My first time at the Nail Bar in Waco TX was a fabulous experience. Today was my second time there and I will NOT be returning. They repainted my nails three times. First picture was done by a lady who left me to serve a gentleman who came in after me and then after a little while she hurried to finish me off so she could go back to him. I went home frustrated, but then went back to have it fixed. The pictures below are first time (today) and last picture was the third time they repainted. It was very expensive and not worth it.

I went in for a simple gel pedicure and acrylic fill with a very basic design. I received a subpar, patchy pedicure. I actually had to ask for another coat because the streaks shone through. Because the original woman applied too much oil, the man had a hard time correcting the polish. When it was time for my fill, the manicurist actually filed too much on the right side of my thumb, causing my nail to lean too far to one side. He also couldn’t grasp that I wanted a solid base color for my design (I showed pictures and even chose a base color). I don’t like confrontation at businesses, so I skipped the design and color altogether. For the amount of money this place charges, one should be receiving quality service.

Great environment, really nice customer service came from Mesquite all the way here to try it out and it was well worth the drive. Coming back to this place without a doubt.

I love this nail salon! My son and I come here often and ALWAYS have a great experience. The pedicures are wonderful! My son loves it and is so relaxed for the rest of the day!

Very friendly Vietnamese employees. Prices I thought were a little high, but well worth it. Clean, tons of colors to choose from. I was accompanied by my daughter whom they treated like royalty. Will definitely be back.

Even though it was busy.. had a nice pedicure with wine.. feel so much better..people are super friendly

They didnt not assist with schedule appointment. The work failed after a hour. My friend toe nail pop off after 30 minutes I do not recommend at all they customer service is poor quality.

Great service and quality. A little expensive but worth it. I got a dip French manicure and it coat about $60.

Well I’ve never had an ingrown toenail until I got a pedicure from here! Manicure is mediocre at best. Certainly not worth $65! My nails are thick and unblended. Do not waste your time or money!

Very clean salon, wonderful service by both of my technicians. I didnt catch my pedicurists name but she did a wonderful job, took her time on everything, maybe one of the best leg massages Ive ever had during a pedicure - even rubbed my arms. Jasmine did my nails and delivered the same level of service. Took her time, made sure I liked the color (asked a couple of times to make sure, since it was a lighter color), great quality. Im a bit picky on my dip nails and cant stand when theyre too thick or too thin and she did a great job. Also buffed them very smooth and level.A little more expensive than some places Ive been, but definitely received great quality work and service!

I came across you guys from a video on YouTube of a woman and her daughter getting their nails done the 14-year-old daughter asked to leave she told her mother she felt uncomfortable later the police was called and they found out that the nail tech doing the 14-year-old daughters nails was actually on a zoom call with a older man and she was recording the young girl as she was receiving her services

I got plain non-gel acrylics & she charged 60 when they were supposed to be 35, 40 the most worse nail place in Waco . when we walked in they said a 30 min wait and we waited a hour . there work is not worth 60 dollars at all

Very disappointed got a pedicure and a manicure with gel polish. My nail polish is dripped and gunky. The sides are not painted and I still have an in grown toenail. Paid $88 dollars for half service. I could have painted them better myself at home.

Excellent pedicures!! Husband, daughter & myself. Cant wait to go back. Charles did a PERFECT 10 on my pedicure. Jasmine made my husbands feet look 1000 times better and Lang made my daughters toes look like a movie star. Love ❤them all !!

I have had my nails done by Lang for over 15 years. I followed her to Central Marketplace and now to this gorgeous Nail Bar where it is a treat to spend time in its relaxing atmosphere. I am so proud of her. Did I mention she does a fantastic job too!

The salon is clean and bright. Staff is friendly, and will offer a glass of wine while you wait. Ive gotten basic mani and pedis there and will be coming back.

Alex and Nina are amazing and this new place is soooo pretty!! Love it!! Wonderful service and great people who run it! Great prices and a great job! So happy every time I get something done!!

This place is amazing. I found my new nail shop. I am extremely particular about who gives me a manicure to the point I havent had one in over a year. This place will be my spot. They were amazing for me and my kids.

The customer service is always amazing!! I’ve been going to Lang since I was in 6th grade (I’m a jr in high school now) to get my eyebrows and lip waxed! She always does my nails amazing, and is very sweet!

The whole pedicure Process was good, great massaging but just rushed to paint toe nails 😬 I could have done it at home, if she was going to rush like that. Also oh, lady just assumed she was going to get a tip, took $5 without my friend giving it to her herself !! Which was very rude, you can’t just assume.

Go to Skyline Nails- I made the mistake of coming here instead of Skyline, and I regret it.I paid $60 for a set of tips that I asked to be short almond shaped, with all white dip. The first issue was that, upon applying the tips and trimming them down, I noticed my right index finger was quite literally applied crooked. I pointed it out to the man, not trying to be rude, and he just said Ill file it down. But its actually on crooked, so...?The second issue was that, when he finished the nails, they looked rather dull and slightly transparent. Im not sure if that is due to him not putting on adequate coats, or the fact that he filed my nails down 2x over, or what, but they almost looked a little off white (not what I wanted.).I thought perhaps I was being too picky, and I paid and tipped and left (because it took much longer than I was originally told and I was already late for work), but the more I looked at them, the more dissatisfied I became.Other than the fact that my index finger was STILL obviously crooked and the color wasnt good, my thumbs were two completely different lengths, and 2-3 other nails werent even shaped correctly. I asked multiple people what they thought, and they all agreed I needed to go back in and get them fixed.I spoke with Tina, who got me in the same day (customer service was pretty good- Im not saying theyre not nice people, but I spent $60 here and didnt get my moneys worth). I requested Lang, who had done my friends nails that day because hers had turned out better and thought maybe I would have better luck with her.I had told Tina, who Im assuming had told Lang, what my issues were. I briefly reiterated it to her upon arrival, and although she fixed my thumbs and tried to reshape the 2-3, my index finger was STILL crooked and the color was still off. I showed her a picture and tried to explain that I wanted my index finger fixed and the color to be more vibrant, and they were almost translucent bc of how thin they were, and all she did was file them down more. I also left with a bunch of weird little specks in my nails.I was frustrated that the issues I saw with my nails werent really being acknowledged, and I called my usual nail place almost in tears. They told me to come in and they would see what they could do.They did everything but remove the actual tips (filed them down, reshape, redip, etc- everything I was HOPING to get when I went back in to the Nail Bar), for a fraction of the cost.I will never come here again- my usual spot, Skyline Nails, charges less for everything and I consistently receive high quality work. They take their time, make sure you like it, and change it if not.Two stars because again, theyre nice enough people and the salon is really stylish- but I dont care about either of those things if I waste $60.

I went in and told them a needed a full set of solar nails. They told me to have a seat and someone would be right with me. After 20 mins a lady comes in for a set of dip nails. They then tell me she will go before me because she is getting a dip. I ask them how long am I going to have to wait for my nails then and they tell me an hour. Such rude and dishonest service. Will NOT ce back here. Oh and they had 2 people just sitting that their stations not doing anything.

This Nail Bar is fantastic it is clean, new and classy. Very hospitable staff😄

I spent 70.00$ on a set of nails that are kind of half did uneven very thick from a far they look cute but up close a mess!

Cheap products.Horrid foundation that has a hairline crack.$40 for a very SHORT (medium, let them tell it!) full set with regular polish.False advertising considering its a Nail Bar, and I wasn’t offered any refreshments. Not even a bottle of water, or canned soda.Overall Poor service.

I just wasnt impressed with this nail shop... prices are to high and they dont do anything different from any other nail shop...one tech was trying to make this man get a higher priced pedi than he asked for (1st time at a nail shop)and his lady friend spoke up and told her to give him what he asked for.

I ask for acrylic nails and was charged for the price of dip and toes done i ask to have both pedi and medi done the same color and they ended up with two different colors when i ask for both to be the same color never coming here again!

The staff was rude except for the lady at the front desk. The guy who did my nails was rough and rude. He acted like I was bothering him. I have heard this about them but it was a gift so I went, I wouldnt ever go back.

My foot was cut really bad while I was receiving my pedicure. I was still charged $45! Very uncomfortable and not satisfied at all!!
