The few times I came there it was a very friendly environment and also they were nice but when I came today, they charged me $57 to get my nails and feet painted and my baby sister nails painted, I had NO gel NO acrylic just basic solid nail color... it shouldn’t be no way in hell im paying almost $100 for something I could’ve did at home 👎🏾

Really I rate this as a zero, no stard. When I got there she the owner asked me what I wanted then for the first 30mins of my appointment she was on the phone. Then she stoped to go tell the other associate something. As the owner was working on my nails she filled to hard and ended up cutting me. Then kept messing up on my accent nails. The design was sunflowers. Id asked Id she could do then before we started and I got something completely different. The acrylic tip nails arent even on my nails. So theres a gap and when I got home and closed my car door it broke off. Instead of getting my money back a terrible job the own keep telling me over the phone that shes not giving my money back shell just redo them and tried to blam my broken nail on me. Overall I dont recommend going here for nails.

Amazing pedicure. Probably one of the worst gel manicures I have had in my life. Bottoms already chipping (and I walked out an hour ago) and bits of gel stuck to the sides and bottom of my nails. Really really untidy. Avoid.

Got a shellac manicure...it only lasted 4 days and started peeling off. Pedicure was not shellac and still looks good. Last shellac manicure at different salon lasted for 6 weeks!

Not a good for kids. They clearly have little experience with girls and do not communicate well. We felt uncomfortable and disappointedI do not get my own nails done, so I cant compare to other places. I asked if they would do polish (not manicure) for my 9-year-old daughter. It was supposed to be a special event to celebrate her moving to upper elementary in school. Everyone there had very poor English and poor pronunciation even of their basic services, e.g. mani and polish. (Dont misunderstand me - I am very open to people of other cultures, but for services on my body, I need people who can communicate well.) After finally communicating, they quoted me a very reasonable price ($10, I think). My daughter had prepared drawings of possible designs for her nails. They were elaborate - rainbows, butterflies, zig zags. (She had her nails done at another salon - Pinkies in Lafayette - where they did flower designs or some such, so she expected they could handle one of her designs.) They were quite perplexed. One man laughed when he saw the designs, and asked 2 other coworkers. Lots of discussion in their native language about what to do with my daughters designs. My daughter felt embarrassed. It was not the special occasion I had hoped for. They finally said they could do a simplified version of her rainbow and quoted a new price (Cant remember - I think $15). Still reasonable, and Im glad they told me up front, but it also made my daughter uncomfortable. Finally in the chair, the lady doing the nails was nice, made a bit of conversation. She also talked a lot to other coworkers their native language while working, which makes me uncomfortable - I feel like Im not there. The actuall polish job was nicely done and she did one nail first and checked to make sure we were satisfied. However, my daughter told me later she was disappointed with the simplified design. She had been polite at the salon. So the actual polish job was fine but the difficulties getting started took all the fun out of the experience.
