Was nice, staff was very friendly, price was a bit high. The day after getting nails done one came off. They offer a drink, but was not as I would have expected.

I hate to be this kind of person, but I went in for a fill & I was there less than hour. Which is fine, but this is what I asked for & this is what I got. All of my nails are different sizes/ shapes. I did get my nails done somewhere else before so I get finding a nude color to match would be too much to ask for. Lol. She insisted to paint all of my nails a full color because you could see the gap from the nails before?? I love posh and I’m just completely embarrassed by these nails. Just spent 60 dollars to go soak them off as soon as I get home.

The WORST experience ever. After applying my mothers gel polish wrong, they drilled and scraped it off of her nails for 20 minutes ( instead of soaking off ) she was in INTENSE pain. Upon asking for her pedicure to be comped due to the incompetence and pain inflicted upon her, we were told if we didn’t pay they would call the cops. I feel horrible for my mother as she was getting a pedicure done before a FUNERAL. we will never be going back.

This was the first time in 10 years that I have gotten my nails done. The spa was beautifully designed. The people were so nice and sweet. They explained everything that was new with getting your nails done since I was used to getting acrylics. I will Definitely be going back!

I haven’t had a pedicure in years because of a bad experience. A friend convinced me to try Posh with her, and I was so nervous at first. The lady who did my pedicure was so kind and gentle with me! (I believe her name is Ling) I will definitely be returning - she was very professional and understanding and made me feel comfortable during my pedicure. I know that is not someone usually needs help with, but I did! Thank you!

Made an appointment for a pedicure on Saturday. When I called I asked for 3:00 and they said they had a 3:30 open, they took my name and number. When I arrived they said it would be another 20 minute wait. While waiting the manger/owner asked if I wanted to continue to wait, he said he would discount my service since I had to wait. 45 minutes after I arrived I was seated in a chair. Bonnie was fantastic! When it came time to pay there was no discount and the manager/owner was no longer at the front of the salon.When I made the appointment and left my name and number the salon could have easily called and said they were running x amount of minutes behind...

This location is great especially if looking to relax.

Usually when i come here I get the organic pedicure and some kind of other fingernail service. Today, I received some speedy rushed service. I know what I am supposed to get when I come and today was not it. If I want rushed service I can always go somewhere a lot cheaper. All Im saying is, if you go somewhere that is obviously more money, the service should match. I used to be a regular and because of this reason I will be going elsewhere. This isnt the case every time and usually I get a good one but the inconsistency is not good.

Got a dip mani/pedi. Hadn’t even been a week and 3 of my nails broke off and when I came back in to get them fixed the nail tech “said see I told you they were too long” I am a receptionist. I don’t do heavy lifting or anything to where my nails would break. And then my pedicure is already chipped and on one toe the polish is completely gone. It was a beautiful place and my friends tech was nice but mine was rude to me.

My friend and I sat with our feet in the water for close to two hours waiting on a technician to help us. The excuse they gave what that a technician did not follow the schedule, but didn’t bother saying anything until I told her we were leaving. Then when I took my feet out of the water, I noticed a rash all around my left ankle. It was so itchy that I had to wash it there and when I got home. I will never go back and would recommend going anywhere else.

Love love love my nails. Ivy was so sweet and took her time. One of the best mani pedis I’ve ever had. Giving 3 stars because there’s a horrible gnat/fly situation going on. I put my drink down for a few minutes and never picked it back up. Idk if it’s a cleaning issue or what but it was.. not cute. Other than that everything was great. Their receptionist Lala(?) is so cute and friendly. Yea i liked posh. I’ll give them another go.

Posh is a breath of fresh air. Ive tried other places and I had been very disappointed with the health of my nails after trying other places. Ericka worked on my nails today and she was very easy to talk to and helpful in addressing my concerns. I love my nails now.

Should have walked out before she got started on my nails.Very rude nail technician. I get nails done at most once every 2 years. So I decided to treat myself at a nice salon. I was so disappointed. I wont be coming back here. Paid over $80 for dipped nails that I had to come home and fix myself. I was embarrassed of how badly they looked. The nails themselves I would have been OK with having to go fix them myself but the nail technician and her bad attitude is why I will never be back.

Made an appointment for 3 pm with two friends. We got there and were asked to be seated. By 3:40 pm, we got up and reminded someone we were waiting. They offered us waters. We did not start getting our manicures until 4-4:10. The man at the counter said: sorry, we’ll take care of you at checkout. However, after my manicure, checkout was still the full price. Not sure what his comments were intended for? Didn’t leave until almost 5 pm for a simple gel manicure. The wait was not worth it.

Went for pedicures with my daughter. I had DAisha and she was fabulous. (She goes by D) Check in was easy. Did not have to wait long. I noticed others did not spend as much care as her. The person who did my daughter was rushed and a bit careless. Great atmosphere. Offered choice of beverages. Check out person was not friendly.

Ive been here before and had great service. The last time I went they didnt have our appointment and it was my little sisters prom. They worked her and my mom in and they did a great job it just made for a rough start to memorable day.

First and for most, the place is very clean and relaxing which is rare around here. The staff is very friendly. But, and yes there is a bit, my first visit there I did a pedicure and dip manicure. They were both great!! Then barely a week later they randomly started to pop off. So of course I called because I spent over $100 that day. The manager told me I would be able to come in whenever I could and they would give me a new FULL SET for free. So of course I really appreciated that. I went in today for my appointment and they were very understanding and friendly at first. Half way through my new manicure I realized my manicurist was only doing the nails that were broken/popped off and not fixing the others. I tried saying something to her about it and got no response. So here I am with 5 nails grown out by a week and the rest brand new. How does this make sense? You can clearly see my nails are grown out and they look awful. I’m very upset and before I left I tried looking for the manager but they were no where in sight. Tried giving them a second chance but I will not be back.

I so appreciate the friendly receptionist that took my call to see if it was too late in the evening to do a full set of nails for a formal event. She said she had someone available and to come on over. I was greeted by the receptionist and she introduced me to the nail artist, Erica. I did not know what I wanted and she was so patient with me. Initially we chose a nude color but ended up changing it to a fall red color that looked so beautiful and elegant. Thank you Erica for your patience and kindness. I cant wait to show off my gorgeous nails at the ball. You made me feel so pretty.

My nails look nothing like the picture i showed my nail tech. I tried to love them but I absolutely hate them. I dont even want to go back to let her fix them. $50 wasted.

I will never return to this place again. It is way over priced. I went in to get basic white tip acrylics. Normally, I would pay no more than $25. Tell me why it came out to be $50! They charged simply for filling the nails! Absolutely ridiculous. Not worth the money.

I really appreciate them giving me a better experience the second time around.Former review:I was really excited to go and get my nails done at Posh. I heard really good things about it, but I was sorely disappointed. We got there at 6:45 pm, and everyone was already packing up to leave even though it said it closed at 8. They did seat us immediately, but my manicure was lacking. They didnt take off my nail polish fully, didnt push back the cuticles, or do any of the basic prep that Ive experienced elsewhere. They used a harsh file on my cuticles (actually burning them). The acrylic application was sloppy, the sidewalls are crooked and are digging in to my skin, they are not straight at the free edge, and they gave me a square shape instead of round shape I asked for. While the shape could be down to miscommunication, everything else is not up to standard. Would not recommend at all. I am sad I wasted my money and will be going elsewhere.

We went to Posh to get my daughters nails done for her prom yesterday and they did an amazing job!! We are super pleased with the job Jessica Doan did, she was excellent!! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting great service and an excellent set of nails. Thank you Jessica!!

Lauren, the receptionist, was extremely rude. I asked if I could quickly eat my food from McAllister’s (which is next door) while I got my pedicure because I was getting two services. When I let her know she was very rude and then uneducated on the polices, since the nail tech stated that was fine. I got an upgraded pedicure (from the “classic”) & dip nails - which on my last visit took over three hours so I thought a sandwich would be no issue. When I stated If that wasn’t possible I would go somewhere else she took an attitude with me. I was treated with great respect the last time I visited (my first visit) but the owner was here. On this visit he was not. So maybe that’s why she acted that way. Furthermore, Lauren gossiped about the incident with client which was unprofessional and trashy. I pay a LOT of money to come here (over $100) and should not be treated this way, especially over a sandwich.

Went here to get my bridal party/familys nails done before my wedding and it was wonderful! Everything was very nicely laid out as well as time slot booked out for me and my girls so we all got our nails and toes done in a timely manner! Workers were very nice and friendly as well! This was my first time here. The manager was very nice, he helped me by starting my soak while I waited for a tech. Get name 2d Kelly and she was very nice, easy to talk to, and most important, she did a good job. Im very pleased, and I can be picky about my nails. My only issue was the price. $47 for dip. But Ill keep paying it because I like the work that she did. But I only want Kelly.

This is such a wonderful and relaxing nail salon. We moved back to Texas last December and I tried several salons. All were so disappointing! Posh is by far the Best!!! I enjoy my visits and I also love that they open up at 8am for us early birds!! Posh, yall rock!!

I can always expect a great experience when I get my nails done here. The service, cleanliness, color selection are all also top notch. They do the best job in Waco. That being said, they are on the pricey side but sometimes that comes with the territory.

Its OK. If you are won over by a mimosa then fine. Manager is rather rude in my opinion - not great customer service. I felt he wanted to grab my cash and shove me out of the way to focus on the next victim rather then give me his attention and answer my (perfectly reasonable) questions. Its just okay. Not worth the price tag.

I like the atmosphere and music. I get dippdd nails, so the manager got my nails soaking while I waited for a technician. That was nice. Kelly did a great job on my nails. Much better than solar nails down the street. The only bad part is the price. $47 for the dip. Yikes!

This is the most over priced place in the Waco area. You can go to Solar Nail Salon and get better service, cheaper price, and a way better job. I had an issue where the tech cut my nails too short and they hurt and when I went to mention it to the manager, he didn’t care. He told me if I didn’t like it then just don’t come back. I gave it a whirl three times, hoping that it would be better the next time - nope.1) Way overpriced. 2) My 6-year-old daughter likes to join me for pedicures in the Poshlet lounge. After her last visit, she said to me in the car on the way home, Mommy, that lady seemed like she was rushing. She was breathing really heavy and I asked her to do a flower design on my toe and she said no. The fact that a 6-year-old picked up on the attitude was pretty sad. I dont blame the tech though, as the owners rush them through their clients to expedite each service and get on to the next one solely for the sake of making more $$$. 3) I came in on a Friday around noon for a dip manicure. When I walked in, the owner was standing behind the desk. He never looked up and acknowledged me or said a word. I signed in on the computer. He then asked me what I was there for and I told him a dip manicure. I walked over to pick out my color, and then stood there waiting for about 5 minutes. At that point, he says to me, We cannot serve you today. Have party of 10 coming in. You can make an appointment for later? I had been there for a good 7 minutes before he tells me they cannot serve me. The place was empty. Making an appointment later was not an option with my schedule. Unsure why he couldnt tell me right away that they couldnt get me, and instead just let me stand there? 4) I made an appointment the next day for 3:45. Came in at 3:40 and checked in. They did not start on my nails for 45 minutes...even with an appointment scheduled. The tech kept stopping and disappearing - would come back smelling like cigarette smoke. He kept checking his phone as well. 5) Several of the other techs are very nice and do great work, but I do not like the way they are treated by the owners. It been rather alarming. One tech was working on my nails at a station by the window. She had an iced tea on the window ledge from McAlisters, and the female owner walked by on the outside and banged on the window and shook her finger at her, instructing her to move it. Should have been handled differently.Will not ever go back. Waste of time and money, and management is rude to customers and their own employees.

I have been twice now and each time I took a picture of what I wanted. Not only did they meet my needs, but they made me feel like my business matters!!! All of their nail techs are consistent in the work they do, their tools are always clean and sterilized. The second time I was there, I was remembered and called by name. There was a wait because I was a walk in on a Friday night, but they kept me informed and offered me something to drink while I waited. The music they play is relaxing and it is a variety of genres. This is not your typical experience getting your nails done...its the best experience you can have getting your nails done!!! If you want to be treated like a queen, this is the place to go!!!! Jessica truly cares that her clients are satisfied!!! I will not go anywhere else!!!

The nail salon looks great. I got dipped nails and after a week they were lifting off my nails and breaking. So I went back into the salon and asked to get them fixed. I had to show 2 people how they were messing up to be told that it was only two when it was actually 6 nails that were breaking. Then I had to wait an hour and come back to get them fixed. I came back in to get them fixed after an hour to wait two more hours. Im sitting here waiting as I write this review. I was never offered a drink and Im watching other people be serviced as I sit with foil on my fingers.While I was getting my nails fixed the woman who told me only two nails needed to be fixed came back to argue with me about how many nails needed to be fixed again. This is by far the WORST service I have ever had! Go somewhere else to get your nails done. Its cheaper and the people are nicer than this place!

I recently took my girlfriend and she had paid literally the most for dip nails. She’s never paid more than $45 and this place charged her $65 which is ridiculous that included to remove acrylic which charged $15 extra.

In Waco for the afternooon and stopped by for a dip manicure! Tara took great care of me and paid super close attention to each nail. LOVED this experience and highly recommend Posh!!

Checked online when they closed, said 8pm. Walked in at 645 needing a basic polish manicure and pedicure, was told they took their last client at 630. Come on.... change your hours to closing at 630 if that’s what you’re going to do.

Just to get kids pedicure it was going to be 22 dollar and 20 dollar more for gel totally 42. To expensive for 7 year old girl. I ask the manger if they can just put some gel clear polish over there color so the color can last longer, he said,”no we are not like the other places” He said in a really rude tone”that they charge 20 extra cause it’s a lot of work”? Really for a 7 year old little girl. I do not recommended this place never coming back.

I dont get my nails done often so this was supposed to be fun! The lady, Kelly asked me if I wanted longer nails and I had to say no twice. I explained that I have to keep them short for work... Im a hygienist so I have to keep them clean! They arent terribly short either. She commented several times through out the process like she was annoyed by my short nails. She was super rough with the file and I pretended it didnt bother me because I dont want to be rude but then she laughed and said, Your nails so short! then she kept checking her cell phone too. On top of that I did not expect the price to be $50 I normally pay around $25 for just a manicure and $50 if Im getting a pedicure TOO! Anyone recommend a better place??

Always treat me great and Ive never been disappointed in my treatment or my nails. Last time some guy came in pitching a fit about his girlfriends nails, wanted a refund. They were super professional and handled the situation very calmly despite how annoying he was.

I was happy with my pedicure, the salon itself is really nice, and the staff was also pretty nice, however I waited over an hour for a fill, which ended up taking quite longer than expected due to the technician messing up the polish or not turning on the LED light. Eventually, he just gave up and left my nails the way they are, so the final paint job is extremely sloppy. The gel polish has even started to lift up on the side after one night of having them done. I spent almost 4 hours there and $127 dollars in this establishment, therefore, I definitely shouldve gotten better service.

Please don’t go here, they will cut your throat the end and treat you like no one. Especially the co owner JESSICA, She always yelling at their staffs and they are gossiping about you when they do your services.

I had a very unfortunate experience at Posh this morning. The man greeting us was abrasive and rude. He refused to serve one in our party even though she had made a reservation the previous day. He argued with another person in our party. This salon is overpriced for the service we received. The man also followed us out the door and asked us not return. No problem.The shining moment was my technician, D’Asia. She did a fantastic job on my nails. Too bad the management is not as good and polite as the technicians.

I was there Friday and the technician did not speak a word to me, gave me a rough and painful pedicure, the worst massage on my legs and feet and the paint job was a 5/10 at best. I usually don’t have issues when going there, I’ll be trying other places.

I will never return.I felt they were rude and very impatient. I spent two hours here,paid $98 and I was never once offered a water.They dont smile,lack of communication and customer service.Never again!!

Not impressed. Got the posh pedicure suppose to be a 45 minute pedicure. Lasted 30 minutes and last 15 was spent left to dry while he started on next client. Two times during the only 30 minutes he left to go to front as he was buying something from someone who came into store selling meat. Messed up on my big toe left a big streak. Not impressed at all

Decent place, clean atmosphere. Pricey though. Will charge you even to file your nails when you come in with them pre-shaped. Also be clear when you have natural nails or else they will try to charge you $4 per tip.

I had the worst experience at this nail salon. I thought it would be great going in because the salon was beautiful and nice. However, the man who did my nails was horrible. I got shellac on my toes and fingers. He talked on the phone when he did my nails, kept hitting the LED light against my feet when taking it on and off, was really rough with pushing back my cuticle, and painted all over my cuticle. Shocker, the day after the shellac started to peel off my cuticle and nail. I call in and tell them, and they said if I come in they will redo it. I came in and they sat me down and I had to wait 20-30 minutes for the exact same man who did a horrible job. He did not redo my nails. He took off the top layer and painted over it again and again (still painted all over the cuticle) to the point that now my nail polish is thick. The whole time he was redoing my nails he was slamming cabinets and the nail polish bottles back onto the counter. 5 days later, and my shellac is peeling completely off. It is suppose to last 2 weeks. Stay away from this place.

I enjoy coming here for my pedicures and I love that I can bring my daughter and they could accommodate for her kids pedi.

I was getting my nails done for the beach and the guy was doing my toes and he didn’t do my cuticles or trim my nails. I usually give people tips and I didn’t do it at posh.

I advise you to never ever come to this place. Some of the technicians do a good job, but the owner is rude and will show you no customer service if there is an issue. The technician did a terrible job. He didn’t even touch the cuticle as seen in the pic. I called concerned, (because I just paid $97 just for nails only) and was very unhappy with the service I received, owner didn’t care. He didn’t want to make it better. In fact he told me that I pissed him off. He would not fix it, and would not give me a refund.

Decent pedicure here although the prices are a touch on the high side and well most the time my calluses are shaved down a bit closer... meh not gonna be a bad thing just a touch less soft than I was hoping for perhaps Im still searching for the right place to have my feet did
