Went in to get my car looked at because it lost power while I was driving. Was told it would take 45 minutes to look at - cool, no problem. They took my car back, and 5 minutes later said there was nothing wrong with it 🤔 I’m no mechanic, but a car does not just lose power with no underlying issues. Taking my business elsewhere.

I shopped around at other garages and Yoons was the best value by far. Mr. Yoon was the one who helped me and he wasnt very chatty, but frankly Id much rather have someone whos straight-forward and doesnt try to shmooze me like a used car salesman. I got my front brake pads replaced for a very reasonable price. Two other garages wanted to choose up to $200 more and they tried to up-sell me on having both the brake pads and rotors replaced when it wasnt necessary to replace the rotors. Im definitely going back to Yoons.

On 09/15/2021, the day of writing this, the business owner waited until after completing the oil change to tell me that he raised the price to $60. He explained that Its what I charged you last time but ten dollars more, acknowledging that he knowingly raised the price without telling me first. He did not tell me until it was time for me to pay, which made me feel pressured to pay the marked up amount since the work had already been completed.I will never be coming back here again.

The receptionist guy was very rude!!!! I came in to ask questions about my brake pads making noises after they just replaced new ones. And all I was getting from the receptionist was attitude and he walked away from me at one point while I was asking him questions!! MR Yoon needs to fire him and find someone else he will loose business because of the receptionist

Mr. Yoon diagnosed and serviced my daughters 2008 Infinity and as usual did it at a very reasonable cost. He pointed out a couple of issues but said that as the car is old, I should just keep an eye out and that we can continue using the car reliably. He is honest and always does a great job. Highly recommend him.

Go in for an a oil change. Leave with a completely broken hood and the mechanic telling me its not his problem. Extremely unprofessional liars that dont take responsibility when they mess up someone elses car. Dont go here if you dont want to leave with an even bigger issue on your hands

I came here to replace my TMPS System out of my tire due to it causing an air leak on my tires and the front desk associate who i believe to be the owner diagnosed my car correctly and said i needed a new TMPS system, I declined and said I would like to replace it will a rubber valve stem for the time being, he acted as if I didnt know what I was talking about and refused to do so. He was highly unprofessional and dismissive when explaining my request he turned around and ordered them to bring my car around. I got a clear answer from the mechanic who worked on my car but the owner was no help whatsoever.

Just simple tire pressure checking was for $10.Even though I am a regular customers, it was not even complimentary service.

DO NOT GO HERE! Mr. Yoon used to provide honest auto repair service, but recently I noticed hes been giving false diagnoses of vehicles and making customers fix things that arent broken. I brought my car here a few weeks ago because of leaking coolant, and he told me it was a radiator issue. So I paid $1K to have him replace my radiator, and a few weeks later it was still leaking, then he told me it was a water pump issue. What a liar!! Never going back here again

First of all, their customer service is really bad. Theres a man on the counter who doesnt properly listen to what you re saying and later talks back at you visibly angry. This didnt happen to me once, but on multiple instances. So, I have decided this is my last time here. Also, their mechanics are rude. I asked them to do an oil change and check to see why my car was shaking. They just did oil change and got ready to bill me. I asked what about my car shaking? They give a big sigh, call in a mechanic from the garage, he comes out with a red face (visibly angry) and sort of yells at me saying, why didnt you tell me before? Seriously? This is how you treat your customers? In the middle of a pandemic when businesses need customers the most? I bet if I went to some other place, they would receive me more warmly and treat me better along with a better service. Reminder: This isnt my only negative interaction with them. I only came back because they are close to me, but never again.

I am shocked at the amount of negative reviews on Yoon’s and I think it more so had to do with miscommunications between customer and employee.Yoon and his employees are so nice, so helpful, and they do not pull one over on you. They built their shop on integrity and honesty and I have not once had a problem with them. They also fix everything relatively quickly. The longest I have waited there was an hour.Most auto care shops try to make you buy things you don’t need, but Yoon and his employees do not do this. They explained things I didn’t understand and they also answered my questions thoroughly. I haven’t even come close to customer service this good with auto care.The only thing I don’t understand is why my beetle needs an oil change every 5000 miles, but I’m sure they would explain it to me if I asked. They are trustworthy, so I don’t.

Do not EVER EVER EVER go here for any services. They are crooks and they do not do any work and charge you for it. My mom went in for alignment and they didn’t even touch anything when we took it to another auto care center to confirm the job completion. Don’t waste money or time here. They are horrible!

Very kind staff! I went there to get a hole in my tire plugged and it was quick and easy. I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. It was also pretty cheap compared to their competitors.

The worst place ever, I went because my brakes had some problem the said it’s fixed, but it wasn’t fixed when I went back they said there is another problem which cost 450$ and I don’t wanted to fix that problem but they still charge me 90$ for doing nothing and didn’t want to give my money back, but I got mad on them and get my money back fortunately. Please don’t waste your time here

Ive been going there for about 4 or 5 years at this point all the time. You just have to know what you want done on your car. They always get it done fast. Ive had countless oil changes about 3 brake replacements and 2 tire replacements (not all done on the same car)

I have been taking three of my cars to Yoons for over two years now. The owner is very honest, the technicians do great work, and they are relatively quick. The prices are very competitive to comparable shops, and they are way better than dealers. The owner is Korean, and I will admit I do have a hard time understanding his English, so you should expect to be a little patient. If you can overcome that, you will be happy that you took your car to Yoons.

Dont even go there. The owner and their crews are sucks and worst and most importantly dishonest. Untrained mechanics make mistakes and they, especially owner, covers it up. I went there for tire service and they broke the wheel and they hid it from me. They said they can replace RUN FLAT tire but later on told me they couldnt do it. So I waited for them to put the tire back for 40 MIN. During that time owner was in and out of garage with creepy face and I could feel something was wrong. After a day later, one of my tire was getting flatten so I got back in to check and they said it was because the cap on tire was weak. They charged me $20 for replace. I was in rush for work so I paid it. But tire pressure got low twice in a month. So, I went to another shop to replace the tire and found out that MY WHEEL GOT CRACKED! The brand new one which has been a year old! The same one they said that the tire cap was weak!!! I called them in this morning and asked the owner whether they remember me and my car and the answer was very short and simple, No. The owner didnt even want to talk to me further. I was ready to confront the owner but it will be the waste of time I decided. So I am leaving a review to warn others that unless the owner changes his attitude, which I dont think it will happen, this place will be your nightmare!!! Dont go this shop, ever!!!!!

I’ve been here multiple times and Mr Yoon has always been friendly. He is very upfront about how much something costs and his price is very fair and never up charges or sneaks additional charges in. He’s an honest mechanic that I truly trust, I’ve never had additional surprising things pop up like at other mechanic shops during inspections. I’ve had such good experiences with him during inspections since he doesn’t sneak things in and say you need something repaired when you don’t. Honest and hardworking man and mechanic!

Like any other customer, I expected to be treated nicely and fairly. The whole time we were trying to fix our car, they were strongly advising us to tow the car, pay over $1000+, and told us we wouldnt have to pay for a service if they did not complete it. But in the end, they told us that we had to pay the service WHICH they promised we wouldn’t have to.Do not come here. They try to scheme their way into charging you extra. Either go to your dealership first or find another place.

Worst experience ever. HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS LOST! I am so frustrated that owner and his crew are dishonest and disregarding towards customers. Went into to change a headlight and he said it was $300 dollars. 3 months later, the new ignitor stopped working. Truly avoid this place at all costs! If you want your vehicle functional then do not go here.

Excellent experience with quick and fairly priced oil changes and light maintenance on my almost 10 year old Nissan.

My wife and I have been going there for the last 2 years and are very pleased with the work and customer service.

They only help their own people basically. They tried to charge me $400 for something that was only worth $45. I was only missing a small piece of something and they tried to change the whole thing and make me pay for a new part that I didnt need. Ill never go here again. Their dishonest. If youre Asian theyll be honest with you. Maybe. Id avoid this place and go somewhere else.

I took my van here for a few repairs and got fair prices in a very reasonable timeframe.I give two stars for two reasons.First, if you are not Korean, youre going to have a difficult time getting attention. Every time I went for service, it seemed like the front desk person would be distracted by someone coming in. He would speak in Korean with these acquaintances and only after a few minutes would he come back and answer my questions.I thought it was just me until I had my father in law come with me and talk to him. My father in law, being Korean, got his full attention. I think it may just be a comfort thing.Second, my wife was getting her oil changed there and was charged $30. I happen to know that the oil her car requires is at least $50 dollars wholesale. The fact that the cost was $30 means that the right oil was not put in the car.

No good, they dont want to fix problems nor know to fix. After they fix my flat tire, I found air leaking at fixed point a week later.

First of all, if you are not/dont speak Korean, dont even bother. Even if you are Korean and can speak fluently (this would be me), they wont treat you much better, unless you know the owner well. I only go to this place once or twice a year for very minor work such as inspections and oil changes. Again, not very friendly, but thats not a huge problem for me since I go so rarely and Im in and out in 30 mins.The last time I came in for an oil change and inspection, they told me one of my brake lights were out, and offered to fix it for $15. Not a huge amount, but I knew I could buy brake lights for $5 and fix it myself, so I said no thank you, Ill fix it and bring it back tomorrow, and they gave me a rejection sticker. I asked which light was out out of curiosity, to which they just replied its on the inspection sheet. I found it a little strange they couldnt even take 5 seconds to say right side or left side, but I brushed it off. I get in the car and on the sheet, theres just an X on other lights, with no other details. I buy brake lights on the way home from work that night and go to fix it, only to see my lights are perfectly fine. I go back the next morning and tell them I fixed it, to which they checked and passed my inspection. I then pay the $1 extra fee for bringing back a rejected car to pass inspection.$1 obviously is a trivial amount, but its the deceit that has me pissed off. They blatantly failed my car that was working fine just to try to get $15 extra out of me. This is fraud, plain and simple. Obviously I wont be filing some lawsuit or be taking legal action of some sort over $1, but this attitude of taking advantage of unsuspecting customers is disgusting. Luckily I know how to do basic car work so I was able to save $14, but I definitely wont be coming back here. Since I only come here once or twice a year just for oil changes and inspections, obviously losing me as a customer wont affect them that much, but I feel like this needs to be said to anyone considering coming here.

They will scam you if u dont know much about your car. My fuse was blown and needed to change it but they charged me 200 saying electric repair. He doesnt try to understand anything I speak. The customer care is not good. Was really disappointed.

The owner is Korean and although he spoke limited English with me, the service was quick, and affordable for my tire repair. The store itself is well maintained and clean and they usually have coffee.

Worst service place ever. I took my Mercedes to get an oil change and told him the exact one to use. Charged me $90 for oil filter and new oil and the car started making knocking loud noise from the engine. Took it to another service place and they said the oil they used was garbage. It was red. So disappointing.

Worst service ever ( talking about owner who isworking at front desk ).My wife went here today for low tire pressure, got screw in tire. Took my car to get inspected and my brake line mysteriously busted inside their inspection bay during the inspection. I had to pay $350 to have them repair a small section of the brake line that busted while it was in a mechanics bay that coincidentally also repairs brake lines in addition to doing $16 state inspections. They knew I couldnt drive anywhere else to have it fixed for cheaper because it was inoperable at that point.With my other car, theyve repaired the same tire plug three times and they charged me every time to repair the plug that they originally put in, all within a few months. The third time they plugged the tire (and charged me again), they must have put a thick plug in because my wheel is now off balance and sounds like Im driving a monster truck.Needless to say, I will not be going back there.

This place is a total ripoff and the mechanics are incompetent. Had my tires and braking system replaced only to find out that they incorrectly flushed my brakes and calipers were damaged! The owners english is limited and charged me things I did not ask for.
