Actually went here a little over a week ago and didnt have the greatest experience. Even had nails breaking and popping off. Went back today and saw Rose. She was amazing. Not only did she do a bomb pedicure but she totally redid my nails for no charge. She also recommended that I try a different style of nail. So pleased with this experience. Will definitely be back to see Rose.

Over the moon (& stars) for my 4th of July pedi. Minimal walk-in wait even when they were very busy with scheduled appointments. My pedicure was so relaxing and just look at how cute my toes are! I showed them a Pinterest idea and they nailed it! Pun intended!!! And it lasted for over 5 weeks! So thrilled! Will def be back!!!

The best nail service I have received in the triangle area! The ladies were so friendly and easy to talk to. I love how my nails turned out and I recommend getting your nails done by Jeep.

This place is pretty and everyone was helpful. But overall, I would not recommend getting a pedicure here. I have never felt more rushed during a pedicure. The artistry wasn’t great either. There are places where my skin is painted. And I didn’t feel like they did a great job at cleaning around the toes and cuticles. If I’m gonna pay $33( and this was just the basic price ) I want it to be worth it and it wasn’t. Look elsewhere.

Decided to check this place a couple of months ago. So glad I gave them a try. An added bonus they are located close by. Everyone in there is really nice. They’re pedicure services are amazing. Very clean facility which is great. Jason (the owner) is so funny and personable. He has a good sense of humor and takes the time to interact with anyone that comes in for service. I highly recommend for people to check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

The nail tech that had me rushed the whole time. My pedicure looks like i did it, and when i wanted a full set, she clipped my real nails down to the skin and my finger tips were red and painful. When i told her it hurts, she laughs & says oh sorry. So i left. This was my 1st and last time.

I love this place and wont go anywhere else. Amy is always fun and professional and does a fantastic job on my feet, hands, and eyebrows. Highly recommend her and the entire Oasis staff.

Me & my sister in law went in Saturday and got gel mani pedis. Didn’t even last a day and they were breaking off. I went back to get it fixed and as soon as I left another one broke off. I went back the following day to get them taken off and the charged me for that after I had already been two days in a row to get them fixed. I had already paid them $94.00 was not worth it at all. And the only took the price down five bucks from taking them off. I shouldn’t have had to pay nothing and gotten a refund. Definitely will not be returning.

I came in just yesterday and three of my nails already fell off! The people were nice but I’m definitely disappointed with the quality of my nails for $55 acrylics and to not last a day- apart from that when calling no one answers

Completely messed up my manicure, rushed the whole time, and when I said something about it they made me pay anyway. No apology or anything they just said “ok come back another day and we will fix it”. Too bad I work all week when do I have time to come back? I never complain much and hate being that person but I’m honestly appalled they let me leave with my nails looking this way AND had the nerve to make me pay for it. Avoid this place if you can they obviously don’t care about their customers.

Oasis Nails and Salon is a neighborhood gem! Their staff is very professional and they are engaged in what they do and want to provide an excellent service! I highly recommend their team! You won’t be disappointed!

The nail salon is clean, Rose is awesome and does a great job . Most of the nail techs are pleasant with the exception of a few, and we have found that not all nail techs are the same when it comes to quality . The salon has a lot going for it but the male manager or owner has an arrogant attitude as if the customers bother him . We spend a lot of money in this nail salon week after week and don’t feel like he appreciates the business .Unfortunately, I rated this salon a 2 stars because of him but would recommend the salon otherwise !

I really enjoy coming to Oasis. The spa is not crowded, a great layout, lots of polish colors, dip colors to choose from that are replaced more regularly than other nail places I’ve been too. My personal fave is Amy (#2 since there are two of them). She’d love to have your business!

I am extremely disappointed with my Nails, The length are uneven and when I was getting them filed she filed my skin which extremely hurt. I’ve been there before with my mother and was pleased with my results but I was charged a significantly higher amount of money when I was by myself. I would not recommend going there they are very inconsistent with pricing and quality.

I love Oasis! Always quick, very clean and I’ve had my nails done by almost everyone and also walk out extremely pleased! I’m also very satisfied with the new precautions they are taking since covid!

I love this place. I’ve been going since the day they opened. I was instantly impressed with the owner’s excellent customer service when I called before they had opened yet and had to visit as soon as they did. I haven’t been disappointed since. I am always happy and feel comfortable going every time. They all make sure to welcome me and do exactly what I ask. Both brothers that run the business are top notch and always talk to me like a friend. Every technician has been exceptional and kind! They don’t make you feel awkward and when they are not speaking English are always kind to tell me what they’re saying. That means a lot!! I recommended this place every time!

I visited this location today and loved it. Knoc has moved here and she is the best. The atmosphere and people are very friendly and inviting. They made sure you washed your hands and they had on mask. They are also very clean. I recommend Knoc and Oasis Nails and Spa to everyone.

I came here because it was close to home. When I walked in, I was immediately helped. I asked for the relaxation pedicure, but believe the tech wanted to really relax me, because she did some extra stuff! The owner came over and set my massage chair for the full experience...head, shoulders, neck, back, and arms! I was super relaxed! The nail tech did a great job and although it was an hour to closing, she was very thorough. She didnt rush to get finished. I was super pleased and will definitely be coming back!!

I have been twice. The first time I was very pleased with the service I received and the look of my nails when finished. The second time, when I got home I had 3 fingers with cuts around the nail where the tech scrapped the polish and literally cut my skin with her sharp nail . Three days later one of the cuts is starting to look infected 😡. Also, I had an appointment scheduled and when I arrived the salon was packed. My mani and pedi felt extremely rushed and the lady doing my nails was more focused on getting out on time than the service she was providing me. I spent $100 and am so disappointed and upset that I now have several fingers that have been throbbing for days. Will NOT go back.

The staff did a great job. Salon is SUPER nice. They put a lot of extra touches in the place to make it nicer than your ave nail salon. Will definitely be back! Big selection of OPI and dip colors.

My advise to book an appointment with the technician you want to do your nails. Otherwise you will get stuck with a newbie that does your nails. You pay the same price but your nails look like the are a 1 week old nail job.

First time visiting this salon and I loved the atmosphere!! I was greeted with Hey Beautiful and then had my nails done by Lauren who did a wonderful job! They have a fun selection of dip powder colors (I always go with dip powder!), they take your name and phone number to send you discounts and promotions, I was told they have additional services being added soon, AND they rock the diva ballads on the radio. I think Ive found my new nail salon! 😍

It’s good service, especially for a basic Mani pedi but unfortunately I won’t be returning to pay $52, in opposition with a common $32-$35 for the entire area of Raleigh

Wonderful owner/management at Oasis! He is very attentive and is on the ball with his technicians which made communications pleasant compared to experience with other nail salons in WF area!! His technicians are knowledgeable and accommodated my requests with a smile! I was offered a complimentary drink as soon as i was seated, great customer service! Absolute best pedicure Ive had in a long time! I will be back for sure! This is my new nail shop!! ! This was my first visit at this nail salon but will not be last. Bright, clean & modern salon. Friendly staff. My nail tech was Brian & I will ask for him again. He was efficient, quick & personable. Overall 10 rating.

Another mediocre experience.I have visited before and liked it overall except for the quality of my nails but decided to give it another try. This last time I came in to get a gel manicure/toe polish only. They pressured me to get a pedicure so I gave in.(first mistake) The towels/tools smelled like sweaty feet and fungi.. it wasn’t pleasant. When I go to pay, it’s more than they had originally told me it was, of course. I’m tired of paying outrageous prices just to get my nails painted.. especially if the service is not up to par. It was $75 just to get a gel mani/pedi! The owners have always been very nice and accommodating but out of all the salons around here don’t waste your time.

Got a manicure and pedicure. Rose did my nails. They have the best pedicure chairs I have ever sat in. I think I have a new nail spaUpdate: My second visit was not a good experience. I asked if I could relax and soak for 10 minutes in the pedicure chair and was told no it would hold up other customers. My technician was doing a poor job and I asked him to stop. No Epsom salt or tablet in the water and he didnt push cuticle back. The owner came over and said everyone doesnt want that! I asked for someone else and was told my tech was trained and was his employee. I dried my feet and left. I will not return. Owner was rude.

I also love that I get to support the brave ladies here who took a stand against workplace abuse at their old salon. This is my new go-to salon in WF.

I love this nail shop! Everyone is super friendly and it’s very clean and organized. And very nicely decorated! Everyone that works there makes you feel very welcomed. They had lots of staff and many tables and pedi chairs so you do t feel rushed or ya e to wait. They have many different services and colors to choose from and their prices are fair! They don’t try to charge an arm and a leg for simple stuff.Above all they give you a manicure with your gel polish. That’s the biggest selling point for me. Most shops only take the gel off and repaint them, but here they take their time shaping your nails and cutting your cuticles before they put the gel polish on. I wouldn’t go to any other shop in Wake Forest.

They are so great and very attentive. Offer a drink as soon as I was seated. Always sending discount texts for my future visit. I wouldn’t go any where else!

Lovely salon! So peaceful and the chairs are the best I’ve even been in and I’ve been in many! I am very pleased with my Relaxation Pedi, which is comparable. I also added a design that I enjoy. The manager was walking around making sure that everyone was happy and was very personable. I am looking for a new place after I left Noire the Nail Bar and I plan to return!

I’m not satisfied with my visit here. Long review but firstly Everyone was very nice but my nails do not look good. I wanted long nails and he asked me where to cut and I told him where and so he proceeds to cut the rest and ends up making the other hand shorter and instead of taking them off and making them the correct length he cut the ones, that I said I liked and the length I approved and asked for, shorter to match the hand he messed up on. I asked for a length and didn’t get it but was still charged for “long”. I was not happy about the fact he cut the ones I wanted to fix his mistake . Secondly, one nail was noticeably shorter and another nail was crooked. I hate to be the type to ask for a discount or for them to correct something or whatever, I’m not very picky and I don’t like being an inconvenience, but my nails looked crazy so I said to him that I had a few concerns and he asked me which ones and he attempted to fix them. The man was very nice, he said if he makes a mistake it’s ok to let him know & he said he’ll definitely try to fix them, no hard feelings or anything bad about him, he was very nice and he tried to fix them I guess the best he could and he gave me $5 off (which honestly I feel I should’ve gotten way more off) because the end result is still just bad. I wasn’t offered a drink either when Iwalked in when others were offered one. I’m just not satisfied at all with my nails and well I spent $50 on them and now I’m stuck with them. I usually don’t get color and just get a top coat but I couldn’t even do that with these just because of how bad they look and I figured polish would cover it up but nope, the color is bad too. He cut my cuticle multiple times with the tool as well and I have 3 cuts that are visible. I have so much to say about how bad my experience and nails are here. But again, everyone was very friendly and sweet. So I rate this place a 2 star simply because of the customer service but if I was just rating it about my nails I’d definitely give it a 1 star.

This is the worst place I ever been to. Rude employee poor quality polish. Jason did my design on my toes and painted my feet as well. I know 4 year old that can paint nails better. He tried to over charge too!

It was a wonderful experience, the service is great! Rose did a wonderful job removing my gel nails and replacing it with a regular manicure.

They rushed super fast and cut me multiple times. the first time i went and 3 times after that they did super good but ever since then they’ve been terrible. i keep going back hoping they’d do it like they did before but they haven’t. and i get long nails and they cut them and are like “is that good?” and i’m like that’s short and the keep cuttinggg like noooo. the shape is always uneven. the owner is nice and so are some workers just the owner is one of the best there so get him if you go

My friend and I were just looking for a place to go to get our nails and she came across this one. We wanted Pedis, so she made the appointment, but we were running late. When we called, the gentleman who answered said, “don’t rush, we take care of you. It’s okay, drive safe” and we were 20 minutes late and they still took us in! We LOVED the massage chairs as we were getting our Pedis. It was so comfortable, we almost fell asleep!! I decided I wanted to do a mani after, with no appointment, and they were so eager to take me in! They have a lot of staffing there too, so people can actually do walk-ins! They take their time and make sure your nails actually look nice, and they actually confirm with you that you like them! Rose was the lady who did my nails, I will FOR SURE be going back to her!! She was so sweet and thorough with her work! I’m so excited you guys opened up, thank you!!

Not happy at all. When I called I asked for a good nail tech. The gentleman who answered the phone told me to come in and he would give me a good person as they were all good. I made an appointment and went in at my appointment time. He started my nails and called someone ovwr. She sat with me and I asked him if she knows what to do. He told me i tell her and there must have been a breakdown in communication because I left with everything I didnt want. When I was leaving he asked if the lady did a good job. I was in front of rhe lady with everyone around me. I couldnt tell him what I really felt because the lady was very nice. I asked for a gel manicure, I never soaked my nails she didnt cut anything. Worse gel manicure ever.

Do not go to this place these people are extremely unprofessional the poor quality products they use have caused my nails to break countless times not to mention I pay $60 for nails I asked for a refund he refused at first then proceeded to partially take my nails off and gave me a refund so that I was forced to leave with unfinished nails after telling them I was writing a terrible review he goes to say he would sue me for the review.Stay away from this place!
