I have been coming here for 2 years and have never had a bad experience! I love Tee who does my nails. They look perfect every time I see her. When she is not available I see other technicians and have been happy with them also!

The services here is phenomenal, Alley did my daughter nails yesterday and they were beautiful. My daughter had made a appointment online and someone else had book before my daughter did, so it pushed her out the system for a appointment yesterday. So Alley came to the front and said Ill take her. That was so sweet and nice of her, her services was quick and very neat and beautiful. Everyone there take pride in there work there. Its definitely a place Everyone wants to go there for your services. You wont be disappointed.

Service was great. Prices are very nice. I like not being stuck at the nail shop all day and they do a great job and quickly. My mom really liked her services and I will be going back.

Beautiful shop, very professional, adorable decor, staff communicates well, quick but not rushed, VERY CLEAN!, I had a full set almond shape nails and they came out great. The pricing is fair and completely worth every penny. Thank you!

I arrived maybe two minutes or so before my appointment time. Checked in, then the two women who walked in after me, checked in and immediately sat down to get their services started. 10 minutes go by and I ask the front desk girl how long Id be waiting because it was already past my appointment time. She told me another 15 minutes, tops. At that point, Im extremely irritated. Why have someone come in for an appointment if you cant hold your end of the bargain with punctuality? I was finally seen, 20 minutes past my appointment time. Im usually not a stickler over these kinds of things, but when you have kids and dinner to be made, its frustrating.The woman was nice, my nails look great, but I wont be back. There are too many other salons to choose from.

I have been to this salon several times now and I have been extremely happy every time. Every person is friendly and it’s a beautiful environment.

I really liked this place came here a few times . I have no complaints about the quality of the nails but the professionalism is the problem . A month ago I had an appointment with Mike and he was using nail tips to peel/rip my old set off . It hurt really bad and I asked him nicely to soak them off which he had a problem with . I was very happy with my nails when they were done, I even tipped him. Fast forward to today and I’m ready for a fill so I call to make an appointment with Mike . At first the receptionist tells me he has open availability on Tuesday but as soon as I gave her my name and info she said actually Mike won’t be in on Tuesday. I have my friend call to make a Tuesday appointment so she can come with me and they set her up with Mike . When I called back to ask why I was told Mike wasn’t available they said that Mike wasn’t comfortable working with me . Because I asked him to soak my nails off . Long story short I cancelled my appointment and will be going to another salon

Horrible service. My wife was treated poorly. Hand massage for only 10 seconds max per hand after a manicure.As a repeat client, she asked for a double check for an ingrown toenail - she was told no, not for a color change. Really? (Apparently they didn’t look very well before when she had her LAST pedicure there.)My wife told the manager she wouldn’t be coming back because of the poor service.. the manager didn’t care. Don’t offer a discount on a future service or even validate her.And they won’t care about you either. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

On my most recent visit I requested a pink gel manicure and regular pedicure. The woman doing my mani and pedi did a very nice job. However, when I slid back from the table after my nails were done I noticed that the color on my toes was a coral color, not pink. It didn’t match my manicure color at all. I brought it to the attention of the manicurist and receptionist and they both said “ well the numbers on the the bottles matched”.That maybe the case, but obviously the colors didn’t match at all.Needless to say I was very disappointed.

Just now, April 28th 538pmTried to get an appointment for 2. The receptionist answering your phones is rude, perhaps she needs more training. She hung up on me twice saying shes checking out a customer. Apparently PLEASE HOLD is to much to ask.Repeat customer until now. To many nail places to chose from to have to talk to a rude and inexperienced receptionist.

I can see why lashes are not posted. My first experience was horrible. I received a full set the next day I notice a good 5-7 lashes had falling out of just my right eye then the second day another 5 which made Right eyes noticeable so I called and informed her I work the next 7 days I can’t come any other time but today which she fit me in. I’m thankful but now I got to find sitter again for kids to go for a lil bit. I drop kids off but phone is dead and I’m running late I arrive 7 mins past my time. I parked I see her walking out. I left receptionist know I’m here. She calls her and Ask to reschedule. I left and as I leave she’s still in car the right thing she should have done was fix her mistake. I said I wasn’t Going to get one again but I like my nails in their way down the street from my house so I decided to get a second chance. Haven’t been disappointed again and have continued to go for sale on both hands and eyes.

I made my first appointment there and they were ready for me as soon as I walked in. The place is so cute inside, clean and very professional. My nail lady was very nice and I showed her a pic of the nails I wanted and she did it no problem. Not only did she do my nails exactly like the picture I showed her she was very quick and only took an hour to do them. I was very very happy. They have good movies playing and nice music, it’s a very comfortable and relaxing experience and I’m going to keep coming back!

Start with a nice new location. Welcoming and calming environment. Comfortable massage chairs. I then received the best pedicure of my life. The deluxe gel package was worth it! The hot stone massage and wax treatment were exceptional! Great smelling scrub and lotions. Attention to detail and beautiful colors.

This was my first time at this Salon, they were very clean and it was very nice inside however I’m highly disappointed with my nails !!!! I just hit them done today and already 2 nails look like I will be needing a fill soon, my shape is inconsistent some nails are square some are coffin and 2 are just fat square and I hate them !! The polish is not even covering the whole nail. Waste of money ! And I will NOT be returning there

This is my first time at this nail salon & Im very picky with who touches or does my nails but this nail salon in particular was awesome. My nail tech took his time to make sure everything was perfect he basically spot on did the nail design I wanted. It was worth the price!

This is a nice saloon. My nails always turn out great and the people are very nice. Just make sure you plan ahead, they can be very busy with a bit of a wait (probably because they do such a good job).

I have no problem with the actual service I received - my pedicure was fine. It was the overall experience that has me leaving with a bad taste in my mouth. I called at 12:50 to make an appointment for a pedicure and the receptionist scheduled me for 2pm (they decided the time). I arrived exactly at 2 and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. At 2:20 I was invited to sit in the pedicure chair. It wasn’t until 2:40 that someone finally came over. The water for my feet was cold by that time and I was really uncomfortable, but no one has come by to speak to me since they sat me in the chair. I understand business get busy, but you scheduled my appointment, not me. And to not even offer anything more than a “Sorry, we’re busy” when I checked out... yeah, I’m busy too. Which is why I scheduled an appointment in the first place. Very disappointed as I live just up the street, but highly doubtful I’ll be coming back or ever referring any of my friends and neighbors if that’s how they take care of their customers when they fall short.

Just got a pedi and manicure here after 10 weeks during Covid. Place is super clean and everything was social distancing. Felt very safe and sanitized at this nail salon. Will be back, thank you!!!!

The owners are local and have strived to make their newest nail salon welcoming and I think they have accomplished this perfectly! Always wonderful service for what ever service you are looking to get done. If possible call ahead and make an appointment, they get very busy on the weekends.

Do not recommend, beware if you visit here your first time be prepared to be an expert at what service you are getting. Even when calling early in the morning to get an appointment I explained what we wanted and left with a basic manicure and out $40. Thanks for ruining my daughters special day by being unwilling to work with us even though it was your mistake! I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. We live close and will be spreading the word! Buyer beware!!

Walked in this morning to make appointment the place was empty. I made an appointment for the following morning. Just received a call they had a big party coming in so they need to reschedule my appointment for later! Nope they lost my business!!!! Just rude and terrible customer service. Should of scheduled the party later. I live near and will take my money to another salon.

I arrived at the nail salon the earliest today and had my pedi done afterwhich, my dipping powder for my mani. I told the guy named Victor to just file my nails as I wanted to maintain its length but when i saw my left middle finger nail, it was filed too short while my other nails were not filed properly as i asked him to do a straight file. As he put on the dipping powder, I saw my 2nd fingernail edge was sharp, i told him to file it. He got mad and walked away talking Vietnamese w/ other co-worker. Good thing the manager continued to do my nails who kept on saying sorry fr what happened!I have been a regular customer since this salon started here in our vicinity and it’s my first experience with this kind of treatment to walk away from a customer? I hope he’s reminded that customer is always right! Even in such situation I did’nt say a bad word towards him. I just hope the next time he learns to be polite and patient.

Wow that’s all I can say and not in a good way my daughter has been getting her stilettos done for 4 years I have never been charged more than 40$ for a full set now even with a nail removal that’s should only be 10$ the length is just a tip no more no less I was charged 80$ for a full set for her they are so ugly looking the worst job ever .mine lol going to a different shop to get them soaked off my nails hurt so much .they don’t know how to do shaping at all not even if you show a pic ..worst 230$. Ever spent good luck 👍🏻
