They are always professional and fun to work with. They have powder colors which I love because it doesn’t damage my nails. Fun place!! I highly recommend it.

What i liked was relative to my age. I am 84 and my leg muscles are sensitive to pressure. I am also very ticklish on my feet. Linda was gentle with her massage, avoided the sensitive arches. She paid attention to details of the pedicure and i was very pleased with her work. She cut the nails short as requested. I should have had a manicure too.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. The top notch customer service and professionalism is truly Elite. I love it here! Everything is so clean and they take care of you in a timely manner! I leave here feeling like a queen every single time!

The staff was kind and attentive. We are just visiting and they did such a great pedicure, manicure and eyebrow wax for me and my two kids. We definitely recommend their services.

Incredible attention to my mothers difficult toenails. My mom is 94 years old. Because of Covid she has been unable to have her toenails taken care of. This Salon took such good care of her and made such a difference to her toenail health. Michelle who took care of my mom mentioned that she also takes care of her parents nails and understands the difficulties of old nails. She was so kind and took extra time with my mother.

Mindy was Fantastic, never had a pedicure like that, Mindy has magical hands, she pulled out the ingrown toenails and massaged my feet and legs, I felt like I had NEW feet when i left.Thanks again

I have been going to Elite Nails with Johnny for about 1 year now. He does an amazing job on mani, pedis and dip nails.

I asked for a nail removal, and manicure if there is time. I offered to soak my nails although on a time limit as I know rushing to take off acrylic only leads to sore nails or worse.The worst happened-My finger was cut which caused me to bleed and I’m praying no infection occurs as they weren’t the best with treating open skin thats pouring blood.The nail removal is $10 but they decided since I didn’t have time for a manicure the price would be $25. I tried explaining to her that I only got a nail removal so I didn’t understand an extra $15.No one listened and kept explaining $25 is manicure but I don’t have time. I settled and said I would just come back for the rest of the service I’m paying for. Then she told me if I come back I would have to pay additional $20for Gel. Or another $10 for regular color. I’m disappointed I planned on returning but they didn’t make sense with their pricing and insisted that I pay $25 for nail removal.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Lee and Johnny since they began managing the business 11 years ago! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I got a full set done and my nails turned out clumpy and uneven. She didn’t even file my nail straight it was crooked and had to fix when I got home. The nail polish was also not done well, very messy. The items they used weren’t super clean either. Not satisfied for the 55 dollars I paid...I wouldn’t have even paid 20 for them. I hate giving bad reviews but I don’t want anyone making the same mistake I did.Also, I was told 45 on the phone but when I got there the lady said 50...so I was like whatever...by the end she said the total was 55...not happy ab that eitherUpdate 3 days after I got my nails done the gel polish started peeling off...

Sitting at the podiatrist office with my daughter who has an infection from a pedicure. Eeeww. She is probably gonna lose her big toe nail due to this dirty salon. Don’t go here. Not worth going through this.

The lady did a good job on my pedicure and they had covid safety measures. The 1 star is because I was swindled. When I called to make appointment they told me it was $28. She told me that to extra exfoliate my feet or whatever would be $40 am ex I said no thanks, maybe next time. So when I got the bill for $40 I reminded her that I didn’t want the extra service and she just acted like she didn’t understand and that with covid everything is more expensive, (definitely asked about price post covid). I didn’t feel like it was worth an argument but wanted to share my experience.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, Im knocking off 3 stars after my last couple of visits.1. During a pedicure, the nail technician dug deeply and painfully with a nail nipper, resulting in an infection on my right big toe.2. I asked for the same nail color for a mani/pedi. The polish comes in a set, so that I would have a gel mani and regular pedi in the same shade. They didnt have the regular nail polish, but didnt tell me, and proceeded. I only noticed when they finished one coat on my toes, and saw that the color was wrong. They only tried to fix it after I said something, but didnt take the first coat of non-matching color off first, and just painted on top of it (which does affect the end result). When I told them the color matching was for a wedding at the brides request, they responded that no one would notice the discrepancy as my toes were far away. I was disappointed that they tried to dupe me, and that when I spoke up, I wasnt being listened to. First, they were the ones who created a problem by lying; second, you dont solve that problem by putting in minimal effort, then convincing your customer that everything worked out when they are clearly unconvinced.TLDR: They gave me an infection, and tried to use the wrong color polish without telling me. Guess I have to find a new salon.

I set an appointment at 6:50 pm on Saturday but when I came the salon was closed.Unreliable.NOT RECOMMEND!

This place was needed in this part of DTLA! Sophie did an excellent job with my manicure and the Milk & Honey pedicure by Deanna was wonderful. This will be my go to place for nails from now on.

We arrived on time and they didn’t get to us for another good thirty or so minutes?We began with or pedicures and the ladies we had were nice, my lady didn’t let me know my color wasn’t in stock and she didn’t let me know so half way through I realized she chose a different color I didn’t okay.When my first friend finished their manicure, she had also said her lady wasn’t listening to what she asked, she had asked for pointed shorter nails/she change do the color on her/nails are crookedWhen it was time to do my manicure, they again were out of the color I wanted ((which was fine, I was happy to choose another color but I was just happy I had the option to instead of my lady choosing one for me)) On my accent nail, I had chosen a nice sparkly pink but the color was dried out so my lady walked away and came back with darker version of my color which I didn’t prefer but when I tried explaining I didn’t want that color she snapped at me. Walked back and got a different one that was similar to my original color.My second friend is getting acrylics and wanted them in a stilleto point. The man who was on shift kept rounding and squaring them out, and when my second friend asked for them to be as pointy as possible multiple times he laughed and still ended up making them rounded.My second friend was treating me and my first friend to to a mini spa day and he kept commenting on my friend paying for everything which the way he was asking about it didn’t feel like an appropriate conversation topic?They also were using the same nail filers ((they all looked clearly well loved)) and my lady was dropping the metal tools back into her basket after she had used them on me (dead skin and all)****TLDR******•Though my colors weren’t exact and they need to update their options and inventory my nails were still well done.•The one redeeming quality was the eldest employee there, she was kind and sweet and made me feel comfortable while everyone else seemed distracted and doing whatever they felt.•lady snapped at me•male employee scoffed at request/didn’t file down nails underneath acrylics/fill in is visibly waver on top•questionable sanitation•employees just did whatever without okaying

Giving this a 2 Star review because the owner – the man, was extremely rude to my daughter, who bites her nails- put her on the spot and kept telling her that pretty girls don’t bite their nails, why does she bite her nails? Stop biting your nails – if you want to come in here don’t bite your nails. I was about to walk out and take my girls with me – but we were already settled down in the chairs- instead I said to him – that is not a nice way to talk to anybody. Please don’t talk to her like that. Another customer next to my daughter spoke up and said – I bite my nails too – who cares. So I would’ve given it a zero were it just for this gentleman, but the two ladies that took care of me and my other daughter were excellent and very sweet and took their time and were very neat. Not returning even though it’s by far the closest nail salon to my house.

I am so disappointed in the service i received. The man working here did my nails and pedicure and they were absolutely horrible. I didnt make a fuss there but as soon as i left i was looking up another place to get them fixed. Theyre lumpy and i honestly believe my children could have done a better job. Dont go here!!

Went here to get a manicure and pedicure because it was close to where I was going to get a wax. They were fast and friendly. Maybe a bit more than Im used to paying for a mani/pedi but it was probably because I got the deluxe pedicure with the paraffin wax and all. I would go back there but I wouldnt go out of my way to do so.

The last time I went the ladies were fighting about the tips. It was very aggravating to listen and she did the worst job on my nails
