Wow. Never have I encountered such a supposedly upscale place with such poor customer service/relations. I had scheduled a hair appointment almost a month in advance, alerting the staff in my appointment notes that I have an allergy to a certain chemical commonly found in many hair products and to please check to make sure that the products being used on me would be free of this chemical. The appointment was accepted, and I received my confirmation text 24 hours before my scheduled appointment to confirm, which I did. Imagine my shock when less than 17 hours before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from the receptionist telling me my appointment would be cancelled due to this allergy. I informed her that I have had my hair done there a few times before with that caveat in my notes, and that it had never been a problem there before and I asked to speak with the owner or manager. Neither would pick up the phone to discuss with me or call me back. Now, had I cancelled within 24 hours of my appointment, my credit card would have been charged the full amount of my service, but yet they felt they could cancel within that time frame without it being a problem. Had they wanted to cancel as soon as I made my appointment or with a decent amount of advance notice so that I could make other arrangements, that would have been one thing, but to cancel the evening before a morning appointment, is totally unprofessional, inconsiderate, and just plain rude. Their charging the price of a full service if the client cancels within 24 hours while they can cancel whenever they want speaks volumes. I travel a lot and have had my hair done at many other places with this allergy request and it has never once been a problem. I have never left a negative review, but with the lack of courtesy shown at this establishment, I felt it was important to let others know.Renee, this is in response to your answer to my post. If you had taken the 5 minutes to get on the phone or call me back when you were available, you would not have had to write your rebuttal. You fail to address the fact that my appointment was made weeks in advance and cancelled at the last minute, and also that I have had services there before (with the same notes in my file!) and my allergy can and has been safely worked around. (I, too, care about my health and would not do anything to jeopardize it.)My advice to you and your staff is this:Learn to treat clients as you expect to be treated. We, too, have lives outside the salon and other commitments, meetings, appointments, etc., and cancelling a hair appointment that was made several weeks in advance (for a reason that could be worked out) on the evening before the appointment is unacceptable. The owners refusal to pick up the phone to discuss or call back when available shows her lack of concern for anyones time other than her own. Had she done so, a solution could have been found that would have been acceptable to both of us. The 24 hour full service cancellation fee should apply both ways, not just in the salons favor. No great loss as far as a salon goes though - the ever changing cast of stylists were fine, but nothing special. The convenience of the location was their main draw for me.

Today I had the privilege of meeting my forever stylist, Laura! I have lived in NC for about 5 years, and bounced from salon to salon trying to find a stylist who just gets me. I went in to get some highlights, and after Laura talked to me, and really uncovered what I dreamed of for my hair, she came up with a plan. I walked in there today, ready for the normal cut, dye and style job, and left feeling like a brand new woman. I have received compliments all day on how gorgeous my hair color is. For the first time ever, I booked a second appointment on the spot. I am so glad I chose Salon Serenity and met Laura.

For the first time ever I am highly satisfied with my nails thanks to Alyssa. Awesome personality and great nail tech! Everyone is nice they treat everyone the same and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the time you are there. Recommend Alyssa and Serenity Spa 100%.

This place was recommended to me. I am new to the state and wanted to find a nail salon. This place is amazing. They have a smooth online booking. Alyssa was super friendly and did a great job on my nails. I had a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure.

My young daughter and I had a great experience at Serenity! We got haircuts and mani/pedi’s. Karen cut my hair I was so impressed with the way she truly listened to what I wanted and didn’t want. Alyssa did our nails and not only did an amazing job but was such a joy to work with. They go above and beyond to pamper! From the front desk to the services, I highly recommend this spa!

Would give this place a zero if I could... Made an appointment for Saturday, 10 am. Got a migraine, so my husband rescheduled the appointment for the next day. Came in on time, the stylist was nice, asked what I needed done, I told her, she told me what it was gonna cost, I said ok...But then in came Renee, asked what was going on, took one look, said to the stylist that even with a waiver shes not touching my hair, proceeded to tell me that Im going bald/damaged/broken hair, and to go get a light wig for summer. Even continued to say that I had a migraine so therefore Im on medication - whats this got to do with anything? Also made sure to bring another stylist in and told her let this be a learning lesson... except she was wrong. Let this be a learning lesson Renee, if you dont wanna do someones hair, just say you dont know what you are doing, or just dont want to do it. Dont insult people by telling them that they are going bald, to get a wig, and that someones on migraine medication, have a little more compassion, be more humble.Got my hair done an hr later cross town half the price NO WAIVER needed ... this isnt skydiving

I spoke with Becca to book an appointment over the phone and her customer service was exceptional. She was helpful in getting the booking completed in a timely manner and very accommodating of my spa service requests. It was refreshing to have a genuine conversation and such an efficient booking process. This made it very evident to me that Salon Serenity takes great care of their customers. Thank you Becca!

I am so happy with my experience at this salon. I went to Karen and she did an amazing job with my hair. My old stylist stopped seeing people so I needed someone new. I loved this salon the first time I lived in Wake Forest and I love it again! The receptionist was super sweet and welcoming, very professional. My new stylist, LauraLee was AMAZING! The inside of the salon is pretty, my hair stylist was nice but for what I got (a balayage and hair cut) I do believe it is overpriced. I was there for longer than I should’ve been (4 hours) and charged an extra $70 for toner and extra bleach, which after talking to others in the field said should’ve come with the balayage. I do wish I these extra charges were brought up before or made clearer online. Overall I am happy with my hair, but feel like I could’ve gotten the same work for cheaper.

Karen Stevenson is an EXCELLENT stylist! I have been going to her for many years and she always takes time to discuss my thoughts on what kind of haircut I might want. Through the years, we have gone from curly bob to sophisticated short cut. In the beginning, my hair was naturally brown and then the gray hair started coming out. I was unsure of what color I wanted and Karen managed to combine just the right shades of brown to match my eyes! I love it!

Renee at Salon Serenity runs a great business and is a wonderful experienced stylist you can trust! My hair always looks great and I never have to worry that it wont! I recently went and had highlights and a Brazilian blowout done with a wonderful stylist named Heidi. I have never had my hair blend so beautifully. My hair gets frizzy in high humidity and the Brazilian blowout was just what I needed. Its awesome! The salon is professional and the staff was very nice.

Even during these hard times, the staff was up for the challenge. I had to call to let them know I was there for my appointment. They met me at the door and took my temperature. After, I was escorted to my station for my service. Outstanding service. Afterwards, I was checked out while still at my station. Then I was escorted out the salon through a different exit. I felt this salon took every precaution to keep me and them safe.

Love! Love! Love! Had the best spa day yesterday with a massage, facial and pedicure. It was my first (and definitely not last) time visiting and it did not disappoint - what a Wake Forest gem! All of the ladies were so sweet and knowledgeable and each detail luxe. It was truly the most relaxed I’ve been in a LONG time. Thank you for the wonderful day!P.S. They have the GOOD spray tan setup - which I didn’t know existed in Wake Forest! I’ve had to drive into Raleigh for years to get a good tan. Will definitely be trying it out come wedding season!

I paid $220 plus tip for a balayge that immediately looked like a half inch grown out highlight. I have really bright tiger stripes in my hair, the balayage started almost at the crown, one side of my head has really bright stripes as opposed to the other, and my hair is slightly fried. I called because I was unhappy. They had me come in for a consult and ended up she was going to charge me an additional $50 to fix it. I refuse to pay more money for something that Ive already paid a lot for.They stylist, Heidi, was nice, but I find it very unprofessional that Id be charged an additional $50 to fix.

I had a full spa day consisting of a massage, mini facial, mani and pedi. All of the services I received and people I encountered were great. The facility is beautiful and I truly felt like I was somewhere on vacation. The only negative thing I have to say is that I was given a robe to wear and it was way too small, I had to really hold it together and it didnt cover much. I asked for a larger robe and the woman said she thinks there might be one somewhere and the one I was given was not any bigger. It was just embarrassing so I didnt ask for another robe for a second time. I recently had a baby so I am feeling really self conscious lately and I have psoriasis so it wouldve been nice to have it cover my body. I wouldve loved to wear it during my mani and pedi but it wasnt possible.

I had a deep tissue massage with Katie. My first time ever having a message & it was great! Katie is absolutely the person I needed for that. Not only because her hands are magical but also because her personality was fabulous lol. But I had my eyebrows waxed & tinted & I’m not so happy with that. They are not shaped good & one eyebrow is darker than the other. If the one wasn’t darker u wouldn’t have known I had them done 🙁. Would not do it again a total waist of money.

First of all, I came in with my hair a mess. It was severely damaged and bleached out from box color. Heidi performed nothing short of magic. She did a full color, highlights, and a haircut. She also informed me of products she used on my hair which were also available for purchase. I felt like a new woman. My hair is healthier than it has been in years. While my hair was processing I had a Brow Wax and Tint with Caroline. She too, did an amazing job. She took time during this service to talk to me about my skin. I then scheduled a facial with her. At this appointment she gave me better information than I have recently received from a dermatologist and gave me the most amazing facial imaginable. My skin literally glowed! I couldnt stop there, I was intrigued by the lash lift and tint so I booked an appointment with Drena for this service. Cant remember the last time my lashes looked so good, no need for curling and no need for mascara!I cant say enough about the professionalism and kindness of all the staff I encountered at Salon Serenity Spa. I cant wait to try out more of the services available. If you truly want pampered Salon Serenity Spa is a MUST!!

Facials with Caroline are a MUST have experience! I came in for my facial with Caroline with a massive migraine. She personalized a facial experience for me and by the end of my appointment, my migraine was gone! Not only was I pain free, I was relaxed and my skin looked and felt amazing! Best facial I have ever had! She is truly passionate and gifted at her craft! Go see her for a 5 star experience!!

I moved to Wake Forest in August of 2018. I went to five different salons before finding Salon Serenity Spa! I was definitely weary with the stylist in NC. I didnt think I would ever find someone who could do my California blonde hair. After a couple of corrections due to the other stylist, Heidi was able to get me where I wanted to be! She explained everything she was doing to get me where I wanted. I love her! My hair has found a home! And, not only my hair, but my whole well being! The owner Renee and the staff (starting with Lisa at the front desk) are just amazing! My eye brows are happy (& I dont have to drive to Benefit). My toes and nails are happy! And, I know my facial is going to be AMAZING! If you need a new home for your personal well being Salon Serenity Spa IS IT!

My husband and I recently booked a couples massage at Salon Serenity. From the time we entered the the front door we felt pampered! It was amazing! The owner greeted us with a warm smile and offered us complimentary cocktails. We booked 90 minute massages and we enjoyed every single minute! My daughter and I visited this salon about a week ago and it was an amazing experience. The salon is beautiful and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Why I haven’t been lucky enough to visit the spa in person (I live out of town) I wanted to leave a review for Jen. Jen and I have worked side by side as makeup artists for almost 3 years. Her skills are just amazing and her customers are always WOWed when she is finished working her magic! I have witnessed Jen with her clients- she always asks about what the clients goals are for their appointment and how they want to look and feel afterwards. Most importantly Jen CARES that her clients wishes are delivered! Jen also is a hair stylist, and while I have not had the pleasure of her styling my hair, I know that she has the same commitment to making her hair customers thrilled with their look!

I literally dont have one negative thing to say about this salon. The staff is great and the place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. They make sure to take care of their clients and make sure youre happy before you leave. I have never left this salon disappointed and refuse to go anywhere else for my hair appointments. Cass provides a great Vichy massage at Salon Serenity. The salon is relaxing and practices clean COVID, touch free practices. I would highly recommend for a nice relaxing treat. My kids also get their hair cut here, and we have the same level of experience with hair cuts.

Absolutely Fantastic! first thing right off the bat I was offered a tour of the salon and it was beautiful!My appointment today was for my second ever Brazilian Blowout. My stylist was Jazlyn, and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently! I am so pleased with the way my hair turned out! I normally have really curly hair but by the time she was done it was so smooth and so straight I was in awe!The salon itself is absolutely stunning! They even have a snack bar with munchies if you get hungry! I was promptly offered something to drink with the choices being water, soda or coffee. Salon Serenity has so much to offer! They have spray tanning, massage,facials,a even have a weight loss doctor that comes in once a week.I was absolutely blown away by the beauty of the salon and the professionalism of the stylist! If youre looking for a place in Wake Forest to have a dog of pampering or just to get a waxing, I recommend this place!

I went to Heather for a haircut and she did a great job! I wanted to go much shorter and was nervous about trying someone new, so I took several pictures with me to see what she thought. She was confident that I would love what she did and she was right. Ive received more compliments than I could ever imagine.A few weeks later I went to Jennifer for a pedicure. Its been years since I had one and Jennifer was terrific! Shes very experienced, very calming, and shes fun to talk to. Ill definitely be back to see them both!

Great atmosphere! Welcoming and relaxing, very nice staff. I Love the color, but I gave this 3 stars because of the cut. I even had it cut again after it was styled because it was not layered the way I wanted it, it still did not turn out like I wanted. I want to wear it straight or curly, I had a pic of myself from 3 years ago to show what I was looking for. When you are in this business its important to update your skills frequently. I am 50 and have cut and colored my own hair. I have had it cut and colored many, many times by professionals and know when I see a good cut. Fortunately, I have curly hair so I can make a bad or mediocre cut work.

The first time I visited the spa was to get a full body airbrush tan for my wedding day. Staff was very welcoming upon my arrival. The process was quick and simple and my tan was absolutely beautiful. My clothing of choice was not quite loose enough for the drive home so the staff kindly let me borrow a robe. The second time I went was only for an upper body airbrush tan. I unfortunately missed my scheduled appointment, once I called them to apologize they were able to reschedule me for that same day. I loved my results! This spa is so accommodating! :-)

SSS is absolutely amazing!! The staff, customer service and amenities are excellent! Renee completely changed the way I look and treat myself in just a few hours! She gave me a beautiful cut and phenomenal color! Then she took the time to teach me how to style it properly and it has seriously never looked better! IM ABLE TO MAKE IT BEAUTIFUL NOW AT HOME TOO!! So many stylists can make it pretty for the day. Renee taught me to make it pretty every day! She also took into account my every day life and how fast my hair grows and tried to color it in a way to save me time and money in the long run and its perfect! Then, I started visiting Nora for facials. I just got to the age where things are going downhill and Nora is bringing my skin back to the way it used to be when I was younger! Its simply amazing what shes capable of doing in an hour. She is super talented. They enjoy what they do and enjoy each other. Its a great environment. Theyre miracle workers and I wish I could just live there!

I have been coming to Salon Serenity for a little over a year now. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff, services, and customer service. Today, my experience was no different. Brooklyn washed, cut and styled my hair, and I have to say, it was the best haircut Ive ever had. Starting from the beginning, Brooklyn was amazing. She took her time washing my hair & even gave me a nice scalp/head massage! When it came time to cut, she listened to my requests, and she delivered a cut and style better than I could have imagined. I am more than pleased with my experiences at Salon Serenity, and I will continue to come back for all of my salon/spa needs!

Updated Review: I was ultimately unhappy with my haircut (I showed a picture of a prior haircut I loved and the end result was nothing like the picture WAY TOO SHORT and no layers), and called the very next business day, was scheduled for the next day. I was very nervous. Had some layers put in and the haircut was much more acceptable, but still too short - I go to check out - and was charged FULL PRICE. I have spent over $200, I am unhappy with my hair. I will never go back.Wonderful experience getting my haircut. Beautiful and peaceful throughout. Very friendly and professional staff. Will definitely be going back!

WOW! So impressed! After losing my hairdresser of 12+ years, I had spent six months looking for a new place to call home. I came across Serenity, looked at their website and reviews. I carefully compared them to other places and then made the choice to make an appointment here. I am so happy I did. Immediately on arrival, I met the owner and my stylist, Heather. Heather gave me a tour of the state of the art facility, then sat with me and again, the owner, and assessed my coloring before choosing the exact hair color for me that would compliment my skin! Never has anyone spent that much time with me. When it was all said and done, my hair color was PERFECT, cut was fantastic and price also very competitive! Heather is a doll! I do believe I found my new home!

I am a client of Kearsten Leder, the hair stylist I go to see. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I have long blonde hair and I like to switch it up sometimes. She is wonderful with color!! She always does exactly what I want every time. I will never see any other hair stylist. I get compliments on my hair all the time

Went to Jazlyn today, my first time at Salon Serenity, and I am SO happy! She did an amazing job, exactly what I hoped for and what we talked about prior to getting started! The owner was so nice, gave me a tour in the beginning of the facilities and checked on us during the appointment. I LOVE my hair and have already booked my sister for an appointment next week!

Ive had some pretty bad back pain for the last several weeks and just finished a massage there that I got as a gift from some friends. It was supposed to be just a relaxing massage, but not only am I blissed out, but I am pain free for the first time in weeks! I work (not as a therapist) for a competitor, and I can honestly say that this is the BEST massage I have ever gotten in my life. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the massage and the entire spa. The staff was amazing, the atmosphere impeccable and the whole experience just a delight. I WILL BE BACK!

I recently was the winner of a facebook contest at Salon Serenity Spa. I can express how excited I was to be the winner of a treatment each month until the end of the year! I went today for my first spa facial and it was an awesome experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I havent had a facial in a very long time and it was a very nice treat! I cant wait until next month to return for another spa service. Would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a great relaxing spa experience.

I had a mini makeup session with Chelsea and I highly recommend her services. I was interested in learning more about contouring and she walked me through the process and explained the why and how of it. She taught me application techniques as well as which brushes and product to use. That was a few weeks ago and I have been able to do my own contouring flawlessly ever since!!! Make an appointment today- you wont regret it.

Wonderful spa, clean, spacious and inviting. Staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Nya cut,colored and highlighted my hair. I love it. Once comment I received was that it had never looked nicer. Abby talked with me about face products which I bought and really like. After searching for a salon for many years, I stumbled upon Serenity and was skeptical because of not wanting to be disappointed, yet again, in my hair. But I made an appointment with hopes of possibly finding my salon home. I first came in and was instantly greeted by a sweet warm smile by the receptionist, Ryann. She then showed me around the whole entire salon, which is very kept up and clean. When it was my appointment time. Renee came and got me and sat down with me and listened to what I wanted done with my hair and she really listened and then her and I made a plan and she went to work. She also gave me specific tips on how to manage my type hair. Which is very thick and coarse. After it was done my expectations were blown away! My hair is beautiful, the color, cut and the feeling of it is soft and silky. I had tears and actually hugged her because its so refreshing to find somewhere you can trust and feel apart of their family! I have found my Salon home!

Ashley did a great job on my bob haircut. As a stylist myself I was very impressed. I have stick straight difficult hair but she blended it very well. All around I had a great experience and will definitely go back.

I saw miss Lin yesterday for a mani and I’ve never been so in love with my nails!!I was coming to her after a previous salon did serious damage to my nails, but she’s a pro and had no issues at all.She even gave me the cutest little glittery icicle design and helped me choose the exact shade of lilac I wanted.The whole experience was so accommodating, I had a great time and can’t wait to become her next regular!

I had fabulous experience at Salon, Serenity, & Spa! I took my little niece for her 6th birthday and HEATHER went above and beyond to make her fist visit to a spa so special! She even put cucumbers on her eyes like requested! While my niece was being pampered, I received one of the BEST massages ever by BETH! I highly recommend her! Beth listened to my needs and the massage was truly amazing! The spa is clean and absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend everyone give it a try!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere for my daughters sweet sixteen spa party. The experience was pleasant and the girls felt like queens. If you like being catered to then this is the place for you. The staff was very friendly and professional. Again if you like quality, class and a great time this is the place for you.

I just spent a wonderful morning with Jimmy at Salon Serenity and Spa. I went for a pedicure and manicure and it was nothing short of fabulous. Aside from being very professional and meticulous about his work, Jimmy incorporates a very relaxing leg/foot massage with your pedicure and a relaxing hand/finger massage with manicure. What put me over the edge was the neck and upper back massage I got while waiting for my nails to dry. I left feeling very relaxed and will definitely be back for more.

Ashley gave a great spray tan for me before I headed to Nashville for New Years. She took the time to pick the perfect shade to match my natural skin tone! She was extremely informative, making sure I understood exactly how to take care of my tan! The whole staff was very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this spa especially Ashley for an air brush spray tan!

Rebecca is a great stylist and did an awesome job on my hair. The owner was very nice and welcoming, but the environment is a bit catty, between the the stylist and receptionist. The young receptionist with dark hair came into the room while getting my hair done and started to laugh when the stylist said “what?” The receptionist said “nothing,” then they both started laughing. Maybe better customer service would be good.

I just had the massage of my life. I have had these very sore shoulder blades and Jena gave me a massage using trigger points and oh my word I feel like a million bucks. This salon is gorgeous and EVERYONE is so friendly and I will return. I already scheduled my next massage and can’t wait.

This was my first, but not my last visit! When I walked in, the upscale black and white décor was very classic and modern, yet the feeling was very calm and serene--on point! The attention to detail was key for me and made this place unlike any other salon Ive been to...The cucumber water was cold and delicious as I waited. The complimentary lavender hand scrub in the bathroom was thoughtful and felt awesome! And the headrest on the sink was the icing on the cake for me! I always hate getting my hair washed b/c of the pressure and soreness I get on my neck. The headrest will leave you wanting longer washes and rinses and no pain or discomfort! The massage I received from Brenda was wonderfully unique (didnt feel like the other massages I have had elsewhere) and I could tell how passionate she was about giving massages and making her clients feel better. Rene, the owner, did a fabulous job on my highlights and cut! I honestly didnt have to tell her what to do really, she just knew what would look good on me and I love it. The prices were very reasonable in my opinion and I would not hesitate to go again for more!

What an absolutely wonderful experience I had at Salon Serenity. Everyone was friendly and professional. I felt pampered and well taken care of every moment. The salon itself is beautiful, and I enjoyed the cucumber and mint spring water - nice touch. Although I was only there to have my hair colored and cut - thanks, Renee. I was pampered all day at the spa on Thursday, it was such a great experience. I had a salt scrub in the vichy shower, a mud bath, and a massage. It was wonderful. I had a facial with eyebrow wax and dyed. I look subtly different in a great way! Then I had lunch that the salon had arranged for me while I got my pedicure. Finally, I had my hair colored, cut, and styled. I felt like a celebrity and left feeling and looking great! Renee and her staff were all so attentive, nice, and professional. I dont get to do things like this often and getting to do it all in one spot was a delight. I highly recommend!

What an unexpectedly, delightful surprise. From the outside, you’d never guess how amazing this salon and spa is. It belongs in a 5star Resort.I recently left a salon as a longtime client. It was unexpected to have to make a change, so I was apprehensive. I did my research and read reviews across multiple sites. I also personally know Renee, but hadn’t seen her in years.They are busy! You can’t just call and get right in so plan ahead. They won Best of the Best and I see why. Renee is a Master Colorist. I gave her my formulation from the previous salon, and she was able to do what I had ... but BETTER! No bleach or foil was used, yet I got rich, multidimensional color. Extra care was taken to keep my long, colored hair healthy. Renee took the time to find out about my typical hair routine and my goals for the color and maintenance.Ambience: this is a full service salon and spa. Facials, massages, makeup, nails, skin and body treatments, you name it.Price: they are more expensive than my last salon, but worth every penny!

My maid of honor and I went to Salon Serenity & Spa today and both got manicures from Samantha (Sam). She was fantastic. Did a detailed job on our hands with a great hand/arm massage... she took her time and did a quality job. I was pleased that the basic package was so thorough. Sam was the perfect balance of being warm and friendly when engaged, but also allowing my MOH and I to talk and catch up. Sometimes nail technicians are very chatty, but she wasnt. She was happy to work quietly when we were talking, but easily engaged with us when we asked her questions and started conversations. She also had helpful tips on how to better maintain healthier nails (per my inquiry!). The owner even stopped by our room to welcome us and refill our drinks. Everyone we spoke with was pleasant and professional. The rest of the facility was also classy. Private rooms. Clean. No overpowering nail salon smell. They even had a sugar scrub in the restroom... :) Overall, a great pampering experience. Im a happy bride!!

( Most unique facial I have ever had she is amazing)Nails with Naomi (I love her to pieces she is so sweet) and it is definitely a relaxed one on one experience, it was my first appointment with her and I left feeling like we were old childhood friends.Finally we come to Stacy for massage, I have been looking for a new massage therapist for almost 2 years. I bounced from one place to the next never very happy with the massages. Then I met Stacy, my search is now over. Not only does she boast 16 years of experience. (Which makes for an incredible custom massage based on your own individual needs) but also I am so amazed at how personal an experience it becomes talking to her and getting to know her. No more in and out walmart massages.I do not have the words to express how grateful I am to Stacy who is helping me through a very rough illness right now and provides some of the only relief I get in a week. She is phenomenal and definitely worth the visit. Try her once and you will be hooked. She also offers a package price if you like me decide to become a frequent visitor of this amazing salon.

From walking in the door to leaving was just awesome. I would recommend everybody going to Salon Serenity Spa fpr their services.

I am not one to do much with my hair but wanted to hide some gray and didnt want traditional highlights. I called this morning and was provided details on balayage. Brooklyn did an amazing job, she was very patient with my very thick head of hair and the finished product looks very natural, my husband and daughter love it.

I highly recommend Heidi. She always gives a fabulous haircut. And, oh my, the shampoo. I came in with a headache and her fingers worked some magic!

Wonderful experience with Stacey! I had intense soreness in my beck and shoulders. She expertly adjusted her pressure and technique to work my trouble areas while still working on the full body. She checked in throughout the massage to make sure pressure was okay. Every inch of my body feels relaxed!!!

Salon Serenity & Spa offers a calm, soothing atmosphere with individual styling rooms, which is especially nice for people wanting to avoid the multiple chemical exposures found in other salons. The decor is sparkling and beautifully designed. The salon is within easy driving distance to both historic and new Wake Forest, as well as north Raleigh and surrounding small towns. Got a massage and boy was it worth it! Tension and stress just melted away. As a guy, I had never gotten one before, but at the urging of my wife I did--and I really loved it. The therapist was professional and made me feel right at home. Now, I try to go at least once a week. Being busy with work all the time its nice to just have that time to myself. Give it a try - you wont be disappointed!

Worst salon Ive ever been to. Terrible customer service and terrible results. When I tried to get the issue rectified or refunded, the manager refused to do either.Update: This is the correct salon and this issue occurred last year, which is why your records might not show it. Patrick was the stylist who did my hair, and the whole experience was terrible. I have never received such poor customer service. There are many excellent salons in the Raleigh/Wake Forest area, but this is not one of them; I would not recommend it to others.

My daughter has had her hair done twice @ this salon and was extremely happy with the first but a little disappointed about the second. The owner found out and took the time to contact me to remedy the issue. Not always do things go perfectly but it is how we respond when they dont is what matters. Nya did an absolutely stellar job with my balayage. It looks SO fantastic. She really took a lot of time to make sure it was exactly the color and cut I wanted and I felt relaxed and not rushed. She made sure to ask if I liked it and suggested ways to warm it up or cool it down if I thought the change was too dramatic. I LOVE my hair color now(so does my husband). The colors I ended up with totally warmed up my skin tone and Im ready for summer. Thanks Nya!
