MLG security company is a good place to work for,I like the uniforms they’re awesome everyone looks neat presentable, all I can say Mr. Adamanda runs his company well !what I like because they have meetings with the officers and lets them know what’s going on, and what they need from an officer, and what they expect from an officer so I do recommend this security company to anybody who needs a job . well staffed well mannered, and they have their own security vehicles! I like how the staff from MLG security take your job seriously, If you apply you get hired instantly, their good people and a good company, I give it a 100 % Rateing

I Hilario E. Aguilar would like to say this as a former employee of MLG Security. Since I been employed J.J. and Mr Garza along with the other high ranked officers have shown me nothing but respect. For those who have the company a one star keep in mind is not for everyone. I mean its a job that Mr Garza gives you what more do want from my experience they have always try to accommodate me and my schedule. We all have to understand that being a security guard sometimes requires alot out of you. But we all should be thankful we at least have job regardless what we did especially in times like these

I understand that this company is suppose to be working to protect schools from any kind of problems, but help me understand something when its own supervisors work against its workers. Especially that JJ Rojas guy? He is very rude and uneducated with everyone. He is giving the company a bad name. Racist, ignorant idiot

Horrible company hired them this past year and and all the guards are overweight falling asleep and cant do there rounds . The guards at deutch and deutch sit down all day and dont have any presence or professionalism. They apparently dont have any standard and the sad part is the owner was a mcallen pd officer but yet he doesnt understand the meaning of duty.
