It was my first time here for a pedicure and very happy with the service. Will definitely coming back again.

Ann is absolutely wonderful! The staff is always very nice and eager to make sure you are happy with the service they gave you. I won’t get my nails done anywhere else.

This is the only salon I can go to and no matter who helps me I get the desired look I go for. This place is very clean and the technician are all so friendly. I get my nails eyebrows done here. I know I can come in and leave feeling satisfied. Whether you walk in or have an appointment its a very welcoming salon and they always take the best care of me and my girlfriends. 10 out of 10!!

They are great! Joe and Ann are the owners. Ann takes care of my mom who is 90. She is so caring and loving with mom, making sure to assist her with everything from sitting down to washing her hands. I feel so safe leaving mom in her care. Moms nails always look beyond amazing! Joe works on me and is as meticulous as they come. He is extremely neat, expedient, and his attention to detail is amazing! I love watching him work and I am NEVER disappointed. Both of us receive acrylic with gel polish.

Joe and Ann do a great job with nails and pedi. I think the nails stay on longer than I am used to and the polish always looks perfect. Very kind and sweet people, too.

Today they were packed with people and still managed to fit me in and did a great job! 100% recommend!!

Great service! The nail tech made sure he knew exactly how I wanted my nails done, they turned out perfectly! The salon is very clean and comfortable while the prices are reasonable. I will definitely make this my choice salon in Raleigh.

Got a good pedicure. Foot Massage was great. Only suggestion for improvement is to use a liner in the foot bath.

When this nail salon opened within 2 miles of my home, I was thrilled! However, Ive been there a total of 6 times (always prior to an important event) and left the salon bleeding 4 times out of the 6. (bleeding cuticles and side areas). I keep trying to give them benefit of doubt because they are convenient, but, this is it for me.

Ive been coming here for pedicures since they opened and cant be more pleased! Everything is always so clean and you see them sanitizing the tools which is nice. The staff are always friendly and accommodating!

If you would like a set of acrylic nails look elsewhere. The set is $50 but the quality doesnt match the price. A man did my set and he was rushing and cut four of my fingers open with the tool he was using to buff my nails before putting on the acrylic set. I consider myself to be very tolerant of pain. This was very painful. He also cut a finger open with the nail file. Also I have had this set since Monday. It is now Sunday and I already need to go get them filled in again. Not going here again.

We went to this place to try out a new location closer to home, however, we were so disappointed. We had powder on our nails and they did not use the acetone to get it off of our nails. Instead they ripped the powder off. It was extremely painful! We continued to ask them to please use the acetone and informed them it was hurting, however they said This way was better and they were almost finished. We were so upset and we will not return.

Just moved to the area, and shop at Harris Teeter very often - noticed this salon, but was a little hesitant due to lack of reviews. However, I couldnt be more pleased with Color Nails & Spa. Friendly, attentive, and very honest. Will definitely make this my go-to from here on out!

Had a Pedi & I specified 2 regular manis for my teen daughters for my birthday. I will start out by saying everyone was very nice. The young girl that did my pedi was so sweet, took her time and did an amazing job. We did wait a few minutes but we were walk ins so that was expected. However when I went to pay they charged us for GEL manis (double the price) for my daughters. I NEVER requested that & neither did my girls. I insisted that we never asked for gels. The main guy/owner/manager proceeded to tell me that its a specific polish on the wall. Of course the ones my girls chose. There are NO signs that let you know they are GEL. Nothing that differentiates GEL from regular manis. They made no effort to make things right. They told me that next time make an appointment and specify. They also told me thats what I get when I walk in!?!? Really?!? I told them the next time there is an up charge to verify with the person paying. I will never go back based on this poor business practice. I felt duped. It sucks because they really did a nice job. But they lost a customer so I will never return or recommend them to anyone
