails since they were a little long and buffed the polish off, but instead of letting them soak; the nail tech goes into her drawer, pulls out one of the fake nails that are used for acrylics... and wedges it between my nail and the acrylic to remove it. No soaking. None of that. She did the for all 10 nails and when she could not get the nails off completely, she would use the clippers to try and remove the nail or try flicking the nail off.Even when I would pull my hand back slightly from the pain of the get removing the nails, she would tell me to hold my hand still... as if she was not wedging something between two spaces. When she was done, she buffed my actual nails and put the oil on them and told me to wash my hands; not bothering to even dust off the remains from the buffing before telling me to wash. Normally with most nail places that I’ve been to, when they are done buffing and have you wash your hands, they at least add a clear coat to the nails so that they won’t look bad. Didn’t receive this either.They weren’t busy at the time that I went in; and this is far from what I was expecting for a first time visit just to get my nails SOAKED, NOT WEDGED OFF. I feel as if when I walked in and told the service that I wanted; if they did not offer soaking; I should have been told this, and that would have been fine. I spent $10 on getting the nails pulled off when I could’ve don’t it myself at home. Definitely will not be back.

I love Julies nails! Ive always had a great experience whether getting my full set or a pedicure!! I also got my eyebrows done here and couldnt ask for better results! They get you in and out so youre not there forever but they take their time and make you feel special. I would highly recommend this place!

I have been here going here forever and loved my experiences every time, but now with all the new staff members the customer service isnt the same. Im disappointed when I leave because of the quality and Im left to compromise with something I spent a lot of money on. I am done going back after my pedicure and manicure have chipped after 3 days of having it done.

Just got home from there 2 hours in the chair and my nails are horrible. Wayyy to thick, even after telling her 3 times, one nail is completely deformed looking, one doesnt look like its attached to my natural nail underneath. My press on nails are 100x better, but I thought I would treat myself. I have to work so I will go back tomorrow, they had better fix them or take them off and return my 60.00

I have had Jolie give me the best pedicure and leg/feet massage. everyone in the salon is very friendly, never have to wait. Clean salon, and large selection of polishes. Have also had gel no chip polish on hands.I would highly recommend this salon, and they do waxing!

I dont know why some of the reviews says their no chip is peeling. Eventhough it is no-chip you still have to be somewhat careful. The salon guarantee their no chips up to a week. I was at the salon getting a no-chip manicure done last week and they were spectacular. There were so many no-chip colors to choose from which surprised me as most places only have a handful of color. This place have the most variety of no chip colors that I have ever seen. The ladies were nice and professional. Will definitely come back again and recommend this place for my friends and family.

Long wait for A midday pedicure. I was told 5 minutes after I was set up on in a station for 5 minutes. I waited nearly 20 minutes total and the water was getting cold. They have a top shelf polish selection for $3 extra. Same brands but maybe newer colors? Ive never seen this unless the upcharge was for an organic/chemical free brand.That being said, this salon is clean and the pedicure is good. It is a convenient location and I will go back I need a pedi and Im working in the area.

I have been meaning to write a review about Julies for so long and finally got around to it. I have been going to Julies for about 10 years now.. every once in a while I will venture to a new nail salon just to see whats out there, but I always end up coming back to Julies. I always get a great mani/pedi. The salon is updated and clean and staff is friendly.

This place is awful they rush without any regard to whether the end result is good or not. Last time I went here they rushed, cut my fingers with a nail file multiple times and shaved my natural nails down so much they split down the center. All of my nails are completely destroyed now and the worst part is I paid 20$ for it. DONT GO HERE

Went there a few times they messed up my nails. Even in another occasion I had a broken nail asked them if they can fix it and wanted to charge me....have went back since took my business elsewhere and love where I go now in the same town

Great prices and very friendly.they do the BEST no chips!Ive seen them do beautiful artsy work on acrylics, even thought Ive never gotten it myself.admittingly, if theyre busy you could spend a while there as they flitter around like hummingbirds from one customer to the next. BUT this is balanced out by the fact that Ive NEVER heard them speak a foreign language to each other while theyre working on you & others. Unlike other nail salons, you dont need to be paranoid about what theyre talking about.Julies Nails staff is nice, sweet and they remember who you are.Try em out- you wont be disappointed!

First time visitor, will be back. The salon looks nice, is cozy, clean and well-ventilated. They offer plenty of colors to pick from. Got a no-chip and a pedi, the whole experience was excellent. The tools used were packaged and opened in front of me so Im sure they have been sanitized properly. The lady, Tina, was great. She did a good job and was very sweet, a week later both the mani and pedi look flawless.

I went in and the lady started my nails, suddenly another client walked in and my nail tech said, you have ymto wait 15 min. She has an appointment and i need to take her, o got really upset, i understand id someone make appointment, but the texh ahould have told me that their was an appointment coming in. So i just left

After looking in Warrenville area, I finally decided to go this nail salon and i was not disappointed. The salon was quite big, spacious, very clean and very professional of knowing what they are doing. it was nice and had a great atmosphere.I didnt have an appt. to get a mani & pedi. but they took care of it without waiting. My pedi was amazing, there are no rush and the lady tech. did both of my mani & pedi. was nice and friendly, very attentive. My foot massage was just what i expected. The services are very affordable and I will definitely be going back to treat myself again.

Do not waste your time, I asked for a gel no chip and they gave me acrylic and within two weeks the polish peeled right off of all my nails and was charged 38.00! I should of known when I walked in there on a Saturday afternoon and no one was in there but the workers.

I came in right after work on friday, i was happy it was friday and decided to get my nails done. when i walked in the lady right away asked what i wanted not even a hello..i wanted a mani but decided to do a full set and she rolled her eyes at me. an older man took care me and i let him know i wanted square-oval nails and he snapped and said yes yes i know wait til finished. i let him know some were uneven and he said it was because of my fingers...what...?! overall rude and horrible service. i ended up leaving in a negative mood because of my experience here. save your money!
