The best nail salon in Walnut Creek!!! They are so sweet and do an amazing job every time. Would recommend 10/10!

Under new ownership since February 2021. The shop was clean, nice staffs and have free parking right in front.

Haven’t been here in a while but they’re under new management. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I got a gel manicure from Jayda and she was excellent! She was such a pleasure. Very careful and skilled in her craft. Will definitely go back

Been anxiously waiting for nail salons to open up again. Been here many times before and always left satisfied. Called this morning and was able to get an appt. Arrived a little early and my pedicure was promptly started. Leaving satisfied once again!

I stopped in a month or so ago, last minute. Helen is the new owner. They not only were very welcoming, they did a great job!! I was glad to seek them out again today. Again, great service! Thank you Jason, Helen and Jada.

Diane is my technician and she is beyond wonderful! She is incredibly knowledgeable from nail health to customer care & everything else in between. She is very personable, professional and very kind.Highly recommend.

I saw Helen on a Sunday for a pedicure and she was great with my overly due, thanks to COVID nails lol.

When I arrive all the nail tech were busy with a client. I was there for a pedicure. I was told to get my color, which I did. There were no other persons waiting. As I was sitting down at the station, feet in the water a women came in, based on the conversation she was a regular, but did not have an appointment. She was seated next to me. As I sat there the nail tech came by several times to tell me they would be right with me. I had been there About 15 mins, my water was starting to get cold. About this time a young women walked in. She did not have an appointment, she picked out her polish and took a seat in the waiting area. In the meantime, I was being told they would be right with me. The tech that was working with the lady next to me finished up. Took the young lady from the waiting area and began to give her service. By this time my water is completing cold and again I am told they would be right with me. I asked if a pedicure was a higher priority than a pedicure. I was told they would be right with me. I asked for a towel, dried my feet and left. They did not try and stop me, the tech continued to work on the young girl who came in 20 minutes after I did. And I left. I will never go back to that shop. To be treated that way by a business is unexceptional. I shared this story with someone and was told I was treated that way because I am an Black women.

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and are very willing to make any accommodations. They are excellent with nails, especially designs, and can do basically anything that you ask them to. I would never go anywhere else and I highly recommend them!!!!!

Needed nails fast. We were able to walk right in and sat down within minutes. The girls were super nice and did a good job

Used to go here until I moved out of the area. Went by yesterday to have a simple manicure. Only a couple of nail technicians were there working. A woman (the boss?) asked me what I wanted and said to come back in 15-20 minutes. I ran a quick errand and came back at the time she said. Then I waited......and waited.......and waited......and waited with the same woman occasionally saying it wouldnt be long. At one point she said, I didnt think youd be coming back. I gather this is what shes used to...or doesnt take seriously walk-ins, even when theyre encouraged to return. The lesson is, please be honest, Ms. Proprietor, if youre too shorthanded. Finally, I just walked out. My time is valuable, too, and there are a lot of other nail salons who, I bet, would treat me better.

They are the friendliest, most competent local folks in the business. I can make an appointment or just drop in. I selected a nail polish once that caused white spots on my finger-nails, so be careful. The selection is wide and the shop is always clean and welcoming.

My friends, and I went to get our nails done, and we wanted three pedis, one gel, and two acrylics. It took three and half hours to get it done. Our nail lady only did my friends, and I acrylics part way before going to two other customers that had just came in to do the entire nails, which took an hour. The nail lady even asked one of my friends( who is only 13 years old) to text on her phone to one of her friends while she did my nails cause she couldnt text. I will not be going back here again.

If you dont mind paying 20 bucks for gel nail polish then its not bad. I feel the price was a little steep but the place is clean. The girls are nice .

Friendly environment with reasonable prices. They are fast and accommodate me on my lunch hour!

I have been a client of terror since 1995 and I will stay a client until they close. Absolutely great service. The only problem is the parking lot. People are very impatient and drive in that parking lot like insane people. Also the problem with bicyclists and pedestrians not paying attention is a problem. Lastly, the homeless situation in this particular strip mall has gotten really scary.

Probably the worst pedicure and full set I have ever gotten. Paint was all over my skin and the acrylic nails literally popped off in a week!!! I am super bummed as I really wanted to like this salon.

Friendly, nice Mani/pedi. Make an appointment they dont employ enough staff.
