I’m very picky about my nails and how they’re shaped and filed. Kenny always does an amazing job even when my nails are in terrible condition!!! He files them perfectly and paints them very neat. Ivy does my toes and also does an exceptional job.

Awesome nail salon with friendly and accommodating staff in a charming and quaint location with a small town feel. My wife’s nails were done here in preparation for a wedding and they turned out fantastic! Their quality of work is the best in the western suburbs and their prices are even better. They even provide a free beverage while you wait, making the experience that much more enjoyable!

I went to Jazza Nails after seeing some of their work on Yelp. When you first walk in, there is a friendly receptionist who asks you what you would like to have done. She is very friendly and very accommodating ( I did not have an appointment but she squeezed me in for acrylic nails, and made me an appointment for a pedicure. Everyone in the shop does not do designs but what I like about this shop that separates them for others is that they are HONEST about their abilities which is a huge plus for me. I am a highly picky person when it comes to the shape of my nails, as well as how thick or thin the acrylics is laid. Ryan, which is the owner, was pleasant the entire time (as he was working I was voicing my likes and dislikes and asking him to make adjustments for my preferences ) and very patient. He told me from the beginning while he does lay acrylic he does not do designs, Cathy ( who is hilarious btw) then came over and did my designs. What I asked for were shorts nail with a thin French manicure in varying colors. I have no idea what colors to choose though. This is where expertise comes into play!! Cathy picked my colors and they came out so beautiful. I like this shop and I will be there again. I also received a pedicure, I think from John and he massaged the hell out of my legs. I will definitely be back!

Cathy did my nails and did an amazing job. She was very sweet and explained everything to me. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it!

I cannot begin to express my level of satisfaction with Jazza Nail Studio!!We came in last minute and were warmly welcomed by Jennifer. Jason invited us into the studio, seated us quickly and offered us cold beverages.Jasons work is phenomenal! He has eye for detail, is extremely precise and friendly. Liam is professional and does an excellent Job.Jazza is more than worthy of a 5 rating!Thank you a million for your service and hospitality! We will certainly be returning customers!

Cathy is AMAZING!!! I tell her how I want my nails to look and she executes the style better than the picture Ive shown her. I can tell she loves what she does and it shows in her work! Very pleased every time with both my nails and feet.

My friend took me to Jazza nail for my birthday after I got a recommendation from someone at my gym studio. It seemed nice enough on the inside. I was placed with the male nail tech whos name is Leo I think. He was kind of rude and impatient as if I was imposing on his time. I was afraid to actually ask for what I wanted. He did not deal with my dry skin or do any of the clean up. He haphazardly glued on some acrylic tips and then proceeded to tell me that the color I chose would not work. So I asked for a french manicure and he was not happy about it. I asked for almond shaped nails and he made them too long and they so not match. My pictures show that they are uneven and not the same shape as on the other hand. It was such an unpleasant experience that I just wanted to get out of there. My nails, especially on my ring fingers were sore and painful for the first 24 hours. I dont think thats normal. There are air bubbles under the gel that are visible and the white tips are uneven. I think Im more unhappy that my friend paid way too much for a bad acrylic set and it was an unpleasant surprise for my birthday. Read the other reviews about this tech, they are absolutely true. Next time I will do more research. If you get placed with this tech, ask for someone else.

I really like this salon. Walk-ins are easily accepted during off peak times and days. Dont get me wrong, its a bustling place. I only wish they had more technicians capable of trendy designs. So far only 1 or 2 techs with that capability.

Missty is a very genuine, sweet and wonderful lady. She was pleasure to chat with while also maintaining professionalism. I’m a 32 year old man who has never had manicure or pedicure before and was convinced by my girlfriend to try it. I was doubtful, but experience was great. This is very important for a first time. I will probably be back.

Had a great experience here. As I needed to get my nails done at the last minute for a black and white theme party. I did go when they first opened on a Sunday, I went as a walk in but noticed there they got packed quick. So I would suggest to call and make an appointment. The front desk gentleman was very nice and the hospitality was great. The spa was clean and very modern. The pricing was average and Michelle the nail tech who did my nails was very particular with ensuring the nail shape was as close to perfect as possible.

I came here around a week ago for a full set of acrylics with Leo, and I also find it quite coincidental that someone else had an unsatisfactory visit with this same particular technician. The place looked nice appearance wise and their covid safety measures seemed well (minus the surcharge). But I am completely disappointed with how my nails came out because of how quickly I was rushed out of the salon just so they can close up even though there was like half an hour left. Like the outcome is a complete joke because it’s not even a coffin and they did not prepare the nails at all and left the cuticles so dry and damaged. I immediately went to another salon after this visit to get them removed and the other technician at that place told me that if I left it on any longer that my nails would’ve been INFECTED. Leo got acrylic under my nails and on top of the skin on the sides of the nails. This acrylic set was a complete joke and I wasted a good amount of time and money. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I would definitely not come back here again or recommend it to others.

This place is 5 stars is because of how amazing my nails are. But pricing is a little expensive. Do I think my nails are worth $60 for a full set, yes but I don’t think that $35-50 fills every two weeks is normal... Most places charge $25-$30 for fills. But I guess this keeps cheap ppl out.But anyway, service is amazing! From the receptionist to your tech, I felt taken care of. Jason was so gentle and accommodating. My nails are flawless. The salon is clean, pretty and I can’t wait to try a pedicure.I got a Pink & White Ombré with Gold & Pink Glitter

Came back for these beauts! Jason out did himself on these nails and Don was great with my relaxing pedicure. Jazza nails was also so accommodating when I needed to reschedule because I forgot about one of my sons football games. Highly recommend!!

Very dirty inside, dust was blowing into my nails in the dryer. I got acrylics a week ago and my nails are all chipped and the top coat pealed off. Prices on google are not accurate, the nails I got were listed as $19 on google and ended up paying $26.

Love this place! Super cute and clean. My nails always look great and are done very well. I can usually last about 3 weeks before needing a new manicure. I always get a no chip but the offer dip and acrylic as well. Many talented nails techs. Christina is the nail tech I always go to, she’s amazing. Great place!

Friendly staff, beautiful decor. They do powder dip if that’s what you’re looking for, since not everyone does it. They fit me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. This is not my regular nail place, as it’s farther away than I normally go, but I liked it enough to make the drive again. Tonya was great.

Today is my birthday I came to get a basic pedicure, LEO is the person who helped me and I was not please with it at all, a pedicure takes about 30 minutes to do he was done in 15, he rushed my feet so much I have to probably go to another salon and pay again to get them done, he left skins on my toes and didnt even gave me a decent massage. Ive came before with Jimmy and know how much my family loves this salon, unfortunately I had a terrible experience today, also the manager Jason didnt even do anything about it to rectify.

Following Covid-19 guidelines with face masks, plastic barriers, hand sanitizer, gloves, and appointments required. I felt comfortable and pampered. Worth the wait! Thanks :-)

Amazing experience! Superb attention to detail! They really take their time and make sure perfection is done. Super warm and welcoming also. Pristine establishment also. I also love that they guarantee your nails for two weeks, Ive never heard of that but it is truly appreciated. The dip I on was amazing and the pedicure was so relaxing. Two minutes from my job so most definitely will be my new salon!

Been coming here for a while and most of the nail techs do a great job. Key word MOST. I’ve gone in before and been in and out in a reasonable time and my nails have looked great. However, on occasion I have gone in and gotten poor service along with nails that broke within the week or chipped nails. Also, some nail techs are inconsistent on charging with shaping or fixing broken acrylics. I’ve been not charged before and then other times I’ve been charged up to $10 over for fixing my nails. Great nail place and great service, but some slight regulation with technique should be applied.

Extremely poor quality. Looks good from the outside but when it comes down to quality it isn’t there. Nails shouldn’t last less than 24 hours and then be charged to have them fixed.

This is absolutely, hands down the best nail place I have ever been to. My only concern is they are cash only tips- so make sure you bring some. I recently went with a friend about 6 wks ago and my no chip manicure was in place on every single nail when I went in for my next one. (I dont do them every 2 wks, just when I have a little extra money and can treat myself.) Usually as soon as one nail chips or starts to pull up from the cuticle, I pick them all off and ruin my nails. Not this time! Not a single one pulled or chipped, they just looked very grown out by the end! I appreciated so much that they lasted for me. They guarantee for up to 2 wks and you would get a free touch up, but obviously I didnt need it! The employees were friendly and chatted with us, were meticulous and did plenty of layers so the color was vibrant. I made the mistake of going somewhere else yesterday and it was atrocious. I will never go anywhere else beside Jazza Nail Studio because they arent anymore expensive but are miles above anyway else on standards. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself at Jazza Nails.

I have been looking for nail spa that could give me the nail look that you see in magazines. I found it at Jazza. My nails are perfect in shape and design. The shop is decorated beautifully as well.

Will NEVER go back to this salon, period. I arrived as they were opening and they didnt have ONE customer in the salon but I was told they couldnt provide service for an HOUR!?Really? I could sit in their lobby for an hour....to then get mani /pedi. If you rather your clients have appointments, you should indicate that on your website rather than wasting my time. I drove 30 minutes to get to the salon.
