They did a super good job! The only thing is the wait was a bit long even though I had an appointment but they really did an amazing job and it was worth the little bit of a wait. Super kind staff and my nails turned out beautiful!!

Today I went to get my nails done and the guy who attended me made me feel very uncomfortable mad and not happy for he’s service. This was my first time in years doing my nails for Mother’s Day and I was not expecting what I experienced. Also the nails to be done the cost is $60 and I wanted a design in one nail in each hand extra cost $10 each design per nail. I said that’s fine has longest you do it like the image. Well no bad very bad design it was horrible. Hou Lee I think that’s he’s name would always say relax and Iam like I am relax and tap ur hand all the freaking time it was horrible feeling. Ladies if you want to go there go but make sure u don’t get that guy he’s old looking but looks great for he’s age. I feel bad for the lady who works with him because she was very sweat and nice made u feel comfortable. If the lady is the owner she needs to get him fired or her business will go down.

The workers there were very friendly so my friend and I were hopeful about this place, but then when they started on our nails it went south. both of us got full gel polish acrylic sets, the lady that did my friends nails could not for the life of her get the almond shape right and my friends nails ended up with different shapes for each hand. The guy that did my nails was fine, but after getting our nails done, we realized that they didn’t even give us gel polish, putting our nails up to the light you could see light through them. My friend said that looking back at it, the polish the lady used looked very watery. it’s been a couple days since getting our nails done, i received some french tips and i can see that the acrylic is lifting bc the area closest to my cuticles are cloudy and not clear, on top of that the painting lines of my friends nails are not clean and the acrylics have already chipped on my friends nails. From the overall result paying $55 and $60 for our nails, the prices for the quality is NOT worth it. idk why the reviews are so good at this place and idk if the two workers there that day were new but definitely not coming back.

Do not go here they are the rudest people that I’ve ever met I waited 45 minutes for them to do my nails they did not acknowledge me. I told the lady what I wanted which was acrylic white tip nails but I wanted them long I’ve gotten this at previous nail places before she told me that that is not possible she cannot do that and it won’t look good

I believe his name was David, he did my nails and really took his time and made sure to file and shape my nails. It wasnt busy when I went in and I didnt feel as if they were trying to rush me out or anything. Ill be going back!

My husband and I started going to Serenity Nails about three years ago. They are the only place that I have seen in Waco that does quality work. Especially since my husband gets horrible ingrown toenails. Everyone is so nice and the message chairs are amazing. You can get different pedicures and for men it is easy to sit and relax, Even if you are a big guy. My husband is 65 and doesnt always fit anywhere. The chairs are perfect and he loves the place.

I love this place and have been going here for about a year! Only reason why i give it 4 stars is because ONLY the guy named David there does a good job. He is the only one i let touch my nails now. The ladys cant shape right and the other male isnt very good. If you go ask for David and you will be happy as can be!

I showed the nail technician what I wanted and they didn’t give me anything close to what I asked for the staff was rude and when I told them they were hurting me they told me to just relax.

Love love LOVE this place! I’ve been going here for about six months now, every two weeks, and I will not go anywhere else! David is my go-to nail tech; he is a perfectionist! Never any complaints. They are all so friendly and kind, they always treat me well and ask me how my life is going and remember the small things. Best experience Ive had at ANY Waco nail salon! I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years in Waco, and my 4 year old now frequently tags along with me- such a peaceful and welcoming environment! I have had issues with places being dirty and multiple salons accidentally cutting me... so Im so glad to find a clean, customer service oriented salon. Kevin did a WONDERFUL job on my nails, my his wife was great with my 4 year old. This will be our new nail home!

What a wonderful experience! Not being from Waco, I had no idea where to go to get a good pedicure and solar nails. Looked online to find the place with the best reputation and stumbled upon Serenity. The online reviews looked promising. They were right. They did not have a same day opening until 7:00, but I took it. When we (my brother and I) arrived, they were hopping. But we only had to wait about 10 minutes until we were back in our chair in the pedicure area. Every chair there was full! The chairs, the exfoliating scrub, the foot and leg massage; I was so relaxed! This was followed by the best manicure I have ever had! It was a thoroughly enjoying experience. I now know where to go when I am in town.

The building could use some updating on the inside and the outside, but everyone was very nice. I never got the nail techs name, but he really took his time and effort to properly soak my nails off (unlike other place Ive been where they rip them off). He lightly filed and continued to use the remover (which was a relief). I got a gel manicure and the price was very reasonable ($35 for the take off and gel manicure). He was neat with the painting and overall did a very good job. I know I will return here for my gel manicures from now on.

The service here was excellent. They were friendly and very good at their jobs. I had a pedicure and manicure. I am extremely satisfied with the experience and will go back whenever I have the chance.

I went here twice. The first time I just got a regular gel manicure. It was great until 5 days later when the gel easily peeled off my nails. Gel isn’t supposed to come off easily. So that was frustrating, but I looked past it and thought maybe I should just try accrylic. So I went to get a full set, but the guy didn’t listen to anything I wanted other than the nail color. I told him I wanted oval shape and for them to look natural and short. I even had a picture which I showed him. I got square round, chunky and long nails instead. Normally I would have said something but he kept tugging on my arm and tapping my hand to “relax” which made me frustrated and all I wanted to do was leave.I’ve never written a review before. I always give places the benefit of the doubt but I am super upset that I had such a negative experience here.

Tina did my nails the first time I went and I was really impressed. She was really gentle with my nails and pleasant to talk to. I definitely found my preferred nail salon and person to do my nails!!!

Im just visiting Waco and I am so impressed with Serenity Nails! First of all, their pricing is awesome!! I got a full acrylic set and pedicure for $51. The entire experience was very relaxing. Kevin is a perfectionist. I will definitely be back.

I usually come here all the time to get my nails done because they’re cheap. but today i took my bestfriend to get her nails done too. her nails were lumpy and the lady even forgot to do one nail in the beginning but went back to do it. my friend’s nails cost $40. which isn’t bad. mine cost $53 because i got gel and an initial on my ring finger. price was also understandable. but my nails have gaps in them, they are also lumpy, and some of them aren’t even the same length. i don’t think it was worth the $93 dollars i spent. 😕

Such good service, great chairs, but best of all great people. My favorite place in Waco for the last 7 years.

Every so often Ill take a break from my acrylics and let my real nails breathe but I always dread getting them removed (previous removals from other salons have always been painful). Not here though!! Kevin was the sweetest man and was so gentle when removing my nails. He removed every part of the acrylic nail and made sure my real nails looked good. I will definitely be coming back for my usual manis/pedis!

I got dip nails done here amd it was very good. Tina was very thorough. I had one of my naila torn up from an injury and she sealed it up you cant even tell its messed up now with the dip nails :)

Clean friendly beautiful designs and results

Up until recently I had a good experience with them. Got a pedicure and the man was really rough- nipped my skin a couple times. And used a brush to “scrub” my toes and in between- way too hard!

Walked in to get my nails done and the lady was very rude. Was no one in there but she said she had an appointment which was fine. I asked what time I could get them done and she sighed real hard and rolled her eyes. I told them never mind I dont want a rude person and walked out. So disappointed after reading all the good reviews I thought this is great its walking distance. To bad for me I guess!

The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because they dont have color acrylic. I had 2 nails replaced and a fill and color change at Nail 2000... I had to come here to get the nail replaced that I heard replaced an hour ago
