After one service with Tracy I knew I would be back. I return two weeks later and brought my daughter with me. Tracy is my new nail technician I enjoy her services and personality. She is highly detailed, skilled and polite. I finally found a quality nail salon in Walnut Creek. Most importantly, I felt safe knowing they are practicing Covid protection and cleanliness.

Unprofessional. Hanna was constantly late for her appointments, then cancelled my appointment after being 10 minutes late and refused to make any additional appointments. Poor service.

Don’t go here they are rude and hungry for money! Not going to go into detail but there’s been numerous occasions they’ve disappointed me. I’ve tried to tolerate them because they do an alright job but not the best. Hannah and Henry do the best nails there don’t let anyone else touch them if you do go. I won’t be going back too much negative energy, they don’t even speak when you walk In. Now going to David’s Nails, they do a much better job there relaxing atmosphere and good vibes!

I made two appointments for my daughters. They stop doing her nails to do another one, and one of them did my other daughter and another person at the same time. So, It took 2 hours to finish them. Besides the fact that they dont accept credit card and didn’t mention it when you schedule.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came with my 93 year old mother for an appointment about a month ago. I decided to write a review as I am still upset about the treatment we received. The salon was very busy as it was a Saturday morning. I had made an appointment. We were seated for pedicures about 10-15 minutes after our appointment time, which wasn’t that bad. The staff appeared very stressed by the number of people waiting for appointments. I saw NO walk-in person being turned away. Two people worked on my mother. The manicurist was especially rude and spoke to my mother like she was an infant! (While my mother is 93 she is very “with it”!). I watched as the manicurist literally waved the cuticle clippers over my mother’s nails!!! I assume to save time. The same person gave me a pedicure, if you could call it that. She was gruff and unpleasant. I was a nervous wreck by the time we finished! We will NEVER return to this salon! Note that this salon ONLY takes CASH. I had to pay each person that provided us service separately. NOT customer service minded.

Hannah is my go-to person here for my nails. She is the best at what she does. I dont know how she does it but she can practically make my acrylic nails looks natural to the point where I had people say I had a nice manicure; not knowing they werent my nails.My only complaint about this salon is to be careful about what your paying for. Somehow I ended up paying $52 for a pedicure with shellac. Thats way too expensive for my taste so I can only assume I was also charged for a massage that I did not want nor ask for. But nonetheless, I did notice the lady that did my pedicure take much longer than the others on my massage that I assumed was part of the pedicure. So since I had it done I couldnt really complain and not pay. But for future reference, I probably wont be paying for anything other than my nails when I come here.

Amy does a fantastic job on my nails. Julie is also excellent. I have been going there for about 18 years. I get my pedicures from Tiffany when she is available, and she does a great job. The prices are very good..

Henry does the best nails here. I highly recommend him! Also a plus, their new location is pretty swanky.

I had a good experience today. I only go to specify people because they give me what I want.

Its alright, its the cheapest one in that area but you also get what you pay for.
