I have been a regular loyal customer forever . Lin or Lynn.( New tech lady) she gives heavenly pedicures. She so nice to customers around. She take her time and do good job very nice massage. I have acrylic next time and am picky. She is the best as Im sure she good at nails also . My toes polish last. Best place I have ever tried.

There was a man who did the first half of my wifes pedicure here. He was very rude and unprofessional. The women who finished the second half was very nice and welcoming but the overall experience was awful because of this man.

First pedicure ever but it was amazing! She took her time and massaged for a long while. She was friendly and answered any questions I had in a kind manner. Felt like heaven and well worth it! Wasnt disappointed like with some of the other nail salons in the area.

Cost was a bit more than I usually pay elsewhere but the prices seem to have been well worth it because my nails still look great.

They did a wonderful attentive job to my feet. Im a chef and work long hours on my feet so I needed to pamper them every now and then. I love the staff in this location. Polite and professional.

This is the 2nd time within one week that my nails broke I went back Monday because my pinky broke and two other nails had cracks so they added more acrylic I paid $65 this is my last time going there!

First time here so looking for a good experience. I had to ask for something to drink. The guy never said one word to me the entire time. His leg massage was rough and all in one spot over and over. The hot towel he threw on my legs was burning hot. When finished I sat in the chair and after paying no one approached me again. I had brought my flip flops and he never helped me put them on. I left barefoot and not happy.I get a pedicure once a month but I will not go back to this business.

Lee and Tim did a great job. Both were courteous and professional. I love the final outcome of my mani and pedi. What I did not like was the $139 price. I don’t have a problem paying for quality. My problem is they never told me the price up front for specific services.It was my first time there. I shared with them it was my first at their salon.When I asked Lee about the price of the service, after the service he said I should have known. How would I know without posted prices displayed?I hate that passive aggressive con. Then pleaded that I should have known as if I had been there before. What is interesting is that I was going to leave a hefty tip because they did a great job. I did not leave a tip because I did not like the way the situation was handled when I asked about the prices for specific servicesHere is your tip. Post a sign with prices so everyone can see and give the price card upfront to all customers. Let the customer know about all costs upfront. Definitely don’t tell a customer they should have known the price for all services provided. Let the courtesy be genuine and not just a facade.

I love this place and the people, however I’m having to take my nails off at home for my new job and I’m realizing this isn’t the new EMA product that supposed to be used in monomers, most cheaper monomers are STILL MMA products it can cause numbness and permanent loss of your natural nails strength. It’s basically just like bleaching your hair over and over again. It smells way worse when filling them down and it’s gummy when removing with acetone, I love Tina just beware of acrylic monomers when coming here.

This is my go to place for nails. Since the first time I came a couple years ago I haven’t experienced the same service at any other nail salon.

Tina and her professional staff are just amazing. She expects nothing but the best for her clients. This place is clean and sanitized for your safety and theirs. I have never been disappointed in any of the services here. They use a different instrument to do your heels so that their not grated on and feel soft for days.I recommend this wonderful place full of kindness for everyone.

They got me right in, pedicure wasnt all that great specially the Polish.. they play the same music over and over and the atmosphere is very boring.

They did my toes beautifully and they was quick about getting everyone in an out they practice safe procedures and they also allowed my husband to sit in with me even though he wasnt getting anything done

It was a wonderful! My nails looked hideous and Kay fixed them !! I’ve been wearing acrylic over my nails for 6 months and my pinky nails came loose last Thursday. He was able to redo my nails from a great start and make them look good as new! I highly recommend the dip! I definitely will be going back! Thanks !!

Im super pleased with the service and care I received. Skyline is where its at for sure! They are all so professional and clean. They take their time so I didnt feel rushed. They do very good quality nail work, which is hard to find. I will definitely be back for all of my Mani/pedi needs.

I used them instead of my regular nail place.They were okay, and friendly.I had just a pedicure, and he took out one of my ingrown toe nails on my left foot, but for some reason left the one on my right foot, and its sore now.So, it looks like Im gonna have to go back and grt them to take it out, and redo the pain, or Ill end up ruining the paint trying to take it out.Dont really understand why It was left on that foot, and not the other.

I came in with my spouse for two acrylic manicures, we called ahead of time and were put down for 5:15 we got there at 5:11 and had quite a long wait time which was fine we were informed there was only one nail tech no big deal.I went first sat down and everything was fine until he started to buff my nails while buffing my nails I could feel it cutting into my skin but didnt think anything of it, he apologized then sent me to wash my hands. I washed my hands and noticed a few fingers were bleeding and burning (two on my left hand and one on the right)I sat back down to get my nails painted and noticed my ring finger had blood around the cuticles mean while hes telling me my nails will be $40, which I was okay with BEFORE I got cut multiple times but after seeing how terribly they were shaped and my bleeding nail beds I was definitely not paying $40.He ended up giving us a $10 discount each ($20 total discount) after me constantly complaining to him about how he cut me and him continuously ignoring my problem.LET ME JUST ADD... I am very disappointed in the service we received from Skyline Nails. I did not expect a full refund, although the service was horrible I was still willing to pay just not $40 ea.

I spent 3 months growing my nails out (because they grow so slow) to finally get them done. I came in and told TWO technicians here that I DID NOT WHATSOEVER want my nails shaped or filed down because I had done it to my preference BEFORE I came in. After putting the powder on, she proceeded to FILE THEM DOWN and shape them when i pleaded with them NOT to. My nails were long when I came in and left with them literappy SO SHORT, that they are ROUND now. I left almost in tears. I told her while she was filing that they were too short, and she literally just laughed and kept filing. Now im back to square one and stuck growing them out again for another 3 months. I will not be back.

I will never get brows done here again. I was burned badly with the wax. Now I have a burn mark under my brows that I pray goes away. I will continue to get my nails done here. UPDATE: My eye us much better! Thanks to Neosporin.

First time going to skyline and definitely going back. The customer service was great. Im a diabetic and they were careful and considerate in their care. Being a man, I have had issues with other saloons making me feel uncomfortable getting a pedicure. Miss Kim did an excellent job and made me feel very welcome. The entire staff was friendly, in fact. The only issue we had, I went with my niece, is that they arent very experienced in doing designs. Mimi, who did my nieces toes, was honest about her ability and she found a simpler design my niece liked. All in all best nail experience in Waco.

I used to love skyline but now it’s so expensive. I used to be able to get the deluxe pedicure and dip for less than $80 together. Tonight I went and spent $105!!!!! That’s insane. What’s worse is that I didn’t know they had raised their prices until after they had started! the guy that did my nails rushed through them and kept messing them up. Took almost two hours to get done with almost no one else in the shop. It used to be my favorite place but now I won’t be going back.

Called ahead of time regarding the wait, as I was on my way, employee stated no wait. Arrived to find out it’s a 30 minute wait! Not even five minutes after I called! Ridiculous! I do not like liars! Not cool at all!

First timer, it was great!!

Based on reviews and the fact that this place is 20 seconds from my house, I decided to give it a try. Im a nail biter and Ive been growing my nails out for WEEKS, waiting for them to be long enough for a dip manicure to add strength to my natural nails. There wasnt a wait at 4:00 on a Friday but thats where the good part ends. The young man asked me if I wanted to cut my nails short or just file them. I asked him to file them slightly round to match my natural shape. He filed every bit of length that I had and shaped them crooked. Since he didnt push back or cut my cuticles, OR file the dip powder down to transition smoothly, it looks like I have globs of white glue on my nails. There is a deep demarcation line between my uncut cuticles and the dip powder. Then he sloppily threw on cuticle oil while I was standing at the register paying. I wanted to cry so bad. What a waste of 45 of my hard earned dollars!!!!!Update: Not even 1 full week later and one nail has already cracked. Such a bummer!!

I have been coming here for a good while i always get the best service. Very tight nit as far as the employees go they treat eachother with respect. Very attentive to their customers needs. Prices are very decent. My eyebrows are always on point. I could keep going on but you get it.

BEST. NAIL. SALON. EVER! I’ve been to so many different places over the years, but this place is hands down the best. I refuse to go anywhere else. They’re pricing is fantastic, customer service is top notch, and the quality of their work is unparalleled. I got matte white nails done, and to my dismay, they were discolored two days later. I went in to ask why this was (there wasn’t any reason that I was aware of they should be), and they explained that the matte topcoat isn’t as protective against this type of thing. They polished my nails and refinished them for free! It’s been nearly 3+ weeks, and even tho they’ve grown out and I need them redone, they haven’t chipped OR lifted whatsoever! HIGHLY recommend this place.

When I first started going to Skyline, you could get a dip for $35. Now the price has risen to $45 and the quality has declined significantly. Lumpy nails and toenail paint that chips and cracks easily. This never happened before. What a way to honor your loyal customers - by hiking prices and screwing them on quality. I live literally 20 seconds from this place, but now Ill be driving across town, going somewhere else. I told them they likely lost my business last time I was in, and the lady just shrugged her shoulders.

SkylineNailAndSpa in Waco did an amazing job with mine and Julies nails. I told my nail tech, Tara, that I am diabetic and she was gentle and careful with my nails. Ill be going back there next time I get my nails done.

Went there a couple weeks ago and had the best experience Ive ever had. The people were so nice, and did everything so great! They they just came from Houston a few months back, so I assume they had plenty of competition there and I think thats probably what makes them better than most of the other nail salons here in Waco. I think everyone should give them a try you just might like it like I did, and I had been going to the same person for 12 years and was faithful to that person, but after going to this nail salon, I made my choice, and this is my new nail salon Professionals ! For one my eyebrows have never looked so professional and on point at that! I loved my experience there. There are also a lot of other professionals there that by far beat most nail salons here in Waco!

BEWARE! My shellac manicure began chipping after 3 days. I called to request they remove the remainder at no charge. She said, No, it is $10 to remove it. Also I wanted to add that the manicure experience was not great. The manicurist cut my cuticles way too close and he and my daughters manicurist babbled to each other the entire time which didnt make for a peaceful experience. Would never go back.

Been going here for 8 or 9 months. Sometimes great sometimes really bad. One such day left with my foot bleeding from file. Yes it was painful and raw for 10 days. Never get same tech twice. Changed days to get better service. Worked for 2 visits. Had an appointment today.40 min. after I arrived I was still waiting while walk ins were served and no one bothered to even apologize or ask me to wait or give me a time estimate. Dont get it. Guess my 100.00 a month is just not important. Anyway what should be a PLEASANT experience just ruined my day. I did find another salon. Will not return.

This is the only nail salon Ive tried in Waco. Very pleased with the quality of their work and the very relaxing environment. Wish the technicians had better English. Prices are higher than I had been paying in Richmond, VA.

I had read all the great reviews and am rather unimpressed. It might have just been my individual experience though. The prices are decent and there was not a wait time. My pedicure technician did not appear to know what he was doing. It was a half hearted and uncertain pedicure. Not very relaxing.

We are in Waco for a Golf tournament which got rained out today so we decided to get pedicures. My teenage daughter had a painful ingrown toenail and was very nervous about getting the pedicure. From the moment we walked in the salon Tina which is the owner greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. Tina was very friendly and she actually took over to do my daughters ingrown toenail and before my daughter could realize, she had gotten it out. We then talked about the products she uses in her salon and how her clients are family to her. I was so impressed not only with the way she handled my daughter but also her compassion she showed me when she talked about her employees and customers. I will definitely be stopping by here every time we come to Waco. ❤️❤️❤️

They can do nails, but one thing I’ve noticed is they don’t treat every color the same courtesy. I mean my money just as good as others. Why should I have to ask for sum to drink and others come in and get offered as soon as they sit down.. smh

This place is fabulous! Had a gel fill and my shape isnt perfect because of the horrible last place but he did get them to look better. Very friendly, genuinely. The shop is clean and doesnt smell like chemicals. (No black market products) They are patient with my pickiness. Reasonably priced for those who know you get what you pay for. They do a wonderful job.
