Nail tech filled in my nails and did an amazing job! If my nails start to pop off Ill edit this post and update it but so far theyre great and very sturdy. He was very detailed and took his time which was awesome because Ive had techs rush through my nails and its left to not so great quality of nails, so it was very appreciated and tipped well!Hey, I said Id be back for an update! Those nails lasted well over a month!! There was no chipping, the fingers I use most were coming up a little at the bed but that will always come with time. It was such an elegant set of acrylics with gel, I will for sure miss having them!

This review is a roller coaster but please stay with me. Ive gone to this place for the last four years, and regularly for the last year and theyre usually great which is why I leave 5 stars. I always come in with fun new ideas and Im usually greeted by the same cast of happy people ready to experiment with me (I mostly do silly colors or odd combos). Today was the worst experience Ive ever had and Im never going back. I went in for a simple two step service for my birthday. I have to spend it alone this year so I thought Id treat myself; a gel manicure with chrome powder topper. I was greeted as usual for my appointment and was sent off to my stylist after removing my old manicure. This stylist proceeded to give me the fastest, sloppiest gel polishing Ive ever received. No manicure, no trim or cuticle cleanup, just application after removing my remaining manicure. He hurt me throughout that service while sanding down my nails with excessive pressure, but his whole demeanor of frustration made me too uncomfortable to say anything. By time it came to the second half of the service, it was clear we were not on the same page about what I wanted, I tried to make it clear but eventually had to just tell him to stop and say just the gel application would do because I was moments from tears. Never in my life have I been made to feel like such an annoying inconvenience. I was looked at like my request was ridiculous and too much work, but its a common service I received many times before. I left, tipping 10$ on a 30$ service because I was too close to crying to stay and try to amend things. I left with the worst manicure Ive every received there (which is not even bad compared to some places but its definitely transparent, bumpy, and no manicure service was performed) and Im now having the worst birthday of my life. The shape of my nails is all natural and cannot be accredited to the two milliseconds of filing he did per nail. Overall, Im extremely disappointed in the over-booked, over-stressed atmosphere this place has begun to cater to. Im sad to probably never go back again.

Never have anything bad to say after leaving here. My nails are always on point and just what I asked for. What more can ya ask for.

This was the first and last time I will have gone. Place is beautiful the techs were all very nice and everything seemed perfect...considered changing to this place from where I normally go until 2 days after I went there...my nails looked amazing when I left so the $40.00 full and polish didn’t really bother me S much as it normally would have considering what I pay normally for a fill and polish is around 23.00 but hey they looked great...for two days 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️The polish started chipping and now not even 6 days later it has almost all peeled off...I have to go now and get a new polish job that should t even need to be done for another week or two 6 days after I just paid out 40.00 to do it... won’t go again and I don’t recommend...

This is a very busy salon, so at times, it feels as if the nail techs are rushing, which can sometimes cause some quality issues. However the techs I’ve had are all very friendly. The price for pedicures feels very high for comparable nail salons, if you get a gel manicure and pedicure it will run you a little over a $100, they also do surcharging, so if you have cash, definitely pay in cash.

Over priced and poor job. I went here a few days a go for a pedicure. A regular pedicure was $50. Thats ridiculous. I can go down the road and a spa pedicure is $50. The girl hurried through it and did a poor job. The color selection was good.

Really clean and nice staff. There was a positive vibe there which made the trip more appealing. My nails look great except for the fact that I messed one up after I left. I felt it was reasonably priced for the product. I would definitely recommend this to another person.

This is the best pedicure Ive ever had. She took her time and did everything right. I will never go anywhere else. The dipped nails are also my favorite of anywhere Ive been they are thin and not bulky and turned out amazing

So where do I even begin I was being rushed I picked a color but I decided I did not like it and I was about to put it up then the lady pulled me over to a chair 🪑didn’t say a word the water that she put my feet in was WAY to hot and the lady hurt my skin made my toes bleed then me and my mom went to get our nails died she was bleeding too! The only reason I wanted to go back was their was a panda chair the same thing happend the time before that day too DONT GO ITS NOT GOOD

Daughter comes to this place the most & today at 3pm we both had appointments for a full set. A guy did mine & is was extremely rushed & when I asked him to make my nails shorter he rushed through it & didn’t even check to see if they were even. Both sides are not even & my left middle nail is slightly uneven.While they had started on me, they had my daughter sit beside me, yet started working on other people who was after us. I was 80% done before the girl beside the guy doing my nails had her come over to her & started doing hers. My daughter is not happy about her nails either from not being the same length on both sides.There is too many places to go & I sure won’t be back to this place. A good place to go is Fancy Nails, which is by Pretty Nails. Cost a little more, but has done great when I’ve gone.

This is the salon I typically go to. They generally do a good job, and their prices aren’t terrible. However, last time I tried to go in I was informed they no longer allow walk-ins, so I went somewhere else down the street and found better prices.

I told the man he got one of my colors wrong and he simply shrugged it off and didn’t offer to fix it or give me a discount. For what I got it was very overpriced.

My original nail salon that I had been going to for 4 years burned down. So my daughter started going to Pretty Nails for acrylics and fill ins. She had been about 3-4 times before I decided to go. I went in on December 2, 2020, for a pedicure and shellac manicure. I wasn’t impressed. It wasn’t a very friendly environment. They seem bad about rushing you around. A few days later, I started having issues with my big toe. It was inflamed. It just got much worse as days went on. Infection started. I was treating it at home with soap, water, peroxide and Neosporin. But just kept getting worse. I ended up going to Norton’s immediate care on Jan 3, 2021. I was told I had an ingrown toenail:/ so I went to see a Podiatrist Jan 5, 2021. The Dr could tell that the person who did my pedicure, trimmed my toenail way too short and also cut it rounded instead of straight across. So the Dr had to perform a Matrixectomy. I advised my daughter not to go back to this place, but she figured since she had already had a few fill ins that it should be fine. The very next day, after her fill in, her finger got infected. Luckily, a few days of Neosporin cleared hers up. I’m really aggravated over this whole ordeal! I’ll also be missing a few days of work, too.

I got my nails done here on December 11th, 2020. Overall it was a good experience, however once I removed the nail polish, i realized that my nail technician when using the nail drill had left divets in almost all of my nails! Sadly, I will not be back.

We have gone here faithfully for a year now. They are fantastic, friendly, and wonderful with my friend in a wheelchair. Recommended!!

Went in in the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Changed the price on us after the service was done and less than a week later my gel polish is peeling. Made my friend bleed on her finger. Argued with us over price when we questioned the price change and told us we were wrong. Will never go back there! I wish I could leave no stars.

I tookmy granddaughter and my daughter here this morning. They treated my granddaughter so nice and everybody was so polite and sweet this is definitely a place that you should visit.

Gel manicure is normally 35, but here it is 40. And there was less service.

I went there today to get my nails done, and I was highly disappointed. One reason is that the man seemed like he was in a hurry, for that reason my nails are not up to my expectations, and it was not worth the price that I paid for them. They were supposed to be coffin and they look square. They are very thin, hardly any acrylic. For that I will not be back. And I do not recommend. I usually don’t write bad reviews but this time it was very disappointing.

Absolutely obsessed with my nails! A little pricey as I paid $50 including a $4 tip, but overall Lucy was super sweet and didn’t mind that I had to stop to pick my baby up! She waited for him to calm down and then asked me if I was ready. She really took her time on my nails and made sure they were all even and straight! The color is exactly what I wanted and the shape is perfect.

I have been getting monthly pedicures at Pretty Nails for several months now. I am very happy with the pedicures. Generally, I am happy with the service, as well. The woman who did my pedicure tonight did a great job and my toes look great, but she took an hour and 10 minutes to complete the pedicure. Maybe she was new?

They were busy but were able to see me as a walk in right away. The shop is clean & beautiful. The tech was not very friendly, she talked very little to me, (which, full disclosure, Im fine with because I prefer to just relax & not have conversation). She did a really great job except I felt she rushed through mine. The woman who was there prior to me was still getting her pedicure & the woman who started at the same time as me was still getting hers. Also its been 1 week & polish is chipping. For those reasons it gets 3 stars. I will give it another opportunity to see if it was a one time thing. If so, review will be updated.

My daughter and I just went to get a manicure and pedicure, gel and dipped. They got us back but.... forgot about us. They kept pushing us back in order. Ppl kept coming in and they were getting their nails done but as for us... we sat there. By the time they got to do our nails, we just said take them off. Normally it would costs us 145.00 plus I tip well. I just paid. 63 and left We will never be back.

I always make an appt. But it is not necessary. Dan always does my nails. He is a real professional with a sweet personality.I always ask for Dan and I cant say enough good things about this young man. Shirlee Magallon

Took my daughter to get a mani/pedi before school starts. They are 1 of the few that have the child spa chairs. They did a great job. I was afraid they wouldnt tend to her like the adults, but they did. I had called the day before to get pricing and they charged me more but then lowered it after I asked why the difference, which i really appreciated. They also charged an extra $1 to pay with card so be prepared if that bothers you. I would take my daughter back.

I have been going to Pretty nails for more than 10 years. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Brad does an amazing job on my nails, and Dan usually does my pedis. Everyone is super nice and friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful

They are very thorough their work is very professional theyre not rushing you in and out it was a very enjoyable spa day experience I had the dip done on my hands and gel on my toes and its just outstanding Im very pleased

I only gave them one star because I had to this was the worst place I have ever got my nails done I will not be back they was thin an bendable I got them done on Saturday June 22 2019 an today is June 26th 2019 me an my daughters had our nails done an five of my nails have done broke off they was not filed right at all I could have went on got fake nails an done them myself an they would have looked better an prolly lasted longer I will tell everyone I know not to go there I wish I could post a picture of how they look

Do not get the dip at this place, they put too many layers, when I asked the nail tech about it she argued with me about it. I also had a pedicure done by one of their new male techs, he forgot to put alcohol on my nails to remove the oil when they were finished work the pedicure. The nail polish did not set, I sat under the fans for 30 minutes and the polish was sticky, he had to replace it. ..have been there to get nail polish removed..

The first time I came in which was October 30th on a Monday, I got acrylic nails and they looked really good. I was happy then on Friday a nail broke...for no reason. So the following Sunday they said they would fix it with no charge. I go in and they fix it but it looked extremely sloppy and I had to fix it myself . Then on Tuesday Movember 7th a different nail breaks...For no reason. They had decent service but they do not do nails good

Not a good experience ...Ive allways went to pretty nails in corydon, never had a complaint ...if a full in is painful somthing is not right

Did a nice job. One irritating policy..they charge $1. If you use a credit card. Who wants to write a check or handle cash right after you have your nails done! And after your pedicure when they paint your nails you cant stay in the comfy chair you have to move to a very uncomfortable chair at a table.
