Some other salons more freindly great service i went back did my feet and nails the women at work love them

My youngest daughter went there often and has always been happy with them but the last time she went which was 2 weeks ago would be her last time going. First off the nails were all completely different. Different in size, length and width. Second there was a lot of noticeable lump on the nails and there was black spots from them using a dirty brush that had glitter in it. When I took her back I showed them her nails they seen the big difference in her nails and seen the horrible job. So they were suppose to fix it. But when I pick her back up all they did was tried to coat to the nails with layer of nail polish to cover the lumps which that was a failed attempt and to try to correct the width and length they tried to file it and that made some of her nails to curve downward. My daughter was upset and remove the nails herself that day.

I got my nails done. Got home and took a bath, a nail popped off, then 2 more scratching my chest. Next day i wanted to fix it... 2 more nails popped off. Then LEE wanted to charge me $10. I WILL NOT COME BACK

Great atmosphere. Very nice & welcoming staff. 3 stars because they over-waxed mine & my sisters eyebrows and slightly over& exfoliated my toe. Prices are good. Better than that trash, expensive Posh place. Satisfactory.

We came right at open but they were super nice about getting both our pedicures started. Very thorough in scrubbing off all dead skin and calluses for my mom and I. Overall service was phenomenal!

Horrible -will never go again! The nail tech started on dipping my nails and got up in the middle of the service and said couldn’t do it and asked the owner to finish. The owner tried finishing what she started but the nail polish became bulky and uneven! She didn’t even clean up the excess solution from around my fingers tips! After the nail polish was put on, she re dips my nail in water to cut my cuticles again while nicking my pinky finger in the process making it bleed. She just kept cutting and cutting until I told her to stop and my fingers were burning! Then had the audacity to ask for a 5 tip at checkout especially after I explained my concerns! Worst service ever

Cut my cuticles and nail polish looks clumpy worst nail experience I had. I told them to remove my acrylic toenail and she told me that she does not remove only fill didn’t even fill at all just added a lot ofNail polish layers notSatisfied at all . And I already had acrylic nails so she told me they only fill and my fill looks horrible. She was rushing and it all looked horrible and painful. I SHOULD OF WENT TO A&N NAILS IN HEWITT TXNEVER DID A BAD JOB I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A&N

I had a funeral and a wedding and my nails were uneven and oddly shaped ... They offered to fix it right then but I had already had to sit and wait my daughter was almost done before they barely started on mine

The first tech that did my nails did not do a very good job and had me sitting there for two hours for a simple acrylic set. HOWEVER, I returned the next day to have them fix what he did and the other guy was very friendly, and nice to talk to. They were very professional in the way they handled the situation. He fixed my nails for free and made me an offer for the next time I return. Love how my nails turned out, I will be returning soon!

Just as I thought this place went down hill, they dont care about their customers. Look someplace else I had a bad experience when a lady was supposed to get a nail fixed, messed up my whole manicure I asked her to fix it and she hid in a room and didnt want to come out smh

UPDATE: Since the owner wanted to try and say I was never at their salon I’m updating my review & adding that they’re unprofessional. I also posted picture proof that I was in fact at this very salon. Offering to fix the issue or at least apologizing would’ve been the wise thing to do.I went to get my nails done at this location yesterday. The salon itself is nice, staff was nice, but that doesn’t really matter to me now because my nails are lifting a little over 24 hrs after being done. I requested a nude pink colored acrylic for my set, I noticed dip powder acrylic was being used on my nails but it was being used w the regular acrylic’s brush & monomer application method not the “dip” method. Even though I’d never seen it used to build a nail I thought nothing of it because dip powder is after all a type of acrylic...Now I wish I had said something because 6/10 of my nails are lifting. That’s $60💸 gone for nothing & more to follow because I have to get these soaked off and done over to avoid a nail fungus. I’m very disappointed.

I won’t be getting my nails done here again they did great on my daughter’s nail, but after going back to get mine done again the next day I was not satisfied at all. They said my nails and fingers were to small, I have never heard that before and I have had my nails turn out great at other places. My nails didn’t even last a week, my nails usually last at least two weeks before I have to go get them filled or have any touch ups done.

When I walked into the shop I thought I was going to have a good experience, bu that was not the case. A man started on my nails first and he seemed like he wouldve done a good job. But then he switched me to a young lady and thats where it all went down hill...She started on my nails and I did the dip powder. She dipped each nail TEN times. My nails were so thick and so gross. Then she got the tool out to file them and make them look better and it didnt help at all. The acrylic is on my skin and not even. on my nail. All of the nails are already lifting and it is the second day of having them.If I wasnt in a hurry I would have argued to not pay because they charged me FORTY dollars for nails that are already coming off. And they originally told me 35 🙄

My sister and I almost did not come because of the bad reviews of a customer that clearly has a hidden agenda and I say that because we got excellent service had a blast and we are walking out with beautiful toes and fingers and we are both from out of town so we are not prejudice, the customer service was above and beyond most nail salons that I have ever experienced. We are so glad we took the chance!

Horrible. I went in with a friend. Got acrylics. The color I got on my nails was not even the color I picked. The ladies there were kinda rude and pretty aggressive with my hands. Felt really rushed threw. There is spots and bubbles and the nail polish is two different colors in some spots around the edges of my nails. They are too big and bulky and uneven. Looks SO bad. Nail polish and acrylic on my fingers. Huge gap left between the acrylic and my cuticle where you can see my natural nail. Not worth the money at all. Never again.

I have had good experiences here, but not today. They offer a free manicure if you get dip on your nails. They were wrapping up and I had to remind them about the manicure. Typically from other salons I would get the manicure first so my nail bed is prepped and ready for my nails to be dipped. Since that was not done, my nails look stubby. I have never had to add tips for my nails to look nice, but now as I look at my nails, I am very dissatisfied.

I went to this place today with my husband from Hillsboro. I was getting a dipped mani and he was getting a pedi. We arrived about a quarter til 3. 4 employees and 5 customers when we walked in. They had me pick my dipped color and set my husband up. I was told to wait next to my husband and then wasnt helped again. My husband got his pedi while I sat there. Right after my husband was done the woman doing his feet helped a woman that came in after us. Ofc now Im mad, the ower or His wife laughing at me asked if I still want my nails done. No thank you and I will never bring my business back. Waste of 2.5 hours of my life.

At first I felt like the customer service was awesome until a nail tech Kim had done the dipping powder on my nails completely wrong. 2 days later my nail were lifting but due to my work schedule I could not come back during the week. On Saturday I came back and a nail tech by the name of Tina was extremely rude to me and yelled that it wasn’t her fault that my nails were messed up. And she literally told me that I would have to pay 15 dollars for her nail techs mistake.. smh I can’t express how far customer service will take you ! Poor service and horrible skills ! Do not waste your money !!

They are so very nice. Plus they do an amazing job on both nails and toenails.

My mom went to go get her nails done there, and her finger got swollen afterwards. dont get ur nails done there, the owners are rude and greedy.

The staff was friendly, but it was a bad idea to get my nails done an hour before they closed because the work was not worth the price.wanted nails like a photos on their site and the finish looked like I painted them myself.the paint was hollow and I could see through the black on majority of my nails,the sides had nail polish on my skin,the lines were not as straight for a professional place.and one gentleman rang me up for 40 but she said it would be 60 but is giving me a $5 discount for my birthday but it honestly looked like 30 dollar work with the errors of being her last customer.i guess it was because she was ready to go anyway so it was a rushed job but it was nice if you aren’t looking too much at them
