I came here and got a gel pedicure about 3 weeks ago and it was amazing. Everybody was so nice and friendly, the massage chair was phenomenal, they made sure the water was the perfect temperature, and the ambiance was so relaxing. Everything about this place was perfect except for my GEL pedicure that started to chip during my 2nd week of having it. I paid more than I usually pay for a gel pedicure and it last half as long as usual. I’m highly disappointed because everything else about this place was great. Had my pedicure lasted longer this definitely would’ve become my go to nail shop.

Very nice people in a very upscale setting. Prices are high compared to other locations but that was ok for me as each person we came in contact with was very friendly and to me customer service is what makes it worth it. Both my daughters nails came out very nice. Our only issue was that the manicurist that each one had was a little too rough on their cuticles even when asked to be gentle. We know it was not on purpose but them just them trying to get done as they are quite a busy location. You can see they are somewhat red and irritated in both pictures. Other than that I would recommend this place and maybe say make an appointment to help them with their flow.

My first time here Im new to the area and my feet needed work and Nina came through and made me happy! Beautiful atmosphere beautiful decor very clean and everyone is very polite.

⚠️Warning: pedicure and acrylics costs $130⚠️Im from out of town and my grandma suggested I go to Elegant Nails across the street but said that the service I wanted would be around $75-85 and I thought that was too pricey so I instead went to Lux Nails. Don’t get me wrong, the pedicure was lovely and the inside was beautiful but not worth the $130 dollars I spent! When I had said I wanted acrylics, they told me, “ok we’re going to do a base and then acrylics” and at first I was confused but I know that some nail business do things their own way and I agreed. They put a clear powder base on my nails and then used gel to do my French tips. I’ve always had my French tips done in acrylic and even asked why she was using gel, and she told me not to worry. Anyways, she did the gel French tips and and my nails are super thick and poorly shaped. The design is cute but they did not mention that for the mediocre design, it would be $6.25 a nail (I expected usually $5/a nail). And when I finally went to pay, the receptionist had said I had gotten tips and had gotten one of the higher dollar pedicures (which I did not) and I corrected her so she spent ten minutes correcting my purchase, and it was still $130. I was getting frustrated because I asked her what she took off and she said, “uhh” and then began speaking in Vietnamese to another worker and they started laughing and she told me that her boss said I got some extra service THAT I DIDNT EVEN GET. After explaining that I didn’t get that service, they told me, “sorry I don’t speak very good English” I ended up paying the $130 and as I left they started laughing and speaking in Vietnamese. Like I said, it’s a beautiful salon, and maybe I’m too cheap, but it most definitely was not worth the mediocre nails i had received.

Phillip was EXCELLENT! I drive an hour from where I live to run errands in Waco and I normally don’t stray away from my usual nail salon but I’m glad I did! They were all amazing and so kind and amazing at what they do! I will definitely drive an hour to go back!

Nice updated nail saloon. They do serve wine and other beverages.I think they would prefer appointments but we did not have one and we were seated right away. On the weekends they are busy and sometimes it can feel they are overwhelmed. Massage chairs work so that’s a bonus!

Made an appointment online. Paid the deposit (which I get because I’m sure a lot of people don’t show up) waited over 20 minutes. I finally left so I could make my next appointment on time. So, I paid money and wasted my time for nothing. Maybe if you have unlimited time, this is the place for you.

Worst dip powder nails I’ve ever had. I left and my thumb nail was angled weirdly, and now it’s been a week since then and all the dip powder is cracking. It started breaking 4 days after I had my nails done. I am not even rough with my nails either. So disappointed.. wasted $50 too.

This was my very first time coming here and it will definitely be my last.. Debbie was very unprofessional did my pedicure and then left me sitting in the chair for over 30 minutes and took on another customer doing her manicure completely ignoring the fact that Im still sitting there and not only that I didnt get a manicure and they tried charging me for it and was very rude about giving me my money back I would not recommend this place to anyone

It’s 4:32pm just left this place. Went to get mani & pedi. Arrived at 3:47pm, wasn’t seated until 4:15pm Three other people were seated before me when I arrived before them. One of them was prioritizes for knowing the manager I suppose. Then I was seated to get mani and was left unattended for approximately 15 minutes. While being seated and waiting I saw them seat 2 other pedis. I had very high hopes but HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in their customer service. I left upset and unattended. Alex is kind, gentle, quick and efficient. He fills my nails (gel) every other week and I get compliments all of the time on how natural they look. Alex and Nina are the BEST :)

I, Bianca F., (not sure who the Hines person is) made a lash extension with Maria on 3/16 for 3pm on 3/17. I get there a few minutes early, let Fatima know of my appt, and she walks around aimlessly. Fatima then comes back and says I’m not on the appt book and “they” can figure it out. I sit there 30 mins after no services and let the owner Philip know of the problem and he rushes out the door, loud talking, says it’s nothing he can do, and walks off saying he has to pick up his kids. Definitely not how anyone should treat a customer for quite some time especially when I spend my hard earned money time and time again. I won’t beg anyone to take my money, nor will I return, and I’ll let everyone of the awful customer service starting here.

My first time there and the place was very nice but I was not happy with my gel manicure, she rushed and didnt didnt do a very good, there were bubbles in the finished product and not polished very well.

I absolutely love my nails!! it’s always hard to find a good nail tech but lux nails were clean, fast, and knew exactly what I wanted!

I never really leave reviews but this must be said. Got my nails done by Mikel (I think that’s how you spell it) and they fell off within not even a week. Very unprofessional. 55$ not worth it for them to fall off within a week.

Happy they wear masks, have acrylic partitions between techs and customer, andthey know their nails! Went to Posh for 2 years and Im glad I switched!

Claudia was great, and the Milk & Honey pedicure with hot oils, paraffin, & hot towels was SO relaxing!

After trying several shops in the area since moving here I finally found one that I am excited to return to. The shop was so clean and tastefully decorated, and all of the people were smiling and cheerful! Nina did a phenomenal job on my nails!

The first time I went to Lux Nails it was awesome service and I was ecstatic that i got 25% off my services for the grand opening and the owner informed me I could 25% off until February 14. I went today my services were rushed and I was not happy with my nails also they are no longer honoring the 25% off. I asked if they could honor it since thats what I was told and the owner would only honor 15%off. I guess thats better than nothing, but if you provide luxury services you should do that daily and keep your word. Also, I got a fill using gel polish, toe polish and simple rhinestones design and the charge was 93.00 before the 15%, but the job wasnt a $93.00 job. I feel like they charge whatever they want instead of confirming everything upfront and having the charges posted up in the Salon.

Everyone is super nice, and it’s a nice salon. However, I went to get my nails specifically done in a marble design. Owner saw the inspo pic (very long nails with marble) and told me ones like that would be $80. He told me they’d use gel and I said I don’t like gel but he said that was the best way to do marble so I agreed. Everything good until after the tech got done putting the layer of gel, he told me it would now be $95. I know it’s only a $15 difference because of length (even though it was the same length I had shown the owner in which he said $80) but it’s the principle that bothered me and I felt swindled so I just kept the plain pink nails. It ended up still being $70 for plain color long square nails. Which also upset me, because had I known I was going to get a plain color I wouldn’t have used gel (i personally hate gel) and could have saved $30. The nails look average nothing amazing nothing horrible but the experience was disappointing.

Im pretty hands on, so I was pleasantly surprised! I was very happy with my overall experience here.

Today was my husband and I first time.. And truly had an amazing experience.. The staff is amazing and made us feel very welcomed.. We both got pedicures and it was my husband’s first time getting a pedicure and he loved it.. He was very pleased with how professional Jackie treated him..I also truly enjoyed my pedicure Angelica was very professional as well.. They both took their time.. We truly recommend Lux Nails..
