Planet Fitness is hands down the cleanest, highest quality, best maintained club in town. Brand new, highest quality tanning beds with bulbs being constantly maintained to ensure the best tan possible, and compared to other places in town, the absolute best price you will find. They sell tanning lotions here that are 2-3x more expensive ANYWHERE else.The staff are amazing in every way and are constantly doing their best to make sure the facility is spotless. Sanitizing each shower after each use, constantly on hands and knees cleaning every single machine to guarantee the highest standard of cleanliness every day for every member.Planet Fitness, SPECIFICALLY the Klamath Falls location, is an amazing place to be.

Super friendly people here and it really is a judgement free zone. Everyone makes sure to contribute to maintaining a clean environment and there’s more than enough equipment/amenities for a full workout. The tanning and massage area is also very updated and relaxing. Over all 10/10 no complaints

Judgement free, clean. Friendly, helpful employees. Billing problems lower the stars. Never know when annual fee will come out. It has over drawn my account each time. First one came out in Jan. Next years came out in March when the only time listed on website said it would be April. No answer every time I tried to call to ask. What was supposed to be 19.99 turns out 20.05 for some reason.

The staff are always nice and the gym is always clean. Some people complain about Planet Fitness but unless you are power lifter or bodybuilding (98% of the population isnt) then this gym has everything youll need. Also the price is really unbeatable.

Definitely not my ideal gym but with gyms opening back up is definitely a good place to start until you find a gym that you can call your own.

Everyone there is so nice!! The gym is always super clean and theres so much to do in there. Plus, they still allow people to use some massage stuff and tanning beds throughout the pandemic. Totally awesome!

Great equipment, excellent value, friendly and helpful staff. If youre bothered by too many people, its a great place as there is so much room and so many different machines youll be able to work out in peace. Im really enjoying working out here, Ive tried other gyms and it never worked out, looking forward to getting in shape and staying in shape.

I love comeing here! I always feel i can be me and not be judged! I just started working out at the gym. Im still learning stuff and what to do but the staff is very helpful for anything you need or questions you may have. And they will show you what to do if needed. I will continue to come here. Everyone is so nice and friendly here. I have never felt so comfortable to work out in public! Thank you planet fitness for doing you!!!

I decided to try the one day free pass they give out online. It states online they will give you a tour of the place. When I got there, the lady just took my picture and sent me on my way. I was was not given a tour and neither did she explain any rules. I like to have a long warm up to prevent injuries. I like to use elastic bands for specific rehabilitation exercises for old injuries. I also have had surgery on my wrist twice, and its extremely painful if I dont use a wrist wrap on certain lifts. So I carry a little black Nike handbag with my water bottle, keys, wallet, and a couple elastic bands and a wrist wrap. After I workout I cant seem to find my small bag. I ask the front desk and they told me A employee found the bag and turned it in because you are not allowed to bring outside equipment in. and therefore I am going to need to see your gym card and write you up.... excuse me? I dont have a card because I am trying the gym for the first time. I didnt know about these rules because their employee who let me in for the first time didnt tell me about any rules. Also, what equipment!? A couple rubber bands and wrist wraps? Seems pretty minor to me. Also my wallet, keys and water bottle are in there, seems wrong to take that stuff from a person without telling them. They say its a liability if someone gets hurt bringing in their own equipment. I understand that, but the stuff I brought in is to help PREVENT an injury, you take away that stuff then I am more likely to get hurt. It was just extremely off putting for me to find out the way I did and then immediately get threatened with some type of punishment. What type of friendly gym environment is that!?

7/29/21 - Customer service is back up. The staff is back to being accommodating and kind. Girl with long brown hair is gone, and other than her the staff is absolutely awesome. All machines are accessible. Only thing is they are no longer open 24/7, and on weekends close at 7pm, which really kind of sucks. One of the reasons a lot of people I joined that I spoke with, was the flexible hours. I can see closing early, but 7 pm on weekends is too early. This last weekend they had to kick out a lot of people at 7 pm on Saturday. Other than this, I really like this gym.Customer service has taken a turn for the worse. Have problems with over booking sessions in spa area. Have to constantly look for front desk person to start machines. They are no longer requiring non vaxxers to wear a mask, but still say you cant work out next to the person you came with. Lol. Dont require masks, but half the machines are still unusable on the floor. Rude staff. It wasnt so much what she was whining about but the nasty way she addressed me. Girl with long dark brown hair. You will be named once I figure it out.

I never feel like Im overweight. Just working toward my goal. Everyone is so supportive.

I travel the country and this planet fitness is the nicest one yet. It’s new so it has all the amenities! Such as: individual tv monitors so you pick what or if you want to watch tv. It has the water bottle fill station and recycle to reduce plastic waste. Nice, new machines. Built in locks in the locker room for your gear. It’s has the Synrgy360 and stair climbers which some locations don’t have. The showers are fantastic! Nice pressure changing shower heads, a built in shelf for your soap, and the hot water runs very hot and didn’t get cold mid shower. Complementary hair dryers are also a plus!Thank you for putting all the best accessories into one! This has been the best PF I’ve been to thus far!

I joined on Nov. 16th. I was told when I paid my $1.00 down that my first payment would not be coming out of my account until Dec. 17th. So I paid for mine and 2 others start up membership. To my surprise Planet Fitness took $60.15 out of my account on Nov. 17th. When I called about this they said yeah too bad you were misinformed our billing comes out the 17 of the month so I only got 2 days free! WTF! Why wouldn’t I wait 2 days to join and get my free month? Plus I pay for a personal trainer and there isn’t one! Cancel my membership!

This place has No classes and No trainers on staff at this point. No hevey lifting or makeing sound while working out. You cant even have a cell while working out. So No music. This place is a joke. Judgment free Zone thats Not correct eaither. If you are looking for a real workout high temp and heavy lift this is not a good place.
