I love this place. Everyone is so sweet, but my nails are absolutely horrible. I walked out of the nail place with nail polish all over my skin on my hands and had to pick it off. My gel was already bumpy and jagged. They are already peeling and I had them done 4 days ago. Very disappointing even though i normally love this place. My friend had a great manicure and loved hers. Mine was not worth the $40 i paid for.

So I give this place 5 stars. The guy that worked there could of did my fill in without me know I had fungus growing under my nails. He took the time cut them down, took the nails off and gave me a treatment. Told me what to do when I got home. Will go back just because of his honesty.

After going here for the first time I will never go anywhere else. They were very friendly and took their time doing my nails! They look amazing and I am so in love with the cheetah design!

Mai is awesome and fun. She is so passionate about her work and it shows! Can’t wait to get my nails done again.

This is the best nail place in the wake forest area! Also clean, very friendly and my nails last 3-4 weeks always! When you go to your apt, they take their time and make sure you enjoy your service! Vu, Mai, Me and Hannah are great- but honestly any tech you get will be amazing!

I visited for the first time today. First mani-pedi since WAY before the pandemic. Nam did my gel manicure and his son did my pedicure. The both did a great job! Ill be going back for sure!

If I could give a review higher than a 5 I would. After not having my nails done in 7 months since moving to NC I tried this place based off a recommendation and I am so GLAD I did. I has the most AMAZING experience I have ever had in a nail salon. They treated me as if I have been coming here for years. From the moment I walked in the door til leaving it was awesome. The staff and clients were so much fun to talk with as well. Thank you so much Vu, Mi( I hope I spelled your name correct), and Sarah for such a great experience.

They took me right in and was very nice made me feel comfortable, did a amazing job on my nails I had to b at work so I had to leave a little before she could paint my nails how I wanted and they are gonna let me come back to get them how I wanted for no extra cost so great customer service

I have been searching for a nail place since moving here last summer. I tried a few in town and have not been happy with the shape and polish done. Decided to check out The Nail Place for my fill-ins. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Mai. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was fun. You can tell that everyone was talented and knew what they were doing. They knew all their customers by name! Thank you Mai for fixing my nails! Absolutely love the nail art you did! I’ve been going to this place for almost 2 years now. It’s by far the best nail place I’ve ever been too. The best coffin shaped nail I’ve ever had. Also, Mai and Hannah are wickedly talented with nail art. I recommend this place 100%.

I came to the nail place on a Monday at about 9:40am. When I walked in the nail tech that was doing another clients nails said that theyre not open on Mondays..??? The nail tech was literally doing someone elses nails, and the hours on the front door clearly state that theyre open Monday through Thursday from 9:30am to 7:00pm. I would have been a first-time customer to this nail salon, but now I think Ill take my business elsewhere.

Today was my first time getting a services at The Nail Place. After receiving fill-Ins and pedicures from multiple salons over the past 25+ years I was amazed with the outcome in everything! Mia is VERY detailed in her work, shows care and concerns for her client as well. I am so glad I gave this place a try. I’m hands down 110% satisfied, that speaks volume if you really know me.... I’m ecstatic to know I’ve found my new nail tech! ☺️ 💃🏻

I would like to respond to the review from Amanda Sprinczeles about The Nail Place. I was the person in there today when she came in. I have been going here since they opened and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I was there Saturday for my regular gel fill. Unfortunately I hit one of nails later that evening and broke one off. Yes the sign on the door does say open Mondays but since Covid they are closed Sundays and Mondays now. I think most people understand a lot of businesses have changed their hours since Covid and need to adjust according to their business needs. This isn’t their permanent schedule- it’s temporary. When I broke my nail I texted Mai and she graciously offered to come in on Sunday or Monday to fix my nail for me because I had meetings today and didn’t want to have an ugly finger! (It was a big meeting otherwise I would’ve waited). Out of the kindness of this woman’s heart on her day off she came in to help me and she gets a terrible review because of it! That is not fair! I tried to explain why I was there but apparently I wasn’t heard. I felt like I really needed to defend Mai on this one- she was only helping one of her regular clients out and I am very appreciative and I promise if you give them a chance you’ll never go anywhere else! They have amazing customer service and incredible talent! And are genuinely very good kind hearted people!

I have tried nearly every nail salon in town (and there are a LOT!) and trust me when I say - The Nail Place is THE place!!! Everyone is SO friendly, thorough and talented! They offer lots of services and colors, and the a*MAI*zing owner Mai does the best nail art Ive ever seen. I love love love them and will never go anywhere else! (PS - ask for their outdoor service. You wont regret it ;) )

I love The Nail Place partially because my Nail Tech ViVi, just moved over there and the other half is that they are working on upgrading the space.When I first arrived to Amy Nails you cant help but notice the parking lot. The nail shop is situated inside of a shopping center so there is plenty of parking I ended up parking right in the front of the place.This was my first time here because my nail tech had moved. My friend told me that the place was being remodeled so I was expecting that. The place isnt very big but there is ample of amount of space for whatever it is you are getting done. They also have brand new nail tables and pedicure chairs and they are working on the other stuff.I was greeted by Mai who is ViVis niece she is extremely sweet and very welcoming, I felt like it was a great move for Vivi I had my son with me and she was extremely nice to him.It was amazing to hear customers say that I had been getting their nails done with Mai for over 18 years. That to me shows; consistency, truth worthy and great customer service.I got my eyebrows waxed + gel nails and it was $42 which I felt wasnt bad at all. I love ViVi and my friend went to Mai and she loved her too. Overall great atmosphere and I look forward to seeing the place with all of its upgrades.

This is the first nail salon I have felt unbelievably comfortable. Its clean, staff is so nice. My whole experience in a whole was amazing. I got Dip nails for the first time. My pedicure was great as well. Theyre awesome! I will never go anywhere else from now on! In LOVE!

LOVE this place! Recently under new ownership and salon is completely renovated! Staff is friendly and helpful! My nails always look amazing and they can do unbelievable free handed nail art! If I could rate them more than five stars I would! The best nail place around!

I absolutely love The Nail Place. Mai is an incredibly talented artist and my nails always look amazing! Im constantly getting asked at work and when Im out running errands Who does your nails!? Everyone there is so friendly and theyre reasonably priced.

I absolutely recommend The Nail Place. The service is fantastic and my results are always perfect. The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxed. I always get compliments on my pedicure and it still looks flawless after two weeks.

Went here for the first time today.Very disappointed. Hate my nails. Paint job sucks, was not done with consideration. Got a gel fill in Way too thick, doesn’t even look natural. Time was not taken to make sure they did a good job, just rushed and did a sloppy job.Would not recommend this place.

Extremely friendly and kind. I brought my son with me (I had no babysitter and needed to get my nails fixed for an event) and they were extremely kind, understanding, and patient with me as I had to stop a few times to care for him. My nails turned out gorgeous as well. Best nail salon I have ever been too!

Had a gel manicure and it was great! The staff was very friendly, the place seemed clean, and they were busy when I walked in but I was seen right away. My nail tech was very sweet. I shorted them one star for not having a huge selection of gel colors, but they do have one of most color groups.

Always friendly staff. I feel so relaxed when I walk into the shop. Got a pedicure done by Mai. Love her. She is gentle and makes you feel relax. My feet feels good.

Excellent job on my nails. The place is nicely decorated. Compared to other WF nail salons I think the Nail Place is much better. The prices are comparable. Make sure you have an appointment.

I am very impressed with the changes in the salon. Everything is updated and has a very clean look. Each time I go there is something new. They have a great selections of services. They take wonderful care of me. I went in with a problem a few weeks ago. The owner took care of the problem and when I left, you would have never known that I had messed up my nail beds so badly.

I used to go here often. I scheduled an appointment today for me and a friend so we get there and get our pedicures done and we always get a design well they only have one person that can do designs and was told we had to wait 20 minutes because she was finishing up with a customer so we agreed to wait to only be told about 10 minutes later that she didnt want to do the design because it was late um excuse me but we made appointments and was asked to wait to only be told no. Well I will not be going back there again. I used that shop once a month for at least 5 years not anymore!

With new owners, they re-did the shop. New paint, new tables, and new pedicure chairs. The shop looks wayyy better than before. Before it was outdated with clunky looking tables, paint color was old, and pedicure chairs worn out. The new owners are nice and their services are great. They are greatly skilled and fast. If you want great nails and /or need it done fast, ask for Mai or Vu or Vivi. They are funny, nice, and caring. They are still in process upgrading and i cant wait until its all done.

The only place to get your nails done. Love the owners and staff, I am always satisfied with my nails after going here :-)

I just went to get my nails done for Mothers Day and they did a horrible job. My nails look very messily done. They didnt even last the whole day without chipping. The one positive thing I can say is that the people are very social but I still I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The first time I came here it was amazing ! This time the guy that was doing my nails was super rough and was rushing, Not only did he spill his primer on my leg leaving marks they still charged me full price and didn’t clean my nails up all the way I still have acrylic on my skin 😡 not cool!

I been standing outside since 9a this friday since hours on the door say 9 it is not 931 and nobody is here STILL very unprofessional. Not only that but they did a HORRIBLE job on my nails i do NOT recommend

HORRIBLE got my nails done and they were SO UN PROFESSIONAL. I went back to get them done for free at their request. I had an appointment which I arrived 20 min before appt time I sat there and the guy that was going to do my nails said do you have an appt I said yes with you in 20 min. He continued to do the client he had. When it was my turn he had the girl sitting next to him come and tell me they changed my appt REALLY

Lousy experience!! I was the only person sitting in the wait area and was waiting 6-mins before anyone spoke to me and afterwards I was again ignored. After ten additional minutes of waiting two women came into the shop and I witness the same person who was ignoring me graciously greet the women the very moment they entered. I gathered my things and left!

Very relaxing atmosphere, and their customer service is EXCELLENT!!

Staff is not friendly especially the lady name Kelly!!! Every time I have my nails done at this place soon as I get home my nails break. When I return to get my broken nails fix the staff have an attitude and start to talk smack about you to their employees.

Did not offer water to clients. Also drying and waiting area was very small.
