Dont wish to try again.Ive had plenty of Brazilian waxes over time, but this was one of the worst ones yet! Granted, it has been a couple of months since my last wax, but...No paper on table? Maybe they sanitized the vinyl?No powder, no pressure after taking strip off (unless I was visibly in pain), waxing over and over and over in a couple of spots that left torn skin, no lotion afterwards, left wax in my Crack, hair in my bikini line, stubble on top.Had to go to work right after for 8 hrs like this!

This was my first wax. I had several questions and Holly at the front desk was amazing. She answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable. Holly was so sweet and I will definitely be back and will be bringing my friends!

Umm, I like the idea of waxpott, but I’m not happy with my Brazilian wax results at all. My first wax was in February (a completely different company), and Due to some pregnancy complications, I couldn’t get back within 4-6 weeks. I finally was able to get back to waxing and chose to try waxpott on 4/3. I did not shave, Nair, pluck, etc., in-between time, so the hair was definitely long enough. She told me it would be a few straggler hairs left, which I was okay with. However, when I got home and felt for the smoothness, all I felt was stubble. Finally, today 4/8, I had my boyfriend take a pic, and It was way more than just a “few” hairs here and there. It’s literally patches of hair left in different spots, and lots of strands left at the top. The thing is, the hair is long enough to twist, so I’m not sure why it wasn’t removed. I was also a first-time client and didn’t receive the discount, and I tipped. The girl who did it was really nice and conversational, but I won’t be back.

Went for a full Brazilian. They were kind and the area was very clean. I went to get waxed for my first time here, and that is why it is missing a star. I dont feel like the process was properly explained to me and I felt a little unprepared and uncomfortable. I am excited to try a new waxer. The first one I had left a few spots I had to shave afterwards, and did not apply any oil, cream, or lotion afterwards.

Madi waxed and tinted my brows and lifted and tinted my lashes last week and they look amazing! I have red hair so color match for my brows has always been difficult but she nailed it. I also know nothing about brow shape/lash color and I was able to trust her with everything and she was able to explain why/what she was doing. Extremely professional, and extremely communicative and friendly, couldnt recommend Madi enough!
