Very nice experience with getting a storage unit and leaving a u-haul trailer.

Save yourself the horrible customer service and drive an extra 3 miles into town. The front desk woman was extremely cold and rude, and another employee was sarcastic with us-- essentially implying that my partner and I are illiterate. Ive had much better, friendlier service with the dealer in town, I only decided to try this place since its closer to my house. BIG MISTAKE.

This U-Haul rental is part of By-Pass storage. The trucks are clean and in good running condition. There are trucks available with ramps . There is 3 sizes available to rent from open trailer, pick ups, small and large enclosed trucks. With hand trucks (dolly)

Very expensive and didnt get deposit back even tho it was clean and with gas

I only dropped off. It was after hours and i had to park our trailer on the street because the site closed their gate to access their parking. I was worried about theft and being left to pay for the stolen trailer. I kept the dolly just in case and dropped it off in the am, the lady working seemed like she hated her job

People arent very friendly
