I love everyone here, the service is great! Johnny and brian are so funny. It feels like family in there, and the nail art is always perfect.

I recently started working in the Waco area, so I’ve been trying to find a new nail salon close to work. I haven’t had any luck until today!I walked in and they were packed, so I was worried I’d have to wait forever. I was greeted immediately and got into a chair right away!Ben did my nails and he was very sweet and did an amazing job. My nails were in pretty rough shape and I appreciated that he didn’t talk poorly about it like some nail salons will do. He struck up just enough conversation to make it enjoyable and although he was pretty quick, it didn’t feel rushed or sloppy at all. He also did a great job making sure I liked how it looked at multiple times throughout the nail set. I will definitely be back and can’t wait to try out a pedicure here. I was definitely impressed and am super excited to finally find a nail salon I love!

This place is just isn’t cutting it anymore, I started coming here a year ago when I moved to Waco recommended by a friend and they did GREAT work. But my last couple of visits by a particular manacurist has just gone down the drain. And the pedi I just got is just plain awful looking. And that fact that I come back in a couple of days because I’m just bot happy about the ending result should let them know that some of there people’s work need to be reviewed.

Came in and didn’t even get greeted nor asked what I needed. After 20 minutes of sitting I finally was able to tell a guy I needed a fill. Waited 30 minutes later and still wasn’t waited on. Watched 5+ people walk out and their toes were awful! I left after an hour and glad I didn’t get my nails done here by the quality I saw while waiting.

I went with my best friend to get a manicure and pedicure, and let me tell you that pedicure was so relaxing! I loved the environment and the massage chairs, it was clearly very clean. My only comment is that the staff wasnt very talkative. The lady who did my manicure was really rough with my cuticles but I dont complain much about pain so it was fine for me but if anybody has sensitive hands they would not like it. I will say she was very attentive to detail because my cuticles were very messy when I came in.

I found this place when I first moved here, 6 years ago. Rose is the BEST PEDICURE in Texas. I was out of town for 3 months and tried others and she is just top notch!! The atmosphere is tranquil and I just have no complaints ever!! Thuy her sister is an amazing nail artist, as well!!

Literally my nails came out perfect. Not sure the name of the person I got but he did amazing. The whole staff was so sweet. Totally go here!! 10/10 perfect!

Clean and friendly but expensive for quality and time. Felt like I was a number in an assembly line.Requested a pedicure and fill with gel coat. Purchased the 2nd most expensive pedicure wanting to be pampered. However, the total time of pedicure was about 30 minutes and felt I received the basic pedicure, not detailed. The fill with gel top coat was great. She was detailed but charged me a full-set with gel instead of a fill.

Brian done an excellent job on my feet. The bottom of my feet are smoother than a babys bottom 😁. I highly recommend him if you have dry rough skin on your feet.

Rose just gave me the best pedicure! I’ve been searching, for a long time, for a person that takes pride in providing a quality pedicure...I’m so glad I finally found her!!!

Went in this morning for a pedicure & nail fill in. I was immediately taken back for the pedicure, which was done by Ha. Afterward, I was taken to Vincent for my nails. Ha & Vincent were very professional & meticulous, taking their time to do an outstanding job. From them, I have received the best experience Ive ever had. Ive frequently just stared at both my finger & toe nails just admiring how fantastic they look. The place was very clean & prices are comparable to other salons. Everyone was courteous & friendly. I am so VERY pleased & will definitely return. Thank you Ha & Vincent!

I love going here. They are very fast! My nails always look amazing! My Gel Toes always look so good. They play Christian music! I just love this place!!

Treat yourself! Very well trained staff. Courteous and thorough. Always do a great job. Prices are very reasonable. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a pedicure.

Total rush job they dont take pride in precision way to much going on horrible customer service and I say this as I sit in the chair will not be back

I had previously left a 5 star review of this salon, but after my last visit I had to revise the rating. I was concerned to see that none of the tool used at this salon were in sealed packages (indicating that they had been sterilized in an autoclave) and I felt that my pedicure was very rushed. I would not recommend this salon.

This is a best nail salon in Waco. When I walked in, theyre so busy. I got my dip nail done by Brian. Even though they were busy but he still took his time and did a best job to make my nails beauty. He extremely friendly also. I would definitely come back.

I had such a good experience here, such nice people who are so easy to talk to! My nails came out perfectly, and I felt very at home here. This is the only place where Ill get my nails done. The atmosphere is so nice, and it is so pretty in there! Oh and if you want a good manicure, ask for johnny, if you want a good pedicure, ask for tu (pronounced like two or too)! Theyre the best and are some of the nicest people in the business. Loved it and love them! Definitely worthy of 5 stars.

I thought other reviewers were exaggerating, but its actually one of the best experiences Ive had. They do my hands, neck, and shoulders. She had my drink ready. Theyre very accomodating. I was too relaxed to take pictures.

I got the delux pedicure and it was by far the best one I’ve ever gotten! Not only did she massage my feet and legs, she also massaged my arms, neck and shoulders. The lady was super nice and the whole experience was very relaxing. I will for sure be going back!

I loved it. The person who did my nails (I believe his name was Johnny) was really entertaining and always asked or checked to see if what he was doing was what I wanted and it was a very good experience. Extremely friendly also, I would definitely go back.

I guess the nail technician got mad because I only wanted a regular pedicure instead of a deluxe. She did not clip my toe nails. When I asked her about it she argued with me. Also the wax was way too hot when I dipped my foot in.I have been there before and enjoyed my experience. I dont think Ill go back.

Worst experience Ive ever had. My friend and I went together to have pedicures and just catch up. Because she was getting a manicure also they called her back first. The shop was very busy and when I they called me back for my pedicure I asked if I could wait for her manicure to be done so we could sit together and they just rudely told me that wasnt an option because they were busy (again I was willing to wait) and laughed and made jokes and said if there was an open chair when she was done they would put her beside me. She ended up being set all the way across the room from me. After i was seated I saw 3 larger groups be sat together upon request. The pedicure itself wasnt great, the wax was way to hot and when I told him that he just looked at me like what do you want me to do about it. Then came the neck massage that I was not aware of. This ended up in me covered in the strong smelling cheap lotion all over the back of my neck and in my hair and all over my arms. By the time it was over I had a very basic pedicure, felt like I was hit by a bus after the massage and slimy from all the lotion. All that for $50 and didnt even get to talk to my friend that I went with. I will not be back.

So first one guy did my nails I showed him a picture of what I wanted and explained it. He did it so sloppy and rushed. Right after he left so I complained and another guy did them it took forever and they were not what I even asked for! At least the other guy did them a little better but still not what I asked for! Never coming here again!

I always go to Johnny most of the time. I love this Nail place for all my pedicure and manicure needs. Very Christian atmosphere.

This place is worth the drive! Best nail salon in waco hands down.They take their time and really make you feel like your gettinf your money worth. To top it all off my nails lasted a month and still didnt lift or fall off.Love love love this place

Nails of America is a beautiful facility and the people are very kind, which is why I chose to take my bridesmaids there for manicures before my wedding. However, I am not happy with our experience because we were rushed and therefore our nails were not done well. In fact, I had to go to another place in town to get my toes re-done. Like I said, beautiful facility & kind people, but they did not a good job.

They screwed up my nails. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Do not recommend pedicure. The guy that did mine did not let the wax cool before he put my foot in resulting in the bottom of my toes and foot being burned. The manager Tina didn’t even take time to check on me. I was still charged full price even though they BURNT my foot.

Wonderful service, very caring! They would roll up towels to put behind my aging Mothers back so she was comfortable, even brought her warm water in a bowl to rinse her hands!

Loved my dip and pedi, also had eyebrows waxed, and they were done perfectly, but....my debit card number was confiscated somehow, so I had to deal with fraud, the bank, having card cancelled and reordered. I will use cash from now on.

Not only is it difficult to communicate with them, but they are rude when asked to correct something they did! These people have no customer service at all, and pay no attention in what you are asking for. I simply wanted a good experience and be happy with my pedicure, but instead I left with the worst pedicure in history. Nails where cut completely crooked and left untouched underneath my nail so they where dirty as I came in. When I asked her to fix the crooked nails she was rude and raised voice explaining that she will get to it (as if I where asking for a free service) I strongly DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE!!!!

While in Waco visiting our son, I decided to treat myself to a manicure&pedicure. I had the BEST expierence at a local nail salon. There was NO budda figures nor the apperance of false gods. The atmosphere and staff were welcoming and the choice of music playing was Christian!! Nothing loud, very peaceful and inviting. If ever in the area take time to patronize a great place.

I have been going here for 2 years and getting dipped nails and the past 2 times I have gotten my nails done they have started peeling off and ruining my nails. If you go to get your nails done the only ones that do it right and makes it to were they last is James and Johnny. Would not suggest going to anyone else there.

Not the best on doing pedicures, when you have very dry feet, was hoping my feet would be soft and not still rough😔

The worse experience ever! Very disappointed!The man who did my nails did a terrible job! I had to go pay someone else to take them off the next day off! I wish I could post a picture & show you how bad it was. He hurt my real nails & did not do as I asked & the worst part is that it cost me $35 to have him mess up my nails! I had to pay for terrible service & pay another $35 to fix them. Oh & he made me feel so uncomfortable especially when he dropped the nail polish & broke... He was pissed & he made me feel like it was my fault!

Over charged. They call a massage putting lotion on your skin and leaving it there. the artist had long fingernails scratch that my feet. was very uncomfortable wont be going back.

I have yet to have a bad experience here. I generally like one person to do my pedicures but when she was busy, the other individual filled in nicely.

Rather than wrap my nails to get the gel off, the older gentleman that did my nails had me soak them in acetone for several minutes and then proceeded to file them really hard on top to take off the gel. He filed my pinky nail so hard, he broke it. I wasnt impressed with my visit and thought $35 was a little much to have my nails broken. I can do that to myself for free.
