My favorite place to go in Waco! This time I got cat eyes. Magnetic gel with designs. My new look is beautiful! They change color depending on how the lights hit them. I will definitely get again. They know my name when I walk in. I actually heard them call out a lot of customers names when they walked in. Ive had facial waxes and my husband gets pedicures done. The store is clean and well set up. They have great suggestions and always explain things. The pink dip is new and beautiful!

I LOVE Chloe!! Shes creative, sweet, and extremely talented... I just come in give her promts or color ideas and let her have complete creative expression. Each time shes done amazing work and im proud to show off my hands.!

Got French dip paid $80 with a basic manicure !!!!! I think it was little to pricey but it was done. The place looks good. Service was great. The guy was really nice. But my nails started to chip Sunday. They have a 10 day guaranteed on dip.

Worst Manicure of my life. When my nails are being cut and filed they were all crooked and when I pointed it out to see if it could be fixed a little bit all I got was attitude… The nail polish is all over the pads of my fingers there is dust and nails all under my nail. My cuticle wasn’t even pushed back and was mediocrely cut.I could have done a better job with my left hand.The pedicure was mediocre as well, but better than the manicure. However the nail polish was only covering about 78% of my nail. My nails were all crooked as well and my calluses were not even touched even though I paid for the more costly pedicure specifically for that reason. When I asked if my calluses could be sanded it got a snooty semi- sanding that did nothing for my calluses.Lastly, the arm and leg massage was not at all the duration that they specified and it was like the woman was petting a puppy 3 times.Whatever you do, do not go to Lois. It is not worth your money.I will come back to give someone else a try and hopefully it will be a better experience.

So while I enjoyed the lady who did my nails very professional and straight to the point while helping me decide on a color bc I was not sure what I wanted, the owner moved my purse 👜 and cell phone out of a chair for another customer instead of asking me to myself.. which I felt was rude. however everything else was amazing great atmosphere and clean.

This place didn’t honor my appointment at all. I had booked days in advance and they didn’t even have room for us. Honor your customers and their appointment times!! What’s the point of making one if I get turned away because there is “no way you can fit me in”?

I came to get my nails done at 5:15, they said it would be a 30 minute wait and that was fine with me. But then they started taking people that got here and signed in after me, so an hour and a half later I was hungry and tired of waiting so I left. I’m sure they do beautiful work, but no manicure is worth that long of a wait.

This salon was pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon! They did a great job with our Pedicures. Used sterilized equipment and a bowl liner.

Annie did my nails and she did a great job! They offer great customer service and make me want to come back.

With my shops logo one them!! Even as small as the art was, she made sure to get ALL the details!! Shes so talented, and I ♡~L O V E~♡ these nails!!!Update 2/20/2020Im chrome-obsessed!! Green satin chrome with a Destiny Fairy glitter accent and stripe! Just put matte top coat over chrome for that satin finish!!Update 2/8/2020Valentines nails! I adore the understated matte red with just a touch of sparkle and -of course- a heart insert. Chloe always does amazing with my on-the-fly ideas!Update 1/27/2020I got geodes nails with encapsulated flowers on the thumb this time! They look like resin flowers! So cute!Update 1/15/2020I havent been here in a long while, but if anything, everything has improved! I took my husband with me this time, and it was his first mani+pedi, so he was nervous at first, but ended up absolutly loving it! He felt great, and kept making comments about how soft his hands and feet are now! Lol! Chloe did an amazing job on my nails as well, she always helps me choose colors that look good together. Im always satisfied with my services. I even went back to add more of Chloes amazing hand painted nail art!Update 6/25/2019:They are so accommodating when it comes to trying new ideas and color combos! Show a picture of what you want, and theyll do their best to make it happen! Their dip powders are so vibrant, and their new technique for blending strong and otherwise clashing colors turns out so well! Chloes free hand nail art is on point, and so so cute! She does a wonderful job everytime I come in!Update 6/10/2019:I am in love with their special colors!! They can put any gel on top of the dip, so your nail can stay healthy with the low-chemical dip powder!This one is a cat eye color! I love it, as it matches my hair color almost perfectly, plus its a subtle sparkle thats not over-the-top. Absolutely wonderful job, every time!Update 5/23/2019:Absolutely gorgeous nail color!! Sahara eye has surprised me with its depth and shifting colors. Each way different lights hit the powder revealed a new color!5/15/2019:Everyone in the shop was so friendly! Even when I couldnt decide on the colors I wanted, they helped me find things Id like and toe polish to match. Honestly, that was the hardest part of all of it!! The pedicure was great, she got rid of my callouses and didnt shorten the massage at all. Plus! She definitely wasnt wimpy about the foot rub! It felt great, and they have different sets of mud and lotions to customize the pedicure. I got the vitamin one, but they also had chocolate, jasmine, and a honey sea salt! The interior is bright and elegant, the massage chairs were plush and comfy. And to top it off, my nails are amazing!! Its my first time getting fake nails, so I was a little hesitant, but they walked me through every step, and I couldnt be more in love! I got the dip nails, which are healthier for your nail.FAIR WARNING: dip nails can take up a lot of time.I will recommend to come early in the day or to make an appointment. Plan to spend 2-3 hours here for both mani+pedi, as they take their time to do things right!

Asked for the $40 pedicure which included 10 min massage, mud mask on legs, callous removal. Was in the chair 20 mins max and received only a basic pedicure. Assumed they didn’t hear my request for the higher level so mentioned it when I paid. But they said I was wrong and did get that one. Same thing happened for my friend. Wouldn’t go back.

It’s been a month since I had my nails done here and it was my first time and I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but I just had too because I keep thinking about it, I got dip on my natural nail and the next day my nail was cracked! I was so upset so I went in to get it fixed & then the 3rd day another nail cracked and I went again to get it fixed and that day another girl came and I heard she came in to get a chipped nail fixed. and not even a week another nail cracked I was so upset I gave up because I’m not going to waste my time driving up there every time a nail chipped I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else because getting your nails done is pricey for it to only last up to a month (except this place) my nails didn’t even last a week.

Ok been sitting here 45 mins and three people done did something to my nails and Ill m still waiting on someone to finish them a very very poor customer service skills

My experience at this salon was amazing! They listened to what I wanted and provided exactly that. I had to have my nails done very specially and clean for a photo shoot and they were excellent! I can not recommend EM Nails more!!

** Rushed, Filthy, No Covid Protocols**Horrible experience. Walked in and was asked to pick my nail color, etc. and was told a technician would be with me soon.After waiting about 10 minutes, was instructed to soak off my own nails. This gave me enough time to look around and notice how filthy and unkempt this place was. Already stuck there I figured I’d go through with my dip manicure.Beware - no covid safety measures are in place other than masks. You are not seated with one chair in between you and other patrons.My dip manicure was untraditional. Steps were done out of order and in a rushed manner. I left with dings in my nails and a color that did not match the one I picked out. Just wanted to get out of there.Only 4 days later my nails were chipped and broken. BUYER BEWARE.

If i could give this place more than 5 stars I would. This place is a legit 10/10.I was attended right away and greeted very nicely. The salon itself is very clean and really pretty and nicely decorated. Its the cutest little thing and everything is extremely organized. Theres nice music playing in the background and you also get offered some delicious tea.My technician was by far one of the best Ive ever had. She was extremely attentive to detail, she did not rush but did a great job in under 45 min (gel mani) and was sweet.The price was great considering how professional the salon and staff is. My nails came out beautiful! This salon will make sure you leave the salon with beautiful nails.Definitely recommend! Will becoming back!!!

Loved my experience with Em nails & beauty salon yesterday. This nail salon is extremely clean, professional and relaxing. If youre looking for a very big fancy salon, this isnt it necessarily, but every member of their staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, well-mannered and did a fantastic job on both the manicure and pedicure I received. I loved the chairs and they even give you pillows for extra comfort if youre having a manicure while also getting a pedicure. The manager was very attentive and hands-on with ensuring that every customer was satisfied. Kudos!

My first time here was wonderful! Technician did a great job on my toes and nails. She was very kind and professional. She took his time making sure the end result was beautiful. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I loved my experience. My technician was Rubi and I felt like I instantly made a forever friend. She was very meticulous and detailed with her work and the salon owner is very friendly as well. The salon is gorgeous and very inviting and clean. The prices are great too. Will definitely go back again!

My toenails are so clean shiny she did a great job. modern nice looking inside not busy at all on sunday! weird but im from out of town so dont know how things typically go in this area. liked the choice of music it was EDM reminded me of living in vegas and the nice hotels and casinos there

Just got my nails done here. I highly recommend. Came here for my moms and mine birthday week. It is just so amazing. I love it here. Complimentary drinks such as water and soda and water. The staff is so amazing too and super gentle!!

All I can say is WOW. Best pedicure I’ve ever had! I did the $50 dollar pedicure and every dollar was worth it!!! I’m honestly really sad I don’t live here and this be my regular place to go to. Their customer service is spectacular! Very comfortable and relaxing place for sure! I got the $50 dollar pedi which is a jelly form type that thickens when it is in the water! It was amazing! You also get a mask as well as paraffin treatment. I noticed she started painting my toes and no paraffin so i thought maybe I read the menu wrong. I wasn’t going to say anything but the owner came up and told her and she took off all my polish and apologized to me. She definitely could’ve gotten away with not doing it but made it right! I love that. They are fairly new(5 months) but I know they will be extremely successful in the future for what they have to offer! Thanks again EM!

I called and they said yes come now, I was visiting my Daughter and couldn’t find a nail salon anywhere and I’m glad I called. The staff is so so nice.. Anytime I come there they will be who I choose. Thank you all so much for your service.. Very clean, with the Corona pandemic floating around upon entering you have to give your name, on the tablet with other info. It is a great thing for everyone’s safety. They know who off the spot who they were in contact with. This way you know who to contact if you have the virus. Put your mask on and be seated. Great job. #TakingAllThePrecautions.

I know it was their first day to reopen, and I was very patient. Despite having an appointment, I was there for 3.5 hours just to get dipped nails. They were very apologetic and so so nice, but when I left the salon, I could see the nail tips underneath the dipped powder. Since I was just happy to have nails again, I said nothing; however, in 2 days time one of the nails came completely off and by day 3, another nail came off and several had cracks across the nail. I paid $55 plus a $10 tip. I had them redone at Escape Nails, and I will NEVER return to EM Nails!!

The ladies were very sweet, but definitely didnt do what I normally get at the place in my town. They didnt cut my toenails for my pedicure, I had to ask. I wanted square but not sure what I got. My nails are natural and I wanted gel, which I got, but not as professional as I would have hoped for a total of $100 spent. Wont be back more than likely.

My nails were embarrassingly in bad shape. They were peeling and chipped,and were stained with food dye. Chloe did a dipping powder and made them look amazing. These people are so nice and obviously good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone.

Best place in Waco hands down!!!! They are amazing and never disappoint. They always go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and leave 100% satisfied.

Honestly I received one of the worst manicures ever from this nail salon. I simply asked for a dipped manicure and that’s what they did but only after they filed and drilled my nails down so much they were paper thin and then once they were done and during the whole process not once were my cuticles cleaned and cared for. I usually don’t leave reviews period but I thought I should after the poor quality manicure I received. My nails have not been done for a week and they are so thin and brittle they keep on breaking and chipping it’s just unacceptable and it should not be happening. Also, it was quite expensive in my opinion. Normally I don’t mind but in this case the quality was not there so the price is not worth it.

Dont search anymore!! THIS IS THE BEST PLACE for pedi/mani! All of the staff are extremely professional and friendly. All the tools are clean and sterilized, and they also use plastic liners for the foot tubs!! Thats a plus for me! Ive been to a few nail salons and never felt safe because some places are not clean. Loved this nail salon! I wanted to find a nail salon closer to me since I moved to downtown Waco and they did not disappoint. Ive tried most nail salons in Waco and these guys by fast pay more attention to detail than any other Ive tried. When I walked in they basically have me a consultation on color matching and their services and even gave me an upfront price before my mani and pedi which I thought was great. They also offer the latest design trends unlike others in the area, they offer complimentary beverages, and have a 10 day free nail repair guarantee. They are not super cheap but also not too expensive, but the quality of their work is definitely worth it. Ill definitely be back to this salon.

Super satisfied. This is place is laid back. It open about 6 months ago. Tien Nguyen did an amazing job on my nails. They have over 750 different colors. The color i got today i was the first dip out of it. Brand new collection I was the first dip out of it. Totally recommend going and try. They give free drinks water wine or soda. They are super sweet and very gentle. Store very clean, organized. For a wednesday super quiet but that is perfectly fine. If you love designs go on any day but wednesday and ask for nail tech Chloe. She has amazing nail designs. This place is amazing and definitely going back.

The place is brand new inside with a great set up. They have multiple pedicure and manicure stations and the decor is perfect.
